Abstract

本发明公开了一种无动力性人工心室装置,设计并制作了“无动力人性工心室装置”。制作方法:按附图方法缝制一种无动力人工心室,该装置由一个囊腔和二个开口组成,囊的容积为正常左或右心室容积的大小;两开口分别位于囊的两端,分别为含有人工心脏瓣膜的入口和出口。应用方法及效果:将人工心室置于单心室患者的单心室腔内,其入口与患者的三(二)尖瓣环连接,出口与患者的肺动脉瓣环(主动脉瓣环)连接。如此形成的心脏结构可将患者的动、静脉血液切开,以根治单心室病变。工作原理:人工心室容纳静脉血(或动脉血),起到右(左)心脏的功能,而单心室腔仅接受动脉(或静脉)血液,起到左(右)心室的功能。人工心室依赖患者自身单心室动力工作。

背景技术
水生动物进化到陆生动物见证了循环系统由简单向复杂迈进的过程。鱼类只有单心房单心室,单一的血液循环途径,两栖类除了鳄鱼,心脏已演变为双心房和分割不完全的单心室,两条循环途径。而哺乳动物心脏具有完整的双心房和双心室,两个心室均呈现并列排列的结构关系,均相对独立的工作,动、静脉血完全分开,具有体、肺两条血液循环路线,分别与体、肺循环系统相连接,心脏的双心室同步收缩与舒张,两心室即相互依赖,又各自相对独立地工作。但是,至今自然界从没有发现这样一种心脏结构关系,即一个心室位于另一个心室当中,二者呈现包含与被包含的寄生性心室结构,并且一个心室无动力特性,它的收缩与舒张有赖于另一心室的动力。目前这种心脏结构在自然界是不存在的。
发明内容
设计并制作了“无动力性人工心室装置”。该装置可以用来治疗单心室患者和为设计新型人工心脏提供新的思路。

具体实施方式 按照预先设计方案,应用生物材料(包括牛心包膜、自体心包膜以及组织工程心包膜等)人工缝制(应用各种无创缝线)一种无动力的人工心室,我们将其称为“无动力性人工心室装置”(见附图)。设计方案:无动力性人工心室装置由一个囊腔和二个开口组成,囊的容积为正常左或右心室容积的大小,50-100ml,由两张牛心包缝制而成,其形状与正常人体右心室相似,两开口分别位于囊的两端,分别为入口和出口,并在出入口处人工缝合方法分别置入一枚人工心脏瓣膜(包括人工生物瓣或机械瓣或组织工程瓣)瓣口直径20-30mm。无动力性人工心室装置的应用方法及效果:在全身麻醉和体外循环下,手术中打开胸腔,在心脏停跳下切开心脏,将无动力性人工心室装置置于先天性心脏病单心室患者的单心室腔内,其入口与患者的三(二)尖瓣环连接,出口与患者的肺动脉瓣环(主动脉瓣环)连接,将其囊腔部分置入患者的单心室腔内,如此形成的心脏结构可将患者的动静脉血液在新的两腔心室内分开,起到正常人的心脏功能,形成动、静脉两条血液循环回路,以根治单心室病变。无动力人性工心室装置的工作原理:无动力人性工心室的入口借助于人工三(二)尖瓣连接于三(二)尖瓣环,出口直接或借人工生物瓣连接于主肺动脉瓣环或主动脉瓣环上,从而将该右(左)心室与肺(体)循环连接。人工心室容纳静脉血(或动脉血),并将其射入肺(主)动脉内,并依靠单心室的收缩舒张功能来工作,从而起到右(左)心脏的功能,而单心室腔仅接受动脉(或静脉)血液,并将其射入主(肺)动脉内,起到左(右)心室的功能。二者呈包含与被包含关系,该人工心室与单心室腔呈包含与被包含关系,且无动力性人工心室装置依赖患者自身单心室动力工作。

Claims (3)

1.无动力性人工心室的结构特征,包括:带各种人工心脏瓣膜( 包括人工生物瓣或机械瓣或组织工程瓣) 的无动力性人工心室装置以及只在入口处安装人工心脏瓣膜的无动力人工心室装置;心室囊的结构多样性, 如心形,梨形,梭形,球形等;心室囊制作材料的多样性,如自体心包, 组织工程心包、 动物心包等。
2.无动力性人工心室的制作方法,包括人工缝制、机械缝制、机械压制等。
3.无动力性人工心室的用途,如治疗单心室病变,用于研制该类似结构的人工心脏或心室辅助装置等。
