In alternative embodiments, the functions/acts noted in the block diagrams may occur out of the order noted in the operational illustrations. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality/acts involved. Furthermore, the embodiments presented and described in the flow charts of the present invention are provided by way of example in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the technology. The disclosed methods are not limited to the operations and logic flows presented herein. Alternative embodiments are contemplated in which the order of various operations is changed and in which sub-operations described as part of larger operations are performed independently.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a parking space management system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method includes: a login step 100, a reservation step 200, a parking step 300, a parking step 400, an occupancy step 500 and a parking return step 600. The login step 100 is used for establishing connection between the mobile communication device of the user and the cloud; a reservation step 200, configured to provide information of available parking spaces near the destination for the user according to the destination input by the user and enable the user to reserve parking spaces within the range of the available parking spaces; a location finding step 300 is used to help the user find the location he or she is booking when he or she arrives near the destination; the parking step 400 is used for opening the parking space occupation prevention device according to an unlocking instruction sent by the mobile communication device and/or the cloud end of the user, so that the parking space is in an available state; the occupying step 500 is used for sending the state information of the parking space of the user, which is automatically acquired by the parking space, to the mobile communication device and/or the cloud of the user in the parking process of the user; the parking space returning step 600 is used for sending the locking state information of the parking space to the cloud after the user stops parking, after the cloud confirms the locking state, the mobile communication device confirms that the parking is finished, the locking state can be achieved through manual locking of the user, and the parking space can also be achieved through automatic locking of the parking space through a parking space electronic device based on a vehicle locking instruction sent by the mobile communication device of the user and/or the cloud.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of another parking space management system according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the control method shown in fig. 3, the control method shown in fig. 4 is mainly directed to a case where the user directly searches for a parking space (not a reserved parking space).
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes: a login step 100, a position finding step 700, a parking step 400, an occupation step 500 and a position returning step 600; the login step 100 is used for establishing connection between the mobile communication device of the user and the cloud; the locating step 700 is used for providing information of available parking spaces near the current position for the user according to the current position of the user and guiding the user to find the available parking spaces near the current position; the parking step 400 is used for opening an anti-occupation device of a parking space according to an unlocking instruction sent by a mobile communication device and/or a cloud end of a user; the occupying step 500 is used for sending the state information of the parking space of the user, which is automatically acquired by the parking space, to the mobile communication device and/or the cloud of the user in the parking process of the user; and a returning step 600, namely after the parking of the user is finished, the cloud confirms the locking state and finishes the parking. It should be noted that locking may be performed manually by a user, or the parking space electronic device may control the parking space locking device according to a locking instruction sent by the mobile communication device and/or the cloud of the user.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of another parking space management system according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. Different from the control methods shown in fig. 3 and 4, the control method shown in fig. 5 mainly aims at the situation that the user sends the parking space information of own property right to the cloud.
As shown in fig. 5, the method includes: a login step 100, an upload step 800 and a management step 900; the login step 100 is used for establishing connection between the mobile communication device of the user and the cloud; an uploading step 800, wherein the user uploads the parking space information of the own property right to a cloud, including individual users and group users; in the management step 900, the user may manage property information, rental information, parking space size, authorization information, prohibition information, and the like of the parking space, including individual users and group users. After the parking space information is established, the management step can be directly entered after the login step.
According to the needs of actual conditions, the methods can also comprise a payment step, so that the system automatically calculates the price according to a preset charging rule, and a user can pay through a payment mode such as network payment (such as payment treasure, WeChat), bank card payment and the like. Of course, this payment step is not necessary, and the system can provide the user with the parking space service for free.
The steps of the control method according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to flowcharts.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of the login step 100 in the parking space management system control method of the present invention. The first time the user uses the system, he needs to register online and fill in the necessary user information. Of course, the user may download the parking space user terminal application from the cloud via the network and install the application locally to the mobile communication device, or the user's mobile communication device is pre-loaded with the parking space user terminal application. In the login step, a user starts the parking space user terminal application on the mobile communication device, and the mobile communication device is connected with the cloud.
As shown in fig. 6, in step 101, the mobile communication device running the parking space user terminal application requests a verification code from the cloud; in step 102, after receiving a verification code request sent by a mobile communication device of a user, the cloud performs verification and confirmation, and sends a verification code to the mobile communication device in a short message, mail, voice call or other mode; in step 103, after receiving the verification code sent by the cloud, the user inputs the verification code into the mobile communication device, and sends the verification code to the cloud through the mobile communication device via the network; in step 104, the cloud verifies the verification code and then sends login confirmation information to the mobile communication device of the user.
Fig. 7 shows a flowchart of the reservation step 200 in the parking space management system control method of the present invention. In the booking step, information (including but not limited to pictures, types, configurations and the like of the available parking spaces) near the designated place of the user is searched according to input information (such as a destination, an area code and the like) of the user, the state of each parking space is displayed on the mobile communication device, the user can select the parking space to be booked in the displayed available parking space range, the mobile communication device sends confirmation information of the user to the cloud, the cloud identifies that the parking space is booked by the user, and the time of booking time is started.
