Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带及其制备方法,属于橡胶制品技术领域。其组成为:上覆盖胶、发泡层、带芯层、下覆盖胶和边胶,制备方法是将橡胶、填充补强剂、硫化剂、促进剂、活性剂、防老剂和发泡剂、其他助剂经过混炼、压延、成型、制得具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带。本发明制备所得输送带具有良好的缓冲隔热、预警节能和节约生产成本等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带及其制备方法,属于橡胶制品技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶发泡剂技术广泛的运用在密封、减震、消音、隔热制品中,随着发泡技术的发展,在轮胎领域也多有报道例如:申请号201510462333.0一种微孔发泡轮胎及其制备方法,江苏通用科技股份有限公司也成功的将发泡技术运用在胎面胶中。但在输送带中运用,至今鲜有报道。
发泡层的发泡平均粒径(Dn)为8~10μm,发泡均匀且闭孔,孔壁有较好的强度,具有良好的缓冲隔热,胶料密度小于0.63g/cm3,带体轻,较好的成本优势;发泡层加入粘合树脂,能与带芯层、上覆盖胶层有良好的粘合力值。
发泡层使用的原材料为非污染型,和上覆盖胶、带芯的颜色有显著的区别,当发泡层受到磨损时能及时的提醒客户更换输送带。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供具有发泡预警轻型输送带的制备方法,该输送带具备良好的缓冲隔热、磨损预警、降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案,具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,包括上覆盖胶、带芯层、下覆盖胶层和边胶;其自上至下依次设置上覆盖胶、带芯层和下覆盖胶层,边胶设置于胶体两侧;其特征是结构如下:还包括发泡层;所述发泡层设置于上覆盖胶和带芯层之间。
所述发泡层的配方比例如下:生胶100份;促进剂1~3.5份;活性剂3~10份;硫化剂1~3.5份;填充补强剂40~70份;发泡剂10~25份;防老剂2~5份;其他助剂3~20份。
进一步的,所述生胶具体为天然橡胶和/或丁苯橡胶。
进一步的,所述促进剂具体为促进剂CZ、促进剂NS和促进剂TMTD中的一种或几种;
进一步的,所述硫化剂为硫磺;
进一步的,所述填充补强剂为白炭黑、钛白粉和碳酸钙中的一种或几种;
进一步的,所述防老剂为防老剂RD非污染型防老剂。
进一步的,所述活性剂为活性氧化锌和硬脂酸。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为发泡剂AC,即偶氮二甲酰胺、发泡剂H,即N,N'二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺和尿素中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述其他助剂为着色剂、分散剂FS-12、粘合剂RA和粘合剂份中的一种或几种。
所述具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)发泡层的制备:按比例配料混合,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量;将所得配料进行一段混炼和二段混炼,随后加入硫化剂和促进剂进行三段混炼,出片,挤出后得到发泡层;
(2)成型:将步骤(1)制备所得发泡层置于上覆盖胶与带芯层中间,贴合下覆盖胶层和边胶经双辊压合机,压力为0.5~1MPa,获得半成品帯坯;
(3)硫化:将平板硫化机生热至155℃,均匀的喷涂聚硅氧烷水性乳液脱模剂,放置步骤(2)所得半成品帯坯进行硫化,即得发泡预警层轻型输送带;硫化温度120~160℃,时间为15~60分钟,硫化压力5~14MPa。
进一步的,步骤(1)发泡层的制备具体如下:
(1)配料:按照生胶100份;促进剂1~3.5份;活性剂3~10份;硫化剂1~3.5份;填充补强剂40~70份;发泡剂10~25份;防老剂2~5份;其他助剂3~20份的配方配料,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量;
(2)混炼:
a、一段混炼:将步骤(1)配料所得生胶、发泡剂、活性剂、防老剂、其他助剂和填充补强剂依次投入到密炼机中进行一段混炼;混炼转速20~40r/min,混炼温度130~160℃,密炼室压力为0.3~0.6MPa,混炼3~5min排胶,停放10小时;
b、二段混炼:对步骤a所得一段混炼胶继续进行二段混炼,混炼转速15~30r/min,混炼温度110~150℃,密炼室压力0.3~0.6MPa,混炼2~5min排胶,停放8小时;
c、三段混炼:将步骤b所得二段混炼胶进行三段混炼,混炼转速15~25r/min,混炼温度90~120℃,2~3min排胶,在开炼机上加入硫化剂与促进剂,辊温为50~90℃,辊距为5~10mm,翻包8次出片,经风机冷却,堆胶温度小于40℃,停放,控制可塑度为威氏0.50~0.60;
(3)挤出:将步骤(2)所得三段混炼胶加入挤出机,挤出温度为90~105℃,获得胶片厚度均匀的1~3mm的发泡层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用有机发泡剂和发泡助剂,配方有较好的可塑度,较好的发泡速率,能形成均匀闭孔(孔径在6~8μm),通过填充补强剂的调整使得产品尺寸稳定,良好的孔壁强度,赋予输送带优异的缓冲隔热性能。
本发明在发泡层中加入粘合剂RA、粘合剂RS和白炭黑,因此发泡层与上覆盖胶层与带芯层有较强的粘合力值,不会出现脱层的情况。
本发明发泡层所用的原材料为非污染型,通过加入着色剂,能和带芯层和上覆盖胶有明显的颜色差,当输送带磨损到发泡层时及时提醒客户及时的更换输送带。
本发明发泡层密度小于0.65g/cm3,以致降低带体重量,降低了企业生产的成本,对于客户来说,降低输送时的能耗。

