Abstract

本发明为植物饲料及其制备方法,提供了一种利用农作物秸秆等作载体经植物技术处理的畜禽饲料,由农作物秸秆、皮壳、糠麸、活化剂、营养调节剂、发酵剂、食用活性植物菌剂按比例配制而成,该发明的植物饲料蛋白含量≥20%,畜禽营养吸收率≥60%,可完全替代全价配合饲料,能有效改善畜禽的消化系统,增强营养吸收量,促进其快速生一长发育,提高其蛋奶、肉的品质,减少饲养成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业畜禽养殖用饲料,特别是利用植物技术配制生产的植物料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国的草原面积越来越少,由于退化、沙化、碱化的发生,散养放牧已满足不了畜禽养殖业的发展要求,而大量利用粮食制作饲料又将造成粮食的紧缺,采取集约化饲养,饲料供应将会紧张,而在我国,每年大量的农作物秸杆、皮壳等被烧掉,造成资源的严重浪费,而这些原料恰是制作畜饲料的最佳载体,可有效解决畜禽集约化饲养问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用农作物秸杆等作载体经植物技术处理的畜禽饲料。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种植物饲料,它是按下述重量配比原料制成的:作物秸杆40-75份,糠麸10-20份,蛋白营养调节剂3-5份,酸类活化剂1-4份,食用发酵剂2-6份,植物菌剂4-8份:
制备本发明的优选重量配比范围是:作物秸杆50-65份,糠麸10-15份,蛋白营养调节剂3-4份,酸类活化剂2-3份,食用发酵剂3-5份,植物菌剂5-7份;
制备本发明的最佳重量配比范围是:作物秸杆60份,糠麸12份,蛋白营养调节剂3份,酸类活化剂3份,食用发酵剂4份,植物菌剂6份;
所述的糠数可以用皮壳代替;
所述的酸类活化剂是氨基酸类,碳酸、植酸类活化剂;
所述的蛋白营养调节剂是指蛋白酶、蛋白脉;
所述的植物菌剂是从农产品的果实中分离出来的效素菌、乳酸菌;
本发明的制备方法是:
a、将作物秸杆、糠鼓等载体粉碎至60目以上拌入发酵剂进行发酵;
b、将蛋白营养调节剂、酸类活化剂混合均匀;
c、将a, b两步骤所得产品加入植物菌剂充分混合搅拌;
d、把搅拌好的半成品送入颗粒机进行挤压制料,按计量包装。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明的植物饲料主要载体是农作物秸杆、皮壳、糠麸等,该发明的饲料中蛋白质含量)20%,畜禽营养吸收率)60%,可完全替代全价配合饲料,能有效改善畜禽的消化系统,增强营养吸收量,促进其快速生长发育,提高其蛋奶、肉的品质,减少饲养成本等优点。
实施案例:
配制1吨植物饲料。
a、作物秸杆粉600kg,糠麸240kg细度在60目以上,拌入发酵剂40kg后待用;
b、蛋白营养调节剂30kg,酸类活化剂30kg混匀;
c、将a, b两种半成品加入植物菌剂60kg;
d、充分混均后送入颗粒机进行挤压造料,然后计量包装。

1.一种植物饲料,其特征在于:它是按下述重量配比原料制成的:作物秸杆40-75份,糠麸10-20份,蛋白营养调节剂3-5份,酸类活化剂1-4份,食用发酵剂2-6份,植物菌剂4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物饲料,其特征在于:制备本发明的优选重量配比范围是:作物秸杆50-65份,糠麸10-15份,蛋白营养调节剂3-4份,酸类活化剂2-3份,食用发酵剂3-5份,植物菌剂5-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物饲料,其特征在于:制备本发明的最佳重量配比范围是:作物秸杆60份,糠麸12份,蛋白营养调节剂3份,酸类活化剂3份,食用发酵剂4份,植物菌剂6份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种植物饲料,其特征在于:所述的糠麸可以用皮壳代替。
