Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐剂及其制备方法,由质量百分含量的如下组分组成:BIT 8.5%‑51%,稳定剂0.1%‑1%,分散剂5%‑20%,余量为水;本发明防腐剂将稳定剂与分散剂复配,提高了BIT的分散性、稳定性,保证了BIT的防腐功效,本发明防腐剂避免使用强碱和VOC溶剂,降低了防腐剂的危险性及对环境可能造成的损害;本发明防腐剂属于非危险品,运输方便;本发明防腐剂可以稀释成不同浓度,便于不同行业的使用,扩大了防腐剂的使用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防腐试剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种防腐剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上使用最为广泛的防腐剂是异噻唑啉酮产品,主要包括1,2-苯丙噻唑啉酮(BIT)和5-氯-2-甲基异噻唑啉酮(CMIT),BIT和CMIT产品占有工业防腐剂70%的市场。BIT本身比较稳定,不需要高浓度的硝酸铜、硝酸镁和氯化镁作为稳定剂,并且不易分解,长效性好,正在快速取代CMIT和其他防腐剂。
但是,现有的BIT产品都是强碱性产品,并含有20%-60%的挥发性有机物(VOC),对环境造成破坏。另外,由于强碱性特征,易造成中性和酸性产品的破乳和分解。市场上作为普通的BIT产品配方如下:BIT粉(85%)10-30%,二丙二醇溶剂20-60%,氢氧化钠3-10%,去离子水60-80%。该产品的pH为 12-14,易伤手,属于危险品,可能交联工业上使用的乳液和涂料,使用范围受限;另外,由于高含量的VOC,影响环境。
因此,亟需摸索出一种防腐剂,不含强碱和VOC,同时具有较高的稳定性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中BIT防腐产品碱性强,VOC含量高的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐剂,不含强碱和VOC溶剂,同时具有较高的防腐性;为此,本发明将提供上述防腐剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种防腐剂,由质量百含量的如下组分组成:BIT 8.5%-51%,稳定剂0.1%-1%,分散剂5%-20%,余量为水。
其中,所述BIT为粉状料。
优选的是,所述BIT以含有15%水分的粉状物料形式加入,避免BIT加入时带来的粉尘问题,降低物料加入对工作人员健康带来的威胁。
其中,所述稳定剂为天然的增稠剂。
优选的是,所述稳定剂选自纤维素醚、黄原胶、骨胶粉、海藻酸钠、罗望子胶、淀粉胶中的任意一种。
其中,所述分散剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段共聚物,简称为PO-EO-嵌段共聚物。
本发明的第二方面,提供上述防腐剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,称取8.5%-51%的BIT,0.1%-1%的稳定剂,5%-20%的分散剂和水,其中BIT、稳定剂、分散剂和水的质量百分含量之和为100%;
S2,将BIT、水、分散剂和稳定剂依次加入罐体内,搅拌,研磨得到防腐剂。
其中,所述S2得到防腐剂的粒径为10-30微米。
将防腐剂的粒径研磨为10-30微米,提高防腐剂的分散性能,增大防腐剂与产品的接触面积,增强防腐效果。
稳定剂以骨架形式分散于BIT周围,BIT悬浮于稳定剂构成的骨架内,避免BIT发生沉淀;分散剂缠绕在BIT粒子外围,使得BIT亲水能力增强,增加了BIT与水的相容能力,BIT的分散性及稳定性增强,保证了防腐剂的有效性和持久性。
与现有技术相比,本发明实现的有益效果:本发明防腐剂将稳定剂与分散剂复配,提高了BIT的分散性、稳定性,保证了BIT的防腐功效,本发明防腐剂避免使用强碱和VOC溶剂,降低了防腐剂的危险性及对环境可能造成的损害;本发明防腐剂属于非危险品,运输方便;本发明防腐剂可以稀释成不同浓度,便于不同行业的使用,扩大了防腐剂的使用范围。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防腐剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,称取10g含85% BIT的粉状物料,0.1g纤维素醚,5g DOW L-62和84.9g水;
S2,将BIT、水、DOW L-62和纤维素醚依次加入罐体内,搅拌,研磨30分钟,得到颗粒粒径为10-30微米的乳白色防腐剂。
实施例2
一种防腐剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,称取30g含85% BIT的粉状物料,0.5g黄原胶,15g DOW L-62和54.5g水;
S2,将BIT、水、DOW L-62和黄原胶依次加入罐体内,搅拌,研磨30分钟,得到颗粒粒径为10-30微米的乳白色防腐剂。
实施例3
一种防腐剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,称取60g含85% BIT的粉状物料,1g骨胶粉,20g DOW L-62和19g水;
S2,将BIT、水、DOW L-62和骨胶粉依次加入罐体内,搅拌,研磨30分钟,得到颗粒粒径为10-30微米的乳白色防腐剂。

Claims (7)
1.一种防腐剂,其特征在于,由质量百分含量的如下组分组成:BIT 8.5%-51%,稳定剂0.1%-1%,分散剂5%-20%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述BIT为粉状料。
3.如权利要求1所述的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为天然的增稠剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自纤维素醚、黄原胶、骨胶粉、海藻酸钠、罗望子胶、淀粉胶中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段共聚物。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,称取8.5%-51%的BIT,0.1%-1%的稳定剂,5%-20%的分散剂和水,其中BIT、稳定剂、分散剂和水的质量百分含量之和为100%;
S2,将BIT、水、分散剂和稳定剂依次加入罐体内,搅拌,研磨得到防腐剂。
7.如权利要求6所述防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2得到防腐剂的粒径为10-30微米。
