Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A sterilization control method of a washing machine, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, a sterilization control apparatus of a washing machine, and a washing machine according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization control method includes the steps of:
and S1, acquiring the counting condition of the washing cycle of the washing machine after the washing machine is started. Wherein, the washing machine increases the count of the washing cycle by one for each washing process.
In particular, a full automatic washing machine generally has a counter having a counting function, and the counter is controlled to increase the count of a washing cycle by one each time the washing machine performs a washing process.
And S2, judging whether the sterilization condition is satisfied according to the counting condition of the washing cycle.
And S3, if the sterilization condition is met, controlling the washing machine to call the sterilization program, locking the washing program of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to execute the sterilization program after receiving the sterilization instruction of the user.
Specifically, each time the washing machine executes a washing program, the count of the washing cycle is increased by one, after the washing machine is started, the accumulated count value of the washing cycle of the washing machine is obtained, and then whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition or not is judged according to the accumulated count value of the washing cycle to judge whether the washing machine needs to perform sterilization, for example, whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition or not can be judged by judging whether the washing cycle belongs to the set cycle number or not. If the washing cycle belongs to the set cycle number, the washing machine is judged to meet the degerming condition, the washing machine is controlled to call the degerming program, and a User is reminded to start the degerming program, wherein the User can be reminded in a text mode through a User Interface (UI) Interface of the washing machine, for example, the UI is controlled to display 'please press a start button to degerming', or a voice broadcasting module of the washing machine can be controlled to broadcast corresponding voice to remind the User, meanwhile, other program buttons (except a power key and the start button) of the washing machine are locked, and the buttons of the washing machine except the power key and the start button are not operable. If after the degerming procedure is called by the washing machine, the user presses the 'start' button, then the washing machine is controlled to execute the degerming procedure so as to degerming the washing machine, and bacteria breeding in the washing machine is avoided to pollute washed clothes. Therefore, the method can judge whether the washing machine needs to be sterilized according to the counting condition of the washing period, and when the washing machine needs to be sterilized, the washing machine can be controlled to automatically run the sterilization program to perform sterilization treatment on the washing machine, so that the manual sterilization of a user is not needed, the complexity and blindness of the manual sterilization of the user are avoided while the washing sanitation of the washing machine is ensured, and the use experience of the user is greatly improved.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the sterilization condition is not satisfied according to the counting of the washing cycles, the washing machine is controlled to maintain a default washing program, and the washing machine is controlled to execute the washing program after receiving a washing instruction from a user.
Specifically, after the washing machine is started, if the sterilization condition is not met according to the counting condition of the washing cycle, for example, the washing cycle does not belong to the set cycle number, the washing machine continues to normally operate according to the instruction of the user.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if a user's power-off command is received, it is further determined whether a user's power-on command is received again, wherein if a user's power-on command is received again, the count of the washing cycle is incremented by one, and the washing machine is controlled to maintain a default washing program, and the washing machine is controlled to execute the washing program after receiving the user's washing command.
Specifically, after the washing machine is turned on, if the sterilization condition is satisfied, the sterilization program is called. After the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if the user does not want to use the sterilization function, the user can control the washing machine to be powered off by operating the power key of the washing machine and then be powered on again. And after a starting instruction of the user is received, the count of the washing period is increased by one, and the keys of the washing machine can work normally, so that the washing machine can continue to work normally according to the instruction of the user, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the sterilization condition is satisfied according to the counting of the washing cycles may include:
s21, the integrated count value of the washing cycle and the current count value of the washing cycle are determined.
S22, when the accumulated count value of the washing cycle is less than or equal to the first preset value, if the current count value of the washing cycle reaches the first threshold value, the degerming condition is judged to be satisfied.
The first preset value and the first threshold may be preset according to actual conditions, for example, the first preset value may be 500, and the first threshold may be 20.
S23, when the accumulated count value of the washing cycle is larger than the first preset value and smaller than or equal to the second preset value, if the current count value of the washing cycle reaches the second threshold value, the degerming condition is judged to be satisfied. Wherein the second threshold is less than the first threshold. The second preset value and the second threshold may be preset according to actual situations, for example, the second preset value may be 100, and the second threshold may be 15.
