A method of preparing soymilk, a control system of preparing soymilk, a soymilk maker 4, a computer device and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.

As shown in fig. 1, a method 100 for preparing soymilk according to one embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention comprises:
s102, receiving a starting instruction for preparing soybean milk, starting a grinding device and controlling the grinding device to grind materials in the grinding device according to a first preset rotating speed;
s104, when the grinding time reaches a first preset grinding time, stopping grinding, supplying water into the steam device, and controlling the steam device to spray high-temperature steam with a first preset temperature into the grinding device to perform high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation;
s106, stopping spraying when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches the preset enzyme deactivation time, starting the heating device, controlling the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature, and baking at a high temperature;
s108, stopping heating when the high-temperature baking time reaches the preset baking time, and injecting water with a third preset temperature and a preset water amount into the grinding device; and controlling the grinding device to rotate according to a second preset rotating speed until a second preset grinding time, and finishing pulping.
According to the method for preparing the soybean milk, the starting instruction for preparing the soybean milk is received, the grinding device of the soybean milk machine is started, the grinding device is controlled to grind the materials in the soybean milk machine according to the first preset rotating speed, high-speed dry grinding of the soybeans is realized, the soybeans are thoroughly ground, the granularity is smaller, the soybean milk prepared by the soybean milk is finer, the filter-free effect can be achieved, meanwhile, the noise during preparing the soybean milk is reduced, and the use performance of the product is improved; further, when the grinding time reaches the first preset grinding time, grinding is stopped, water is supplied to a steam device of the soybean milk machine, high-temperature steam with the first preset temperature is injected into the grinding device by controlling the steam device, the high-temperature steam is contacted with the food to be cooked, and then enzyme deactivation of the high-temperature steam of the food to be cooked is realized by utilizing the high-temperature steam, so that various anti-nutritional factors such as trypsin and the like in the food are inactivated, carbohydrate substances in the food are decomposed into monosaccharide, protein is decomposed into sweet amino acid, the taste and sweetness are obvious, the cooking time is greatly shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, the taste of the food is enriched, and the aroma and sweetness of the food is improved; further, when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches the preset enzyme deactivation time, stopping spraying, starting a heating device of the soybean milk machine, controlling the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature, carrying out high-temperature baking, wherein the high-temperature baking is used as an auxiliary process of the enzyme deactivation of the high-temperature steam, and under the condition that the moisture and the air in the grinding cup are more, the food in the grinding device is subjected to high-temperature baking by using the heating device to passivate the trypsin inhibitor of the food, so that the enzyme deactivation of the food is more thorough, and the phenomenon that the trypsin inhibitor of the food at the middle part of the food is not completely inactivated due to accumulation of the food, the sensory quality and the nutritional value of the food are influenced, and even the condition that the health of a user is damaged is avoided; when the high-temperature baking time reaches the preset baking time, the heating is stopped, water with the third preset temperature and the preset water amount is injected into the grinding device, the grinding device is controlled to rotate to the second preset grinding time according to the second preset rotating speed, the soybean flour is stirred into soybean milk, hot water milk punching of food is achieved, and then milk making is finished.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first preset rotation speed is in inverse proportion to the first preset grinding time; the first preset temperature and the preset enzyme deactivation time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset temperature and the preset baking time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset rotating speed and the second preset grinding time are in inverse proportion.
In the embodiment, the first preset rotating speed and the first preset grinding time are in an inverse proportion relation through reasonable arrangement; the first preset temperature and the preset enzyme deactivation time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset temperature and the preset baking time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset rotating speed and the second preset grinding time are in an inverse proportion relation, so that the high-speed dry grinding time, the high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation time, the high-temperature baking time and the hot water soybean milk making time during soybean milk making are strictly controlled, the soybean milk making time is shortened, and the edible taste and the fragrant sweetness of the soybean milk are ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first preset rotation speed ranges from 8000r/min to 30000 r/min; the first preset grinding time is within a range of 20s to 60 s; the value range of the first preset temperature is 100-200 ℃; the value range of the preset enzyme deactivation time is 20S to 300S; the value range of the second preset temperature is 140 ℃ to 200 ℃; the value range of the preset baking time is 20S to 120S; the third preset temperature is in a range of 95 ℃ to 100 ℃.
