本发明公开一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:苯丙乳液50‑55份、三聚磷酸铝7‑16份、氧化铁10‑16份、碳酸钙10‑14份、成膜助剂3.3‑4份、分散剂3‑3.5份、缓蚀剂1.1‑1.3份、防沉剂0.4‑0.8份。该液压元件用无毒防锈涂料以苯丙乳液为主要基料配合无毒防锈颜料的水性防锈乳胶涂料,具有无毒、耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、附着力高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及液压元件防锈技术领域,具体涉及一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料。
背景技术
液压元件是各种机械设备上的必备零部件,为保证液压元件的使用寿命,一般液压元件的表面会喷涂防锈涂层。目前业界所使用的防锈涂料大多为溶剂型。这类防锈涂料除含有大量有机溶剂外,还含有许多有毒颜料,给人体和环境造成污染,安全性不好。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,以解决现有技术中的溶剂型防锈涂料含有大量有机溶剂和有毒颜料,给人体和环境造成污染的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:苯丙乳液50-55份、三聚磷酸铝7-16份、氧化铁10-16份、碳酸钙10-14份、成膜助剂3.3-4份、分散剂3-3.5份、缓蚀剂1.1-1.3份、防沉剂0.4-0.8份。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述苯丙乳液53份、所述三聚磷酸铝8.8份、所述氧化铁12份、所述碳酸钙13份、所述成膜助剂3.7份、所述分散剂3.4份、所述缓蚀剂1.2份、所述防沉剂0.6份。
进一步地,所述苯丙乳液为固含量48%-50%的苯丙乳液。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
该液压元件用防锈涂料以苯丙乳液为主要基料配合无毒防锈颜料的水性防锈乳胶涂料,具有无毒、耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、附着力高等优点。

本发明的优选实施例提供了一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:苯丙乳液50-55份、三聚磷酸铝7-16份、氧化铁10-16份、碳酸钙10-14份、成膜助剂3.3-4份、分散剂3-3.5份、缓蚀剂1.1-1.3份、防沉剂0.4-0.8份。
优选地,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述苯丙乳液53份、所述三聚磷酸铝8.8份、所述氧化铁12份、所述碳酸钙13份、所述成膜助剂3.7份、所述分散剂3.4份、所述缓蚀剂1.2份、所述防沉剂0.6份。
优选地,所述苯丙乳液为固含量48%-50%的苯丙乳液。
实施例1
取固含量48%的苯丙乳液50千克、三聚磷酸铝16千克、氧化铁16千克、碳酸钙10千克、成膜助剂4千克、分散剂3.5千克、缓蚀剂1.1千克、防沉剂0.8千克进行调配,首先将颜填料、分散剂、成膜助剂、防沉剂与水混合搅拌均匀,在锥形研磨机内磨至细度<60μm,制得色浆,再加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂、缓蚀剂,其分散均匀即得产品,该液压元件用无毒防锈涂料以苯丙乳液为主要基料配合无毒防锈颜料的水性防锈乳胶涂料,具有无毒、耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、附着力高等优点。
实施例2
取固含量49%的苯丙乳液53千克、三聚磷酸铝8.8千克、氧化铁12千克、碳酸钙13千克、成膜助剂3.7千克、分散剂3.4千克、缓蚀剂1.2千克、防沉剂0.6千克进行调配,首先将颜填料、分散剂、成膜助剂、防沉剂与水混合搅拌均匀,在锥形研磨机内磨至细度<60μm,制得色浆,再加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂、缓蚀剂,其分散均匀即得产品,该液压元件用无毒防锈涂料以苯丙乳液为主要基料配合无毒防锈颜料的水性防锈乳胶涂料,具有无毒、耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、附着力高等优点。
实施例3
取固含量50%的苯丙乳液55千克、三聚磷酸铝7千克、氧化铁10千克、碳酸钙14千克、成膜助剂3.3千克、分散剂3千克、缓蚀剂1.3千克、防沉剂0.4千克进行调配,首先将颜填料、分散剂、成膜助剂、防沉剂与水混合搅拌均匀,在锥形研磨机内磨至细度<60μm,制得色浆,再加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂、缓蚀剂,其分散均匀即得产品,该液压元件用无毒防锈涂料以苯丙乳液为主要基料配合无毒防锈颜料的水性防锈乳胶涂料,具有无毒、耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、附着力高等优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述苯丙乳液53份、所述三聚磷酸铝8.8份、所述氧化铁12份、所述碳酸钙13份、所述成膜助剂3.7份、所述分散剂3.4份、所述缓蚀剂1.2份、所述防沉剂0.6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种液压元件用无毒防锈涂料,其特征在于:所述苯丙乳液为固含量48%-50%的苯丙乳液。