S24, when the accumulated count value of the washing cycle is larger than the second preset value, if the current count value of the washing cycle reaches the third threshold value, the sterilization condition is judged to be satisfied. Wherein the third threshold is less than the second threshold. The third threshold may be preset according to actual conditions, for example, the third threshold may be 10.
Specifically, the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle are respectively increased by one each time the washing machine finishes executing the washing program. After the washing machine is started, respectively obtaining the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing period, then judging the accumulated count value, and if the accumulated count value is less than or equal to 500, further judging whether the current count value of the washing period is equal to 20. And if the current count value is equal to 20, judging that the sterilization condition is met, clearing the current count value, calling the sterilization program by the washing machine, and locking the washing program of the washing machine. If the current count value of the washing period is not equal to 20, the sterilization condition is judged not to be met, and the washing machine continues to normally operate according to the instruction of the user.
If the user presses the 'start' button after the washing machine calls the sterilization program, controlling the washing machine to execute the sterilization program to sterilize the washing machine, and controlling the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing period to be increased by one after the sterilization program is executed; and if the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if the user does not want to use the sterilization function, the user can control the washing machine to shut down by operating the power key of the washing machine, then the washing machine is started up again, after receiving the starting instruction of the user, the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle are added by one, the keys of the washing machine can work normally, the current count value is 1, the sterilization condition is not met, and the washing machine continues to operate normally according to the instruction of the user. Therefore, the situation that the user acquiescently calls the degerming program after continuously starting for multiple times but acquiescently calls the degerming program every 20 times of starting can be avoided, the sanitation of washing can be guaranteed, and inconvenience can not be brought to the user.
Similarly, after the washing machine is started, if the accumulated count value is greater than 500 and less than or equal to 1000, or the accumulated count value is greater than 100, it is further determined whether the current count value of the washing cycle is equal to 15 or whether the current count value of the washing cycle is equal to 10.
It can be understood that bacteria are more easily grown as the number of washing times of the washing machine increases, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, as the number of washing times of the washing machine increases, the frequency of the sterilization program called by the washing machine is also increased, for example, in the above embodiment, when the cumulative count values of the washing cycles are [1, 500], (500, 1000], (1000, + ∞) respectively, the frequency of the sterilization program called by the washing machine is 20, 15, 10 respectively, and the sanitation of washing is further ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization procedure may include a plurality of water intake stages, typically 4-8 water intake stages. Wherein the washing machine is controlled to perform a corresponding cleaning process after each water inlet stage is completed. And after all cleaning programs are executed, controlling the washing machine to drain water, and controlling the washing machine to execute the washing program when the water level in the washing tub of the washing machine reaches a preset water level Hp. And at any water inlet stage in each water inlet stage, controlling the washing machine to throw the bactericide.
Specifically, the washing machine should be equipped with an automatic bactericide delivery system to control the washing machine to automatically deliver bactericide at any water inlet stage, and it can be understood that the washing machine can be controlled to automatically deliver bactericide at each water inlet stage, and the washing machine can also be controlled to automatically deliver bactericide only at the first water inlet stage, and the specific limitation is not required, but the water inlet time is ensured to be longer than the bactericide delivery time, and the bactericide delivery amount can also be preset according to the actual situation.
In order to make the specific process of the sterilization procedure more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the following description is made with reference to FIG. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, if the sterilization process includes 4 water inlet stages, when the washing machine executes the sterilization process, the water inlet valve of the washing machine is controlled to open, the washing machine is controlled to supply water, the washing machine is controlled to automatically supply the bactericide during the water supply process, and the amount of the bactericide supplied can be preset according to the actual situation (S101-S103). When the water level of the tub reaches the first preset water level H1, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, the washing machine stops water inlet (S104-S105), and then the washing machine is controlled to perform a first cleaning process (S106). The first cleaning program may be to control the washing machine to operate at a first preset beat for a first preset time. After the first cleaning process is performed, controlling the water inlet valve to continuously feed water, and controlling the water inlet valve to stop feeding water when the water level of the washing tub reaches a second preset water level H2, and then controlling the washing machine to perform a second cleaning process, wherein H2 is greater than H1 (S107-S110). Wherein the second cleaning program may be to control the washing machine to operate for a second preset time at a second preset tempo. After the second cleaning process is performed, controlling the water valve to continue to supply water, and controlling the water inlet valve to stop supplying water when the water level of the washing tub reaches a third preset water level H3, and then controlling the washing machine to perform a third cleaning process, wherein H3 > H2 (S111-S114). Wherein the third cleaning program may be to control the washing machine to operate for a third preset time at a third preset tempo. And after the third cleaning process is performed, controlling the water valve to continuously supply water, and controlling the water inlet valve to stop supplying water when the water level of the washing tub reaches a fourth preset water level H4, and then controlling the washing machine to perform a fourth cleaning process, wherein H4 is greater than H3 (S115-S118). Wherein the fourth cleaning program may be to control the washing machine to operate at a fourth preset tempo for a fourth preset time. The running rhythm corresponding to the first to fourth cleaning programs, namely the presetting principle of the first to fourth preset rhythms, is that 1 floating ball is placed on the corresponding water level, half of the floating ball falls into the water, the floating ball can rotate 360 degrees in the washing process, and the washing rhythm can be used as the preset rhythm corresponding to the cleaning programs. And H4 > H3 > H2 > H1, and H4 is less than or equal to the highest water level of the washing machine.