In the embodiment, the value range of the first preset rotating speed is 8000r/min to 30000r/min through reasonable setting; the first preset grinding time is within a range of 20s to 60 s; the value range of the first preset temperature is 100-200 ℃; the value range of the preset enzyme deactivation time is 20S to 300S; the value range of the second preset temperature is 140 ℃ to 200 ℃; the value range of the preset baking time is 20S to 120S; the value range of the third preset temperature is 95-100 ℃, the time, the temperature, the grinding speed and the like of each process are accurately controlled when the soybean milk is prepared, the cooking time is greatly shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, the taste of food is enriched, and the aroma and sweetness of the food is improved.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow diagram of a method for preparing soymilk according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a method 200 for preparing soymilk according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention comprises:
s202, receiving a starting instruction of preparing soybean milk, controlling a water tank to start heating, starting a grinding device and controlling the grinding device to grind materials in the grinding device according to a first preset rotating speed;
s204, when the grinding time reaches a first preset grinding time, stopping grinding, supplying water into the steam device, and controlling the steam device to spray high-temperature steam with a first preset temperature into the grinding device to perform high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation;
s206, stopping spraying when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches the preset enzyme deactivation time, starting the heating device, controlling the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature, and baking at a high temperature;
s208, stopping heating when the high-temperature baking time reaches the preset baking time, and injecting water with a third preset temperature and a preset water amount into the grinding device; and controlling the grinding device to rotate according to a second preset rotating speed until a second preset grinding time, and finishing pulping.
In this embodiment, before the step of starting the grinding device, the method further includes: the water tank of the soybean milk machine is controlled to start heating, after the food in the grinding device is baked at high temperature, the water pump conveys the hot water which is heated to boiling in the water tank to the grinding device, the grinding device stirs the food in the water tank at low speed, and then the soybean powder is uniformly mixed, and finally the hot water of the soybeans is mixed with the soybean milk.
In the specific embodiment, the method for preparing the soybean milk comprises the following steps: the soybean milk is prepared by grinding soybeans into soybean powder, performing enzyme deactivation by high-temperature steam and high-temperature baking, and uniformly mixing the soybean powder with hot water to obtain soybean milk. Wherein, high-speed dry milling: placing soybeans into a grinding device of a soybean milk machine, and stirring the soybeans by the grinding device at a high speed to grind the soybeans into soybean meal at a high speed, wherein the rotating speed is 8000r/min to 30000r/min, the high-speed grinding time is 20s to 60s, and the high-speed grinding time is correspondingly changed according to different rotating speeds, so that the particle size of the soybean meal can reach within 200 um; and (3) high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation: a steam device of the soybean milk machine sprays high-temperature steam with the temperature of 100-200 ℃ into the grinding device, the enzyme deactivation time is continuously 20-300 s, the enzyme deactivation time is correspondingly changed according to the temperature difference of the high-temperature steam, and the passivation rate of the trypsin inhibitor reaches more than 90%; and (3) high-temperature baking: the method is a process for assisting in inactivating enzyme by high-temperature steam, after the enzyme is inactivated by the high-temperature steam, more humid and hot air is arranged in a grinding device, the soybean central trypsin inhibitor can be passivated by further high-temperature baking, the passivation rate reaches over 95%, the baking time is 20-120 s, the baking temperature is 140-200 ℃, the baking time is correspondingly changed according to the different baking temperatures, compared with the process of independently adopting the enzyme inactivation by the high-temperature steam, the enzyme is inactivated by the combination of the high-temperature steam and the high-temperature baking, the enzyme is more thoroughly inactivated, the situation that the soybean central trypsin inhibitor is not completely inactivated due to accumulation of soybean particles can be avoided, the scorched flavor taste of the soybeans can be controlled during the high-temperature baking, if a user likes the soybean milk with the scorched flavor, the method can be realized by setting a longer baking time and a higher baking temperature by a program, wherein if the enzyme inactivation temperature by the high-temperature steam is high and the time is long, the high-temperature baking temperature is low and the time is short, if the high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation temperature is low and the time is short, the high-temperature baking temperature is high and the time is long, and the specific combination form is shown in table 1; and (3) carrying out hot water slurry flushing: the water tank of the soybean milk machine heats water to boiling in advance, after the high-temperature steam and high-temperature baking enzyme deactivation of the soybean meal are finished, the water pump pumps the hot water into the grinding device, and the soybean meal is uniformly mixed by low-speed stirring. Specifically, the combination of high temperature steam enzyme deactivation and high temperature baking includes, but is not limited to, the combinations shown in table 1.

