Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于使机动车的动力传动系运行的方法,动力传动系包括构成为电机的驱动源、用于在变速器驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同挡的变速器及在驱动源和从动轴间的力流中的起动元件,为了机动车的停止过程在第一和第二运行策略间进行选择用以操控或跨接起动元件,在第一运行策略中闭合或跨接起动元件,只要该起动元件未已经闭合或跨接,并且起动元件至少直至机动车静止状态保持闭合或跨接,在第二运行策略中在达到机动车的静止状态前打开起动元件或取消起动元件的跨接,在存在第一运行策略时与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间要实施的变速器降挡;本发明还涉及一种具有这种动力传动系的动力传动系模块。

Description

使机动车的动力传动系运行的方法和动力传动系模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于使机动车的动力传动系运行的方法以及这种机动车的一种动力传动系模块。
背景技术
具有内燃机作为唯一驱动源的传统机动车的动力传动系通常在驱动源和驱动轮之间的力流中具有起动元件,以便能实现机动车的起动过程。这种起动元件的例子是液力变矩器或摩擦离合器。具有电动机作为唯一驱动源的机动车的动力传动系通常不需要起动元件,因为电动机能使车辆从静止加速。
在这种机动车停止时,起动元件通常打开,或者说松开该起动元件的跨接(überbrücken)。为此,专利申请DE 10 2006 042 608 A1教导了一种用于确定这种起动离合器的状态的方法。据此,在具有混合动力驱动装置的车辆的停止过程中观测驱动装置的力矩历程。如果在此确定出起动离合器在停止时有错误地不能打开,则出于安全原因并非无限制地允许发动机的后续启动。
而尚未公开的专利申请DE 10 2016 206 730.3教导了一种方法,在该方法中,在机动车的停止过程期间,只要起动元件未已经闭合或者说跨接,就闭合或跨接该起动元件,并且该起动元件至少直至机动车的静止状态保持闭合或跨接。通过这样的停止过程,可以没有时间延迟地在起动元件闭合或者说跨接的情况下实现在此之后后续的起动过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于使动力传动系运行的方法,该方法不仅对于起动元件闭合或者说跨接时的停止过程、而且对于起动元件打开或者说取消起动元件的跨接时的停止过程是优化的。
所述目的通过如下所述的用于使机动车的动力传动系运行的方法实现,该动力传动系包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源、用于在变速器的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同挡的变速器以及在驱动源和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件;为了机动车的停止过程在第一运行策略和第二运行策略之间进行选择,用以操控起动元件或者说用以跨接起动元件;在第一运行策略中闭合或者跨接起动元件,只要该起动元件没有已经闭合或者说跨接,并且该起动元件至少直至机动车的静止状态为止保持闭合或者说跨接;在第二运行策略中,在达到机动车的静止状态之前打开起动元件或者取消起动元件的跨接;在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间要实施的变速器降挡。有利的实施方案由说明书以及附图得出。此外给出一种具有用于控制本方法的控制单元的动力传动系模块,用于实现所述目的,其包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源、与机动车内燃机的接口、控制单元、用于在变速器的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同传动比的变速器以及在驱动轴和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件,其中,控制单元设置用于控制根据本发明的方法。
本方法适合于使如下的机动车动力传动系运行,该机动车动力传动系包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源、用于在变速器的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同传动比的变速器以及在驱动轴和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件。电机可以或者用作动力传动系中的唯一驱动源,或者与内燃机一起在混合动力传动系中起作用。起动元件可以设置在变速器之外或之内。
在机动车的停止过程中,在第一和第二运行策略之间进行选择,用以操控起动元件或者说用以跨接起动元件。在第一运行策略中闭合或者跨接起动元件,只要该起动元件未已经闭合或者说跨接。在第一运行策略中,起动元件至少直至机动车的静止状态为止保持闭合或者说跨接。在第二运行策略中,在停止过程中在到达机动车的静止状态之前打开起动元件,或者取消起动元件的跨接。
按照本发明建议,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间要实施的变速器降挡。换言之,达到或低于参考转速是用于实施降挡的条件。该参考转速根据在停止过程中是存在第一运行策略还是存在第二运行策略而具有不同的值。参考转速、亦即换挡转速边界在此涉及至少一个变速器轴的、例如驱动轴或从动轴的转速。
通过根据存在的运行策略而不同的换挡转速边界,例如可以在存在第一运行策略时优先进行为了保证高的换挡舒适性而以未闭合的或者说未跨接的起动元件为前提条件的降挡,以便接着降挡之后及时闭合或者说跨接起动元件。
优选地,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在更高的换挡转速边界时实施降挡。在这里,“更高的”换挡转速边界应理解成绝对值更高的参考转速。因此,在机动车相同地减速时,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在时间上更早地进行降挡。
按照一种优选的实施方案,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发变速器的跟随所述降挡的第二降挡。例如,首先进行的降挡可以是从第三前进挡出发向第二前进挡的降挡,而第二降挡可以是从第二前进挡出发向第一前进挡的降挡。
优选,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在更低的换挡转速边界时执行第二降挡。在这里,“更低的”换挡转速边界应理解成绝对值更小的参考转速。因此,在机动车相同地减速时,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在时间上更晚地进行第二倒挡。例如当起动元件可以在第二降挡时保持闭合或者说跨接、而不妨碍行驶舒适性时,这便可以是有利的。
按照一种替代的实施方案,在存在第一运行策略时可以取消跟随所述降挡的第二降挡。而如果存在第二运行策略,则执行第二降挡。尤其是如果跟随停止过程的起动过程仅仅借助电机被驱动,则这样的工作方式便是有利的。因为通过电机在低的转速时已经有高的转矩,经常也可以在第二前进挡中、代替在第一前进挡中进行起动过程。
如果跟随停止过程进行起动过程,则在存在第一运行策略时起动元件优选保持闭合或者说跨接。因此,起动过程首先以闭合的或者说跨接的起动元件进行。在起动过程的进一步进程中可以使起动元件从闭合的状态转移到打滑状态,例如为了改善在升挡时的行驶舒适性。
如果动力传动系包括内燃机作为第二驱动源,该内燃机能通过闭合分离离合器而与变速器的驱动轴连接,则在停止过程中在分离离合器闭合的情况下优选选择第二运行策略。然而如果在停止过程中打开分离离合器,或者说如果在分离离合器打开的情况下进行停止过程,则优选选择第一运行策略。
除了按照本发明的方法之外,还给出一种机动车的动力传动系模块,该动力传动系模块包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源、与机动车内燃机的接口、控制单元、用于在变速器的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同传动比的变速器以及在驱动轴和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件。控制单元在此设置用于控制上述的方法。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出机动车的构成为并联混合动力传动系的动力传动系。该动力传动系具有内燃机VM和电机EM作为驱动单元,其中,在内燃机VM和电机EM之间连接有分离离合器K0。此外,图1的动力传动系包括变速器G以及起动元件3A作为部件,该变速器用于在变速器G的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同的传动比,该起动元件构成为液力变矩器。起动元件3A在功能上设置在驱动单元VM、EM和变速器G之间。起动元件3A可以连同变速器G、连同电机EM和连同分离离合器K0一起设置在一个共同的壳体中。起动元件3A的驱动侧3A_an和从动侧3A_ab可以通过闭合跨接离合器WK而固定地相互连接。变速器G设置在起动元件3A和差速器AG之间,通过该差速器将在变速器G的从动轴上存在的功率分配到机动车的驱动轮DW上。变速器G配设有控制单元5,该控制单元与变速器G、跨接离合器WK、电机EM和分离离合器K0通信连接。
图2示意性示出机动车的构成为并联混合动力传动系的动力传动系,该动力传动系基本上与在图1中示出的动力传动系相当。代替构成为变矩器3A的起动元件3A,现在在变速器G之内设有摩擦离合器3B作为起动元件;取消了跨接离合器WK。摩擦离合器3B具有驱动侧3B_an和从动侧3B_ab。按照一种未示出的替代的实施方案,摩擦离合器3B可以设置在电机EM和变速器G之间。控制单元5与变速器G、电机EM和分离离合器K0通信连接,并且也设置用于控制摩擦离合器3B。
如果要使具有按照图1或图2的动力传动系的机动车停止,则通过控制单元5在第一和第二运行策略之间进行选择,以操控起动元件3B或跨接离合器WK。在第一运行策略中,闭合或者说跨接起动元件3A、3B,如果这样的状态未已经存在。在第二运行策略中,在达到机动车的静止状态之前打开起动元件3B或者说打开起动元件3A的跨接离合器WK。在选择第一运行策略的情况下,与在选择第二运行策略的情况下相比在不同的、优选更高的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间在变速器G中进行的降挡。在选择第一运行策略的情况下,根本不触发在停止过程期间在变速器G中进行的接着的第二降挡,或者与在选择第二运行策略的情况下相比在不同的、优选更低的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间在变速器中进行的接着的第二降挡。

