技术领域
本发明属于制浆造纸工程技术领域,具体涉及一种复合牛皮纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛皮纸是商品包装的重要材料,随着经济的发展,牛皮纸的用量需求大幅度增加。传统的牛皮纸生产工艺以硫酸盐木浆为原料,但由于我国森林资源日益紧缺,加上环保意识日益提高,造纸工业为降低生产成本,只能大量使用非木材纤维原料。目前,牛皮纸的芯浆和底浆几乎100%以废纸为原料,以混合废纸和废瓦楞纸为主,杂质含量相对较多,处理困难。牛皮纸面浆的原料选择是影响牛皮纸质量及成本的主要因素,主要包括:硫酸盐化学竹浆、国产硫酸盐针叶木浆、进口硫酸盐针叶木浆和废水泥纸袋浆。以废水泥纸袋浆作为面层原料、以瓦楞纸废纸浆(包括美废、国废、欧废和日废)作为芯、底层原料制备牛皮纸已被造纸工业普遍接受并广泛应用,但制得的牛皮纸强度低、成纸质量差,仅能满足低档牛皮纸的质量要求,制得的牛皮纸的适用性低。
发明内容
本发明的其中一个目的在于提供一种复合牛皮纸,在节约资源、保护环境和降低生产成本的同时,提高牛皮纸的透气度、抗张指数、耐破度和撕裂度,且可以使制得的牛皮纸颜色为人们习惯的牛皮纸本色,从而提高牛皮纸的性能和适用性。
为实现本发明的目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种复合牛皮纸,其制备原料包括面层浆料和底层浆料,面层浆料由废书纸脱墨浆和颜料组成,底层浆料由废水泥纸袋浆组成。
为节约资源、保护环境和降低生产成本,在以木材纤维以外的原料作为制备原料研制牛皮纸的过程,本发明发明人通过试验发现,通过工艺的调整,可以直接以水泥纸袋纸浆作为面层浆料和底层浆料制备牛皮纸,且制得的牛皮纸具有一定的强度,可以满足牛皮纸的需要,然而,制得的牛皮纸的颜色过深,与牛皮纸的本色(黄褐色)之间的差异很大,不能满足牛皮纸的要求。为了解决牛皮纸外观颜色的问题,发明人尝试往废水泥纸袋浆中添加颜料对其进行调色,然而,在进行了大量试验后却发现,不管如何调整颜料的种类、组成和用量,废水泥纸袋浆始终无法调出牛皮纸的本色。在进一步的研究过程中,发明人通过大量的试验发现,以废书纸脱墨浆作为面层浆料,以废水泥纸袋浆作为底层浆料制备牛皮纸,可以显著提高牛皮纸的强度,而且,发明人还意外发现,其自制的废书纸脱墨浆的调色难度小,易于调出想要的颜色,以废书纸脱墨浆作为面层浆料,以废水泥纸袋浆作为底层浆料制备牛皮纸,可以同时保证所制得的牛皮纸在性能和外观上均能满足牛皮纸的要求。
本发明以加颜料调整了浆料颜色的废书纸脱墨浆作为复合牛皮纸面层的浆料,以废水泥纸袋浆作为复合牛皮纸底层的浆料制得复合牛皮纸,既保证了牛皮纸正面的颜色,使其易于被人们接受;同时还提高了牛皮纸的透气度、抗张指数、耐破度和撕裂度,提高了牛皮纸的性能,特别是提高了牛皮纸的强度,从而提高了牛皮纸成纸的质量和适用性。
在一些实施方式中,所述颜料可以包括直接冻黄G(CAS号:2870-32-8)和直接红棕M(CAS号:2429-82-5),其中,直接冻黄G的添加量为1.4~1.6kg/t,直接红棕M的添加量为0.7~0.9kg/t。由此,可以将复合牛皮纸正面的颜色调至人们习惯的牛皮纸本色黄褐色,使复合牛皮纸易于被人们接受。
在一些实施方式中,废书纸脱墨浆可以主要由下述步骤制得:
(1)废书纸经碎浆后,加入水和脱墨剂,温度控制在50~60℃,碎浆时间为40~60min,得废书纸浆;
(2)对废书纸浆进行筛选、净化、浮选、打浆或进行筛选、净化、洗涤、打浆,即得废书纸脱墨浆。
在一些实施方式中,脱墨剂可以包括NaOH、Na2SiO3和H2O2,其中,NaOH的用量为废书纸重量的1.4~1.6%,Na2SiO3的用量为废书纸重量的3~3.5%,H2O2的用量为废书纸重量的0.2~0.25%。
本发明制得的废书纸脱墨浆的调色难度低,易于调至牛皮纸的本色,且调色准确,不同批次调出的颜色之间的差异小。
在一些实施方式中,废书纸脱墨浆的打浆浓度可以控制在2.8~3.0%、叩解度(打浆度)可以控制在40~45°SR、白度为38~40%。
在一些实施方式中,废水泥纸袋浆可以主要由下述步骤制得:对清洗后的废水泥纸袋进行碎浆,碎浆时间为20~30min,然后经筛选、洗涤、打浆,打浆浓度控制在2.7~3.0%、叩解度控制在28~30°SR,即得废水泥纸袋浆。