As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a control system 3 for preparing soybean milk, which is used for a soybean milk machine, the soybean milk machine comprises a grinding device, a steam device, a water tank and a heating device, wherein the grinding device is respectively connected with the steam device and the heating device, the grinding device is located between the steam device and the heating device, the water tank is connected with both the steam device and the grinding device, and the control system 3 for preparing soybean milk comprises: a receiving unit 304, configured to receive a start instruction for making soymilk; the grinding unit 306 is used for controlling the grinding device to grind the materials in the grinding device according to a first preset rotating speed; the steam enzyme deactivation unit 308 is used for stopping grinding and supplying water to the steam device when the grinding time reaches a first preset grinding time; the grinding device is also used for controlling the steam device to spray high-temperature steam with a first preset temperature into the grinding device to carry out high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation; the baking unit 310 is used for stopping spraying, starting the heating device and controlling the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature to perform high-temperature baking when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches a preset enzyme deactivation time; the slurry flushing unit 312 is used for stopping heating when the high-temperature baking time reaches the preset baking time, and injecting water with a third preset temperature and a preset water amount into the grinding device; and the grinding device is also used for controlling the grinding device to rotate according to a second preset rotating speed until a second preset grinding time, and the pulping is finished.
The control system 3 for preparing soybean milk provided by the invention comprises: a receiving unit 304, a grinding unit 306, a steam enzyme deactivation unit 308, a baking unit 310 and a pulp washing unit 312. The soybean milk grinder comprises a receiving unit 304 and a grinding unit 306, wherein the receiving unit 304 is used for receiving a starting instruction for preparing soybean milk, and the grinding unit 306 is used for controlling a grinding device to grind materials in the grinding device according to a first preset rotating speed, so that high-speed dry grinding of soybeans is realized, the soybeans are more thoroughly ground, the granularity is smaller, the soybean milk is finer, the filter-free effect can be achieved, meanwhile, the noise during preparation of the soybean milk is reduced, and the use performance of a product is improved; further, the steam enzyme deactivation unit 308 is used for stopping grinding and supplying water into the steam device when the grinding time reaches a first preset grinding time, and is also used for controlling the steam device to spray high-temperature steam with a first preset temperature into the grinding device, the high-temperature steam is in contact with food to be cooked, so that the high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation of the food to be cooked is realized by utilizing the high-temperature steam, trypsin and other anti-nutritional factors in the food are inactivated, carbohydrates in the food are decomposed into monosaccharides, proteins are decomposed into sweet amino acids, the taste and sweetness are obvious, the cooking time is greatly shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, the taste of the food is enriched, and the sweetness and sweetness of the food are improved; further, the baking unit 310 is configured to stop spraying when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches a preset enzyme deactivation time, start the heating device and control the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature, perform high-temperature baking, where the high-temperature baking is used as an auxiliary process of the enzyme deactivation of the high-temperature steam, and when there is much moisture and air in the grinding cup, the food in the grinding device is baked at a high temperature by using the heating device, so that the trypsin inhibitor of the food can be passivated, and further the enzyme deactivation of the food in the middle part due to accumulation can be performed more thoroughly, so that the occurrence of the situation that the trypsin inhibitor of the food in the middle part is not completely inactivated, the sensory quality and the nutritional value of the food are affected, and even the health of a user is harmed can be avoided; further, the slurry flushing unit 312 is configured to stop heating when the high-temperature baking time reaches the preset baking time, and inject water of a third preset temperature and a preset water amount into the grinding apparatus; and the soybean milk making machine is also used for controlling the grinding device to rotate to a second preset grinding time according to a second preset rotating speed, stirring the soybean flour into soybean milk, realizing hot water milk making of food, and then finishing milk making, wherein the hot water milk making is more beneficial to dissolving out nutrient substances, so that the soybean milk is higher in concentration, fine and smooth in taste and free of granular sensation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first preset rotation speed is in inverse proportion to the first preset grinding time; the first preset temperature and the preset enzyme deactivation time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset temperature and the preset baking time are in an inverse proportion relation; the second preset rotating speed and the second preset grinding time are in inverse proportion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the control system 3 for preparing soymilk further comprises: and a heating unit 302 for controlling the water tank to start heating.