And controlling a drain valve of the washing machine to drain water after the fourth cleaning process is performed, and controlling the washing machine to perform a tub process when a water level in a tub of the washing machine reaches a preset water level Hp (S119-S121). Wherein, predetermine the principle of predetermineeing of water level Hp for the wash bucket rotatory when the highest rotational speed liquid level in the wash bucket can rise to the highest end of wash bucket but can not overflow the wash bucket along with centrifugal force to wash and degerming comprehensively to the wash bucket. The barrel washing procedure specifically comprises the following steps: and controlling the rotating speed of the washing barrel to gradually rise to the highest rotating speed, controlling the washing barrel to continuously run for 10S at the highest rotating speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed of the washing barrel until the washing barrel stops rotating, recovering the liquid level in the washing barrel to Hp, and ending the washing barrel program.
After the tub washing program is run, the drain valve is controlled to drain water, and after the draining is finished, the washing machine is controlled to execute a dewatering or air drying program, and the sterilization program is finished (S122-S124).
The schematic water levels of the first to fourth preset water levels H1-H4 and the preset water level Hp during the tub washing process can be referred to fig. 4.
To make the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method of a washing machine according to one specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include the steps of:
s1001, the washing machine is started.
And S1002, judging whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition or not according to the counting condition of the washing cycle. If not, executing step S1003; if so, step S1004 is performed.
And S1003, controlling the washing machine to continue normal operation according to the user instruction.
And S1004, calling a sterilization program and locking all keys of the washing machine except the power key and the start key.
S1005, judging whether the degerming instruction of the user is received. If yes, go to step S1006; if not, step S107 is performed.
And S1006, controlling the washing machine to execute a sterilization program.
S1007, receives a shutdown command from the user.
S1008, receiving a starting instruction of a user, and adding one to the count of the washing period.
And S1009, controlling the washing machine to continue normal operation according to the user instruction.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the washing machine is a fully automatic washing machine, such as a drum washing machine or a pulsator washing machine.
In summary, according to the sterilization control method of the washing machine of the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine is started, the counting condition of the washing cycle of the washing machine is obtained, then whether the sterilization condition is met is judged according to the counting condition of the washing cycle, if the sterilization condition is met, the washing machine is controlled to call the sterilization program and lock the washing program of the washing machine, and after the sterilization instruction of the user is received, the washing machine is controlled to execute the sterilization program. Therefore, when the washing machine needs to perform sterilization, the method can control the washing machine to automatically run the sterilization program so as to perform sterilization treatment on the washing machine, does not need manual sterilization of a user, ensures the washing sanitation of the washing machine, avoids the complexity and blindness of manual sterilization of the user, and greatly improves the use experience of the user.
The present invention also proposes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described sterilization control method.
The storage medium of the computer of the embodiment of the invention acquires the counting condition of the washing cycle of the washing machine after the washing machine is started, then judges whether the sterilization condition is met according to the counting condition of the washing cycle, controls the washing machine to call the sterilization program and lock the washing program of the washing machine if the sterilization condition is met, controls the washing machine to execute the sterilization program after receiving the sterilization instruction of a user, acquires the counting condition of the washing cycle of the washing machine after the washing machine is started, then judges whether the sterilization condition is met according to the counting condition of the washing cycle, controls the washing machine to call the sterilization program and lock the washing program of the washing machine if the sterilization condition is met, and controls the washing machine to execute the sterilization program after receiving the sterilization instruction of the user. From this, can control washing machine automatic operation degerming procedure in order to carry out degerming processing to washing machine, need not the manual degerming of user, when guaranteeing washing machine's washing health, avoided the manual tedious nature and the blindness nature of degerming of user, improved user's use greatly and experienced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a sterilization control device of the washing machine.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a sterilization control apparatus of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the sterilization control apparatus includes: an acquisition module 10, a judgment module 20 and a sterilization control module 30.
The obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain a count of a washing cycle of the washing machine after the washing machine is turned on, where the count of the washing cycle is incremented by one every time the washing machine executes a washing program. The judging module 20 is used for judging whether the sterilization condition is satisfied according to the counting condition of the washing cycle. The sterilization control module 30 is used for controlling the washing machine to call the sterilization program when the judgment module judges that the sterilization condition is met, locking the washing program of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to execute the sterilization program after receiving the sterilization instruction of the user.
Specifically, a full-automatic washing machine generally has a counter with a counting function, and the sterilizing control module 30 controls the counter to count up the number of washing cycles by one each time the washing machine performs a washing process. After the washing machine is started, the obtaining module 10 obtains an accumulated count value of a washing cycle of the washing machine, and then the determining module 20 determines whether the washing machine satisfies a sterilization condition according to the accumulated count value of the washing cycle to determine whether the washing machine needs to perform sterilization, for example, whether the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition can be determined by determining whether the washing cycle belongs to a set cycle number, and if the washing cycle belongs to the set cycle number, the determining module 20 determines that the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition. After the determination module 20 determines that the washing machine meets the sterilization condition, the sterilization control module 30 calls the sterilization program and prompts the User to start the sterilization program, wherein the sterilization control module 30 can prompt the User in a text manner through a User Interface (UI) Interface of the washing machine, for example, the UI is controlled to display "please press a start button to perform sterilization", or a voice broadcast module of the washing machine can be controlled to broadcast corresponding voice to prompt the User, meanwhile, the sterilization control module 30 locks other program buttons (except a power key and a start button) of the washing machine, the buttons of the washing machine except the power key and the start button are not operable, so as to lock other washing programs of the washing machine. If after washing machine called degerming procedure, the user pressed "start" after the button, then degerming control module 30 control washing machine carries out degerming procedure to degerming to washing machine, avoid bacterial growing in the washing machine to produce the pollution to the washing clothing. From this, can judge whether need the degerming according to the count condition of washing cycle to when washing machine need carry out the degerming, can control washing machine automatic operation degerming procedure in order to carry out degerming processing to washing machine, need not the manual degerming of user, when guaranteeing washing machine's washing health, avoided the manual tedious nature and the blindness of degerming of user, improved user's use greatly and experienced.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the sterilization condition is not satisfied according to the counting condition of the washing cycles, the sterilization control module 30 is further configured to control the washing machine to maintain a default washing program, and control the washing machine to execute the washing program after receiving a washing instruction from a user.
Specifically, after the washing machine is turned on, if the determining module 20 determines that the sterilization condition is not satisfied according to the counting condition of the washing cycle, for example, the washing cycle does not belong to the set number of cycles, the sterilization control module 30 continues the normal operation of the washing machine according to the user instruction.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if the user's power-off command is received, the determining module 20 further determines whether the user's power-on command is received again, wherein if the user's power-on command is received again, the sterilization control module 30 controls the count of the washing cycle to be increased by one, controls the washing machine to maintain a default washing program, and controls the washing machine to execute the washing program after receiving the user's washing command.
Specifically, after the washing machine is turned on, if the determination module 20 determines that the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition, the sterilization control module 30 calls a sterilization program. After the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if the user does not want to use the sterilization function, the user can control the washing machine to be powered off by operating the power key of the washing machine and then be powered on again. After receiving the start-up instruction of the user, the degerming control module 30 controls the counter to count the washing cycle by one, and the keys of the washing machine can work normally, so that the washing machine can continue to work normally according to the instruction of the user, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
How the determination module 20 determines whether the sterilization condition is satisfied according to the counting of the washing cycles is described below with reference to specific embodiments.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 20 is further configured to determine the accumulated count value of the washing cycle and the current count value of the washing cycle respectively. When the accumulated count value of the washing period is less than or equal to a first preset value, if the current count value of the washing period reaches a first threshold value, judging that a degerming condition is met; when the accumulated count value of the washing period is greater than a first preset value and less than or equal to a second preset value, if the current count value of the washing period reaches a second threshold value, the sterilization condition is judged to be met, wherein the second threshold value is less than the first threshold value; and when the accumulated count value of the washing period is greater than the second preset value, if the current count value of the washing period reaches a third threshold value, judging that the sterilization condition is met, wherein the third threshold value is smaller than the second threshold value.