在一些实施方式中,废水泥纸袋浆的打浆浓度可以控制在2.8%、叩解度控制在28°SR。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了上述复合牛皮纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将颜料用65~75℃的水溶解后加入废书纸脱墨浆中对废书纸脱墨浆进行调色,制得面层浆料;
(2)以废水泥纸袋浆为底层浆料,取面层浆料和废水泥纸袋浆,经上浆、脱水、干燥、压榨、压光和卷曲工序,制得复合牛皮纸。
在一些实施方式中,本发明复合牛皮纸由面层和底层组成,定量为68~72g/m2,其中,面层定量为15~18g/m2,余量为底层。
本发明复合牛皮纸的主要性能指标包括:
定量:70±2g/m2;
外观:黄褐色;
水分:≤10%;
厚度:≥116μm;
纵向抗张指数:≥50N·m/g;
横向抗张指数:≥25N·m/g;
平滑度:≥8s;
纵向伸长率:≥1.6%;
耐破度:≥2.6kgf/cm2;
纵向撕裂度:≥600mn;
透气度:≥3.2μm/Pa·s。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
(1)废书纸脱墨浆的制备:
a.将废书纸放入碎浆机中,经碎浆后,加入热水,温度控制在50~60℃,然后加入废书纸重量1.5%的NaOH、废书纸重量3.2%的Na2SiO3和废书纸重量0.2%的H2O2,继续进行碎浆,碎浆时间为50min,得废书纸浆;
b.废书纸浆先通过压力筛粗筛和高浓除渣器净化,除去塑料、金属、砂石、玻璃片等杂质,然后利用斜筛洗涤,除去废书纸浆中的油墨,再经压力筛精筛(筛的孔径为0.3~0.6mm)和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废书纸脱墨浆;制得的废书纸脱墨浆,打浆浓度控制在2.8%、叩解度控制在42°SR、白度为38%;
(2)废水泥纸袋浆的制备:将废水泥纸袋先进行清洗,然后使用碎浆机进行碎浆,碎浆时间为30min,然后依次经高浓除渣器筛选和斜筛洗涤,再经压力筛(筛的孔径为0.4~0.8mm)再次筛选和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废水泥纸袋浆;制得的废水泥纸袋浆的打浆浓度控制在2.8%、叩解度控制在28°SR;
(3)按每吨纸1.4~1.6kg的添加量取直接冻黄G、0.7~0.9kg的添加量取直接红棕M,用65~75℃的水溶解后加入废书纸脱墨浆中进行调色,制得面层浆料;
(4)以废水泥纸袋浆为底层浆料,取面层浆料和废水泥纸袋浆,经上浆、脱水、干燥、压榨、压光和卷曲等工序,制得复合牛皮纸。
本实施例制得的复合牛皮纸的定量为70.2g/m2,其中,面层定量为16.6g/m2,外观为黄褐色,纵向抗张指数56.2N·m/g,横向抗张指数27.6N·m/g,纵向撕裂度653mn,透气度3.8μm/Pa·s。
实施例2
(1)废书纸脱墨浆的制备:
a.将废书纸放入碎浆机中,经碎浆后,加入热水,温度控制在50~60℃,然后加入废书纸重量1.4%的NaOH、废书纸重量3.5%的Na2SiO3和废书纸重量0.25%的H2O2,继续进行碎浆,碎浆时间为45min,得废书纸浆;
b.废书纸浆先通过压力筛粗筛和高浓除渣器净化,除去塑料、金属、砂石、玻璃片等杂质,然后利用斜筛洗涤,除去废书纸浆中的油墨,再经压力筛精筛(筛的孔径为0.3~0.6mm)和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废书纸脱墨浆;制得的废书纸脱墨浆,打浆浓度控制在3.0%、叩解度控制在40°SR、白度为40%;
(2)废水泥纸袋浆的制备:将废水泥纸袋先进行清洗,然后使用碎浆机进行碎浆,碎浆时间为25min,然后依次经高浓除渣器筛选和斜筛洗涤,再经压力筛(筛的孔径为0.4~0.8mm)再次筛选和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废水泥纸袋浆;制得的废水泥纸袋浆的打浆浓度控制在3.0%、叩解度控制在30°SR;
(3)按每吨纸1.4~1.6kg的添加量取直接冻黄G、0.7~0.9kg的添加量取直接红棕M,用65~75℃的水溶解后加入废书纸脱墨浆中进行调色,制得面层浆料;