In this embodiment, by providing the heating unit 302 for controlling the water tank to start heating, after the food in the grinding device is baked at a high temperature, the water pump delivers the hot water heated to boiling in the water tank to the grinding device, and the grinding device stirs the food therein at a low speed, so as to uniformly flush the soybean flour, and finally, the hot water flushing of the soybeans is realized.
According to the embodiment of the third aspect of the invention, a soymilk maker 4 is also provided, which comprises the control system for preparing soymilk according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention.
The soymilk maker 4 provided by the invention comprises the control system for making soymilk according to the embodiment of the second aspect, so that the soymilk maker has all the beneficial effects of the control system for making soymilk, which are not described herein.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the soymilk maker 4 comprises: the steam device 402, the grinding device 404, the cutter 4042 of the grinding device 404, the heating device 406, the base 408, the water tank 410, the water pump 412, the motor 414 and the control device 416. Wherein, grinder 404 can be dismantled at will, put into grinder 404 with the soybean, start the cooking utensil, water tank 410 begins to heat, start grinder 404 and control grinder 404 and carry out high-speed dry grinding to the soybean in it, make the kibbling more thorough of soybean, the granularity is littleer, carry the water in water tank 410 for steam device 402 by water pump 412 after high-speed dry grinding finishes, steam device 402 turns into high-temperature steam with water and sends high-temperature steam into grinder 404, after the high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation, heating device 406 starts, heating device 406 carries out the high temperature baking to the soybean in grinder 404, after the high temperature baking finishes, water pump 412 carries out the boiling water in the water tank 410 to grinder 404, grinder 404 low-speed stirring slushing (namely hot water slushing). The control device 416 controls all involved electrical control parts including the steam device 402, the water tank 410, the heating device 406, the water pump 412, the motor 414, and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the fourth aspect of the present invention provides a computer device 50, which includes a memory 52, a processor 54 and a computer program stored on the memory 52 and operable on the processor 54, wherein the processor 54, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method for preparing soymilk according to the embodiment of the first aspect.

A method for preparing soybean milk is used for a soybean milk machine and is characterized in that the soybean milk machine comprises a grinding device, a steam device, a water tank and a heating device, wherein the grinding device is respectively connected with the steam device and the heating device, the grinding device is positioned between the steam device and the heating device, the water tank is connected with the steam device and the grinding device, and the method for preparing soybean milk comprises the following steps:
receiving a starting instruction for preparing soybean milk, starting the grinding device and controlling the grinding device to grind materials in the grinding device according to a first preset rotating speed;
when the grinding time reaches a first preset grinding time, stopping grinding, and supplying water into the steam device; and
controlling the steam device to spray high-temperature steam with a first preset temperature into the grinding device to perform high-temperature steam enzyme deactivation;
stopping spraying when the enzyme deactivation time of the high-temperature steam reaches a preset enzyme deactivation time, starting the heating device, controlling the heating device to heat the grinding device according to a second preset temperature, and baking at a high temperature;
stopping heating when the high-temperature baking time reaches a preset baking time, and injecting water with a third preset temperature and a preset water quantity into the grinding device; and
controlling the grinding device to rotate according to a second preset rotating speed until a second preset grinding time, and finishing pulping;
before the step of starting the grinding device, the method further comprises the following steps: and controlling the water tank to start heating, and after the high-temperature baking is finished, conveying hot water in the water tank to the grinding device.
2. The method for producing soybean milk according to claim 1,
the first preset rotating speed and the first preset grinding time are in an inverse proportion relation;
the first preset temperature and the preset enzyme deactivation time are in an inverse proportion relation;
the second preset temperature and the preset baking time are in an inverse proportion relation;
the second preset rotating speed and the second preset grinding time are in an inverse proportion relation.

the value range of the first preset rotating speed is 8000r/min to 30000 r/min;
the first preset grinding time is within a range of 20s to 60 s;
the value range of the first preset temperature is 100-200 ℃;
the value range of the preset enzyme deactivation time is 20S to 300S;
the value range of the second preset temperature is 140 ℃ to 200 ℃;
the value range of the preset baking time is 20S to 120S;
the value range of the third preset temperature is 95-100 ℃.