Specifically, the first preset value, the second preset value, the first threshold value, the second threshold value, and the third threshold value may be preset according to actual conditions, for example, the first preset value may be 500, the first threshold value may be 20, the second preset value may be 1000, the second threshold value may be 15, and the third threshold value may be 10.
The sterilizing control module 30 increments the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle by one each time the washing machine finishes executing the washing program. After the washing machine is started, the obtaining module 10 obtains the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle respectively, then the judging module 20 judges the accumulated count value, if the accumulated count value is less than or equal to 500, the judging module 20 further judges whether the current count value of the washing cycle is equal to 20. If the current count value is equal to 20, the determination module 20 determines that the sterilization condition is satisfied, and at the same time, the sterilization control module 30 clears the current count value, controls the washing machine to call the sterilization program, and locks the washing program of the washing machine. If the current count value of the washing cycle is not equal to 20, the determination module 20 determines that the sterilization condition is not satisfied, and the sterilization control module 30 controls the washing machine to continue normal operation according to the user instruction.
If the user presses the 'start' button after the washing machine calls the sterilization program, the sterilization control module 30 controls the washing machine to execute the sterilization program to sterilize the washing machine, and controls the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle to be increased by one after the sterilization program is executed; if the washing machine calls the sterilization program, if the user does not want to use the sterilization function, the user can control the washing machine to shut down by operating the power key of the washing machine, then the washing machine is started up again, after receiving the starting instruction of the user, the sterilization control module 30 adds one to the accumulated count value and the current count value of the washing cycle, the keys of the washing machine can work normally, the current count value is 1, the sterilization condition is not met, and the sterilization control module 30 controls the washing machine to continue to operate normally according to the instruction of the user. Therefore, the situation that the user acquiescently calls the degerming program after continuously starting for multiple times but acquiescently calls the degerming program every 20 times of starting can be avoided, the sanitation of washing can be guaranteed, and inconvenience can not be brought to the user.
In a similar way, after the washing machine is started, if the accumulated count value is greater than 500 and less than or equal to 1000, or the accumulated count value is greater than 100, the determining module 20 further determines whether the current count value of the washing cycle is equal to 15 or whether the current count value of the washing cycle is equal to 10, and the specific process can be clearly understood according to the accumulated count value being less than or equal to 500, and is not described herein again to avoid redundancy.
It can be understood that bacteria are more easily grown as the number of washing times of the washing machine increases, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, as the number of washing times of the washing machine increases, the frequency of the sterilization program called by the sterilization control module 30 is also increased, for example, in the above embodiment, when the accumulated count values of the washing cycles are [1, 500], (500, 1000], (1000, + ∞) respectively, the frequency of the sterilization program called is 20, 15, 10 respectively, thereby further ensuring the sanitation of washing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization procedure may include a plurality of water intake stages, typically 4-8 water intake stages. Wherein, the sterilization control module 30 is used for controlling the washing machine to execute a corresponding cleaning program after each water inlet stage is completed. After all the cleaning programs are executed, the sterilization control module 30 also controls the washing machine to drain water, and controls the washing machine to execute the washing program when the water level in the washing tub of the washing machine reaches the preset water level Hp. In any water inlet stage of each water inlet stage, the sterilization control module 30 also controls the washing machine to put in the bactericide.
Specifically, the washing machine should be equipped with the automatic dispensing system of germicide to at the automatic germicide of puting in of arbitrary one stage of intaking control washing machine, can understand, degerming control module 30 can control washing machine all to carry out the automatic dispensing of germicide at every stage of intaking, also can control washing machine only all to carry out the automatic dispensing of germicide at the first stage of intaking, do not do the restriction specifically, but guarantee that the time of intaking is greater than germicide dispensing time, the dosage of germicide also can be preset according to actual conditions.