(4)以废水泥纸袋浆为底层浆料,取面层浆料和废水泥纸袋浆,经上浆、脱水、干燥、压榨、压光和卷曲等工序,制得复合牛皮纸。
本实施例制得的复合牛皮纸的定量为69.5g/m2,其中,面层定量为17.1g/m2,外观为黄褐色,纵向抗张指数50.8N·m/g,横向抗张指数25.3N·m/g,纵向撕裂度618mn,透气度3.3μm/Pa·s。
实施例3
(1)废书纸脱墨浆的制备:
a.将废书纸放入碎浆机中,经碎浆后,加入热水,温度控制在50~60℃,然后加入废书纸重量1.6%的NaOH、废书纸重量3.0%的Na2SiO3和废书纸重量0.22%的H2O2,继续进行碎浆,碎浆时间为60min,得废书纸浆;
b.废书纸浆先通过压力筛粗筛和高浓除渣器净化,除去塑料、金属、砂石、玻璃片等杂质,然后利用斜筛洗涤,除去废书纸浆中的油墨,再经压力筛精筛(筛的孔径为0.3~0.6mm)和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废书纸脱墨浆;制得的废书纸脱墨浆,打浆浓度控制在2.9%、叩解度控制在45°SR、白度为40%;
(2)废水泥纸袋浆的制备:将废水泥纸袋先进行清洗,然后使用碎浆机进行碎浆,碎浆时间为25min,然后依次经高浓除渣器筛选和斜筛洗涤,再经压力筛(筛的孔径为0.4~0.8mm)再次筛选和洗涤,接着用圆网机浓缩浆料,最后用打浆机调整纸浆的叩解度,即得废水泥纸袋浆;制得的废水泥纸袋浆的打浆浓度控制在3.0%、叩解度控制在30°SR;
(3)按每吨纸1.4~1.6kg的添加量取直接冻黄G、0.7~0.9kg的添加量取直接红棕M,用65~75℃的水溶解后加入废书纸脱墨浆中进行调色,制得面层浆料;
(4)以废水泥纸袋浆为底层浆料,取面层浆料和废水泥纸袋浆,经上浆、脱水、干燥、压榨、压光和卷曲等工序,制得复合牛皮纸。
本实施例制得的复合牛皮纸的定量为71.2g/m2,其中,面层定量为16.5g/m2,外观为黄褐色,纵向抗张指数54.5N·m/g,横向抗张指数26.4N·m/g,纵向撕裂度627mn,透气度3.4μm/Pa·s。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.复合牛皮纸,其特征在于,其制备原料包括面层浆料和底层浆料,所述面层浆料由废书纸脱墨浆和颜料组成,所述底层浆料由废水泥纸袋浆组成;
其中,所述废书纸脱墨浆主要由下述步骤制得:
(1)废书纸经碎浆后,加入水和脱墨剂,温度控制在50~60℃,碎浆时间为40~60min,得废书纸浆;
(2)对所述废书纸浆进行筛选、净化、浮选、打浆或进行筛选、净化、洗涤、打浆,即得废书纸脱墨浆;
所述脱墨剂包括NaOH、Na2SiO3和H2O2,其中,NaOH的用量为废书纸重量的1.4~1.6%,Na2SiO3的用量为废书纸重量的3~3.5%,H2O2的用量为废书纸重量的 0.2~0.25%;
所述颜料包括直接冻黄G和直接红棕M,其中,所述直接冻黄G的添加量为1.4~1.6 kg/t,所述直接红棕M的添加量为0.7~0.9 kg/t;
所述废水泥纸袋浆主要由下述步骤制得:对清洗后的废水泥纸袋进行碎浆,碎浆时间为20~30 min,然后经筛选、洗涤、打浆,打浆浓度控制在2.7~3.0%、叩解度控制在28~30°SR,即得废水泥纸袋浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述废书纸脱墨浆的打浆浓度控制在2.8~3.0%、叩解度控制在40~45°SR、白度为38~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述废水泥纸袋浆的打浆浓度控制在2.8%、叩解度控制在28°SR。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的复合牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将颜料用65~75℃的水溶解后加入废书纸脱墨浆中进行调色,制得面层浆料;
(2)以废水泥纸袋浆为底层浆料,取面层浆料和废水泥纸袋浆,经上浆、脱水、干燥、压榨、压光和卷曲工序,制得复合牛皮纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合牛皮纸的定量为68~72 g/m2,其中,面层定量为15~18 g/m2,余量为底层。