As shown in fig. 7, in step 201, a user sends a request for inquiring a reserved parking space to a cloud via a mobile communication device; in step 202, after receiving a request from a user, the cloud sends a request for invoking a parking space distribution policy to an operation policy center; in step 203, after receiving the request from the cloud, the operation policy center obtains data of available parking spaces through an algorithm; in step 204, the operation strategy center sends the data of the available parking spaces to the cloud; in step 205, the cloud sends the data of the reserved parking space to the mobile communication device; in step 206, according to the data of the reserved parking spaces sent by the cloud, the user reserves the designated parking spaces through the mobile communication device and sends the data to the cloud through the mobile communication device; in step 207, after determining the designated parking space reserved by the user, the cloud transmits reservation feedback to the mobile communication device. Through carrying out above-mentioned reservation step, the user can accomplish the reservation in advance at home, on the car or other places to the efficiency that the user looked for the parking stall has improved on the whole. Meanwhile, when the user finds the parking space by using the mobile communication equipment, the operation complexity that the user strives for the same parking space is also reduced.
Fig. 8 shows a flowchart of the step 300 of locating in the parking space management system control method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in step 301, the current location of the user is determined through the positioning function of the mobile communication device, and the parking space reserved by the user is searched; in step 302, when the user is within a preset distance range from the parking space reserved by the user, the mobile communication device sends information to the cloud; in step 303, after receiving the information sent by the mobile communication device, the cloud sends a command to the parking space; in step 304, after the parking space receives the command from the cloud, the user can easily find the parking space by means of ringing or flashing the reserved parking space.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a parking step 400 in the parking space management system control method of the present invention. In the parking step, after the user reaches the target position, the reserved parking space can be unlocked by scanning the two-dimensional code or inputting the number on the parking space.
As shown in fig. 9, in step 401, a user may input a parking space number or scan a two-dimensional code on a mobile communication device; in step 402, the mobile communication device communicates with the cloud to verify an unlocking condition; in step 403, the cloud returns the verification information to the mobile communication device; in step 404, the mobile communication device sends an unlocking request to the cloud; after receiving the unlocking request, the cloud directly sends an unlocking instruction to the parking space electronic device of the parking space to unlock (step 405), or sends the unlocking instruction to the mobile communication device of the user, and then the mobile communication device forwards or inputs the unlocking instruction to the parking space to unlock (not shown); in step 406, the parking space transmits the unlocking state information to the cloud; in step 407, the cloud sends the unlocking status information back to the mobile communication device.
Fig. 10 shows a flowchart of an occupancy step 500 in the parking space management system control method of the present invention. When a user stops the vehicle in the parking space, the system can automatically prompt the current state information of the parking space. The current status information includes, but is not limited to, location information, parking time, power, etc.
As shown in fig. 10, in step 501, the mobile communication device updates location information; in step 502, after the user finishes parking, the mobile communication device sends the state information of the parking space of the user to the cloud; in step 503, the cloud receives and records the status information of the parking space occupied by the user. The user can check the state information at any time in the occupying step, and sends a state checking request through the mobile communication device, the cloud end establishes communication with the parking space and obtains the state information from the parking space, and then the cloud end sends the information to the mobile communication device and displays the information.
In addition, in some embodiments, the user may need to pause the vehicle during the use of the vehicle for various reasons, and the user may use the pause function 505. Fig. 11 shows a flow chart of the pause function. As shown in fig. 11, in step 506, the user sends a pause request to the cloud via the mobile communication device; in step 507, the cloud establishes communication with the parking space, and inquires locking state information of the parking space; in step 508, the parking space terminal sends the locking state information to the cloud; in step 509, the cloud determines that the parking space is locked based on the locking status information sent by the parking space terminal, and then sends a parking suspension notification feedback to the mobile communication device. If the user cancels the pause and continues parking, the mobile communication device is used for sending a parking resuming request to the cloud (step 510), after receiving the parking resuming request, the cloud directly sends an unlocking instruction to the parking space electronic device of the parking space to unlock (step 511), or sends the unlocking instruction to the mobile communication device of the user, and then the mobile communication device forwards or inputs the unlocking instruction to the parking space electronic device to unlock (not shown); in step 512, the parking space electronic device transmits the unlocking state information to the cloud; in step 513, the cloud sends the unlocking status information back to the mobile communication device, and the user can continue parking.
The resume step 600 is described next. As shown in fig. 12, after the user finishes parking and locks, a parking return request is sent to the cloud end through the mobile communication device (step 601); after receiving the parking request, the cloud sends an instruction for inquiring locking state information to the parking space electronic device (step 602); after receiving the instruction, the parking space electronic device sends the locking state information of the parking space to the cloud (step 603); and the cloud end sends information of successful position returning confirmation to the mobile communication equipment under the condition that the parking space is confirmed to be locked based on the locking state information, and the parking is finished (step 604). Meanwhile, the cloud end reports that the parking is finished to the operation strategy center, and the operation strategy center updates the state of the parking space to enable the parking space to be in an available state again.
