Description

Emergency device for rolling door
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emergency-proof device for a rolling door, in particular to a technology applied to the field of household burglary prevention, which is mainly used for rapidly assembling the device at the edge of the rolling door without damaging the original wall structure of a building, so that when the rolling door is in emergency and cannot be normally opened, the rolling door can be immediately opened by the emergency-proof device to escape from emergency, rescue and the like. The invention is extremely excellent in practicability.
Background
Generally, in order to provide access for large goods and vehicles in shops and factories, doorways with a large area are provided, most of them use iron rolling doors as devices for closing and isolating doorways, so as to prevent thieves from invading and stealing property, and most of the existing iron rolling door structures use motors as power sources for rolling the rolling door sheets.
Please refer to taiwan patent publication No. 309998, which discloses an improved clutch structure for an electric iron rolling door, comprising a clutch device having a bowl-shaped bottom slot for accommodating a stop spring therein, and a tapered front rod with a gradually-tapered front end, wherein the tapered front rod has a disk surface at the bottom end thereof for being placed in the bowl-shaped bottom slot to be in contact with the stop spring; the driving bearing is provided with a hollow inner diameter at the driving bearing, so that the conical front rod can penetrate into the hollow inner diameter, and the driving bearing is provided with a plurality of preset embedding holes corresponding to the conical front rod in a penetrating way, so that each embedding hole is accommodated with a driving steel ball, and the driving steel ball is supported at the top end of the embedding hole and is exposed outside; the periphery of the inner diameter of the meshing gear of the driving device is radially dug with an embedded groove corresponding to each embedded hole, so that the driving steel ball can randomly shift to the critical position of the embedded hole and the embedded groove; therefore, when the electric rolling door normally operates, the driving steel ball is blocked at the critical position of the embedding hole and the embedding groove, so that the power of the driving motor is transmitted to the driving bearing by the embedding gear, and the electric rolling door is driven to operate by electric power; when the electric rolling door needs to be pulled up manually in power failure, the conical front rod can be used to separate from the force of propping the driving steel ball, so that the meshing gear is separated from the clamping state with the driving bearing, and the braking resistance of the driving motor on the whole electric rolling door is further removed, and the electric rolling door can be easily pulled up.
Although the clutch device of the conventional iron rolling door can be manually pulled up in the absence of electricity, the clutch device is generally installed on only one side, that is, the clutch device is installed outdoors or indoors, so that emergency rescue and escape are caused, and people on one side cannot open the iron rolling door and can only wait for the operation of the other side to open the iron rolling door, so the clutch device of the conventional iron rolling door has defects to wait for improvement. In order to solve the above problems, the related manufacturers in the market have developed an emergency device capable of opening the iron rolling door from inside or outside, and the iron rolling door can be opened from inside or outside without electricity through the emergency device, so as to achieve the purpose of escaping and rescuing. However, the emergency device is installed on the wall beside the iron rolling door, so that a hole must be drilled on the wall before the iron rolling door is installed, or a hole is reserved in the building to facilitate the installation of the emergency device, however, the hole drilling mode damages the structure and bearing capacity of the wall, so that the building is not stable enough, and is time-consuming and labor-consuming; if the hole is reserved, the emergency device must be installed in the hole according to the size and volume of the emergency device, so that the emergency device installed in the hole has related limitations, even the structural strength of the original building is damaged. Therefore, the related manufacturers must make an effort to further improve the above-mentioned problems in conjunction with the development of the present technology.
In view of the above situation, the present inventors have invested much time in studying related knowledge, comparing the merits with each other, conducting research and development of related products, and going through many experiments and tests, and finally have developed a kind of emergency-proof device for rolling door to improve the above mentioned shortcomings, so as to meet the needs of the public.