Claims (10)

1.用于使机动车的动力传动系运行的方法,该动力传动系包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源(EM)、用于在变速器(G)的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同挡的变速器(G)以及在驱动源(EM)和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件(3A、3B),
——为了机动车的停止过程在第一运行策略和第二运行策略之间进行选择,用以操控起动元件(3A、3B)或者说用以跨接起动元件(3A、3B),
——在第一运行策略中闭合或者跨接起动元件(3A、3B),只要该起动元件没有已经闭合或者说跨接,并且该起动元件至少直至机动车的静止状态为止保持闭合或者说跨接,
——在第二运行策略中,在达到机动车的静止状态之前打开起动元件(3A、3B)或者取消起动元件(3A、3B)的跨接,
——在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发在停止过程期间要实施的变速器(G)降挡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在更高的换挡转速边界时实施降挡。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在不同的换挡转速边界时触发变速器(G)的跟随所述降挡的第二降挡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在存在第一运行策略时,与在存在第二运行策略时相比在更低的换挡转速边界时实施所述第二降挡。
5.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在存在第一运行策略时取消跟随所述降挡的第二降挡,而在存在第二运行策略时实施跟随所述降挡的第二降挡。
6.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在停止过程之后在跟随机动车静止状态的借助驱动源(EM)使机动车加速的起动过程中,按照第一运行策略,起动元件(3A、3B)保持闭合或者说跨接。
7.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述起动元件(3A)是液力变矩器,该液力变矩器能通过闭合跨接离合器(WK)而被跨接。
8.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述起动元件(3B)是摩擦离合器。
9.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述动力传动系包括构成为内燃机的第二驱动源(VM),该第二驱动源能通过闭合分离合器(K0)而与变速器(G)的驱动轴连接,在分离离合器(K0)闭合时的停止过程中选择第二运行策略,而在分离离合器(K0)打开时的停止过程中选择第一运行策略。
10.机动车的动力传动系模块,其包括至少一个构成为电机的驱动源(EM)、与机动车内燃机(VM)的接口、控制单元(5)、用于在变速器(G)的驱动轴和从动轴之间提供不同传动比的变速器(G)以及在驱动轴(EM)和从动轴之间的力流中的起动元件(3A、3B),其特征在于,控制单元(5)设置用于控制根据权利要求1至9之一所述的方法。