It should be noted that the locking state in the present invention may be implemented by a user manually locking, or may be implemented by a parking space electronic device controlling an anti-occupation device to lock a parking space based on a locking instruction sent by a mobile communication device and/or a cloud of the user.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart illustrating a position finding step 700 in a parking space management system control method according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the locating step, the user starts a locating function of the mobile communication device to determine the position of the user, and the user is guided to find the target parking position through a navigation function of the mobile communication device.
As shown in fig. 13, in step 701, the current location of the user is determined using the positioning function of the mobile communication device; in step 702, enabling the mobile communication device to search nearby parking space requests and send the searched data to the cloud; in step 703, the cloud calculates the parking space display operation strategy and transmits the operation strategy to the operation strategy center; in step 704, the operation policy center determines the policy and transmits the finally determined policy to the cloud; in step 705, the cloud sends the parking space position information to the mobile communication device; in step 706, the navigation function of the mobile communication device is initiated.
Fig. 14 shows a flowchart of an upload step 800 in a parking space management system control method according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the uploading step, the user starts the mobile communication equipment to send the parking space information with own property right to the cloud, and the parking space information is managed through the mobile communication equipment.
As shown in fig. 14, in step 801, a user starts a mobile communication device, and after confirming that the user is an individual user or a group user, the parking space information of own property right is sent to the cloud; in step 802, the cloud calculates a parking space display operation strategy and transmits the operation strategy to an operation strategy center; in step 803, the operation policy center determines the policy and transmits the finally determined policy to the cloud; in step 804, the cloud sends the parking space position information to the mobile communication device; in step 805, the user can manage the parking space information of the own property right after confirming the individual user or the group user in the mobile communication device.
In addition, not shown in the figure, the parking space management system control method provided by the present invention may further include a cancellation step, where the cancellation step may enable the user to cancel the reserved parking space or abandon the parking space search according to actual needs, and the cancellation step may occur at any stage in the control method. In addition, the operation strategy center can also be actively cancelled, so that when the system judges that the user does not accord with a specific condition or the user does not initiate unlocking after a preset time, the operation strategy center can cancel or terminate the use through the cloud.

Claims (6)

1. A control method of a parking space management system is characterized by comprising the following steps: a login step, which is used for establishing connection between the mobile communication equipment and the cloud; a parking step, configured to unlock the parking space occupation prevention device according to an unlocking instruction sent by the mobile communication device and/or the cloud, so that the parking space is in an available state; occupying, namely enabling the electronic equipment of the parking place to acquire state information of the parking place and sending the state information to the mobile communication equipment and/or the cloud end; a parking returning step, namely enabling the cloud to confirm the locking state and finish the parking after the parking of the user is finished;
the parking step is used for opening the parking space occupation prevention device according to an unlocking instruction sent by the mobile communication equipment and/or the cloud end of the user so as to enable the parking space to be in an available state; the occupying step is used for sending the state information of the parking space of the user, which is automatically acquired by the parking space, to the mobile communication equipment and/or the cloud end of the user in the parking process of the user; the parking space locking method comprises a parking space locking step, a parking space unlocking step and a parking space unlocking step, wherein the parking space unlocking step is used for sending locking state information of a parking space to a cloud end after a user stops parking, the cloud end confirms that the parking is finished to a mobile communication device after confirming the locking state, and the locking state can be achieved through manual locking of the user or automatic locking of the parking space through electronic equipment of the parking space based on a vehicle locking instruction sent by the mobile communication device of the user and/or the cloud end;
the method is implemented in a parking space management system, and the system comprises a mobile communication device, a cloud, a parking space and an operation strategy center platform; the parking space comprises electronic equipment; the operation strategy center platform is connected with the cloud end and used for providing a parking space management strategy for the cloud end; the mobile communication equipment establishes communication with the cloud end through a wireless network, and the cloud end establishes communication with the electronic equipment of the parking space through the wireless network; the mobile communication device controls the electronic device of the parking space through the cloud; the electronic equipment of the parking place reports state information to the cloud end at regular time; the operation strategy center platform comprises:
a model building module: determining the capacity of an idle parking space, collecting parameter data, and establishing a parking space capacity model of a parking target area;
a recommended parking module: establishing a personal credit evaluation system based on a personal credit rating method, standardizing parking of users, and giving out an optimal recommended parking space according to different parking points in an area through multi-target planning;
the concrete implementation steps of the model building module are as follows: establishing a region i idle parking space amount model:

5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
uploading, namely uploading the parking place information of the own property right to a cloud end by a user; when the parking space information is uploaded, classifying the parking spaces according to the group parking spaces and the single parking spaces; the group parking spaces are used for uploading users in batches, and the single parking space is used for individual users;
the management step, according to the batch management and the single parking management classification, the user manages the property information, the renting information, the parking space size, the authorization information and the prohibition information of the parking space; wherein, the leasing information comprises price, time, overtime price and overtime notice; the authorization information comprises the authorization of the employee or the preferred client of the unit and the authorization of the secondary account, and the secondary account is allowed to give a red packet to the mobile phone number of the client; when the secondary account logs in, a red packet option is added in the management, and other functions are forbidden; the prohibition information includes an outside parking or non-rental period.