实施例1
如图1所示,具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,包括上覆盖胶1、带芯层3、下覆盖胶层4和边胶5;其自上至下依次设置上覆盖胶1、带芯层3和下覆盖胶层4,边胶5设置于胶体两侧;结构如下:还包括发泡层2;所述发泡层2设置于上覆盖胶1和带芯层3之间。
实施例2
具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带的制备方法,包括上覆盖胶、发泡层、带芯层、下覆盖胶层和边胶,所述发泡层由表1中原材料所制备。

配料:按上述配方组成进行配比混合,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量。
混炼工艺:将上述的生胶、发泡剂、活性剂、防老剂、其他助剂、填充补强剂依次的投入到密炼机中,一段混炼,转速30r/min,混炼温度150℃,密炼室压力0.4MPa,混炼4min排胶,停放10小时,进行二段混炼转速25r/min,混炼温度150℃,密炼室压力0.4MPa,混炼3min排胶,停放8小时;进行三段混炼,转速18r/min,混炼温度90℃,2.5min排胶,在开炼机上加入硫化剂与促进剂,辊温为60℃,辊距为9mm,翻包8次出片,经风机冷却,堆胶温度小于40℃,停放,控制可塑度为0.50~0.60(威氏)。
挤出工艺:将混炼好的加硫胶料加入挤出机,获得发泡层1.5mm的发泡层,且胶片厚度均匀。
上覆盖胶、带芯层、下覆盖胶层、边胶由输送带厂家自行生产。
成型工艺:将发泡层置于上覆盖胶与带芯层中间,贴合下覆盖胶层和边胶经成型压合,获得半成品帯坯。
将平板硫化机生热至150℃,均匀的喷涂聚硅氧烷水性乳液脱模剂,放置帯坯,硫化温度160℃,时间为30分钟,硫化压力10MPa,获得发泡预警层轻型输送带。
实施例2制备所得发泡层密度为0.51g/cm3,拉伸强度为8MPa,伸长率为450%,硬度为54SA,回弹性为62%。
实施例3
具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带的制备方法,包括上覆盖胶、发泡层、带芯层、下覆盖胶层和边胶,所述发泡层由表2中原材料所制备。

配料:按上述配方组成进行配比混合,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量。
混炼工艺:将上述的生胶、发泡剂、活性剂、防老剂、其他助剂、填充补强剂依次的投入到密炼机中,一段混炼,转速35r/min,混炼温度155℃,密炼室压力0.4MPa,混炼4min排胶,停放10小时,进行二段混炼转速20r/min,混炼温度145℃,密炼室压力0.4MPa,混炼3min排胶,停放8小时;进行三段混炼,转速20r/min,混炼温度100℃,2.5min排胶,在开炼机上加入硫化剂与促进剂,辊温为60℃,辊距为9mm,翻包8次出片,经风机冷却,堆胶温度小于40℃,停放,控制可塑度为0.50~0.60(威氏)。
挤出工艺:将混炼好的加硫胶料加入挤出机,获得发泡层2mm的发泡层,且胶片厚度均匀。
上覆盖胶、带芯层、下覆盖胶层、边胶由输送带厂家自行生产。
成型工艺:将发泡层置于上覆盖胶与带芯层中间,贴合下覆盖胶层和边胶经成型压合,获得半成品帯坯。
硫化工艺:将平板硫化机生热至150℃,均匀的喷涂聚硅氧烷水性乳液脱模剂,放置帯坯,硫化温度160℃,时间为30分钟,硫化压力10MPa,获得发泡预警层轻型输送带。以上所述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施例,而并非本发明可行实施的穷举。

Claims (5)
1.具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,包括上覆盖胶(1)、带芯层(3)、下覆盖胶层(4)和边胶(5);其自上至下依次设置上覆盖胶(1)、带芯层(3)和下覆盖胶层(4),边胶(5)设置于胶体两侧;其特征是结构如下:还包括发泡层(2);所述发泡层(2)设置于上覆盖胶(1)和带芯层(3)之间;
所述发泡层的配方比例如下:生胶100份;促进剂1~3.5份;活性剂3~10份;硫化剂1~3.5份;填充补强剂40~70份;发泡剂10~25份;防老剂2~5份;其他助剂3~20份;
所述生胶为天然橡胶和/或丁苯橡胶;
所述促进剂为促进剂NS和促进剂TMTD中的一种或几种;
所述发泡剂为发泡剂AC。
2.如权利要求1所述具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述硫化剂为硫磺。
3.如权利要求1所述具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述填充补强剂为钛白粉和碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带,其特征是:所述其他助剂为着色剂、分散剂FS-12、粘合剂RA和粘合剂份中的一种或几种。
5.权利要求1所述具有发泡预警层的轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征是:步骤如下:
(1)发泡层的制备:按比例配料混合,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量;将所得配料进行一段混炼和二段混炼,随后加入硫化剂和促进剂进行三段混炼,出片,挤出后得到发泡层;
(2)成型:将步骤(1)制备所得发泡层置于上覆盖胶与带芯层中间,贴合下覆盖胶层和边胶经双辊压合机,压力为0.5~1MPa,获得半成品帯坯;
(3)硫化:将平板硫化机生热至150~155℃,均匀的喷涂聚硅氧烷水性乳液脱模剂,放置步骤(2)所得半成品帯坯进行硫化,即得发泡预警层轻型输送带;硫化温度120~160℃,时间为15~60分钟,硫化压力5~14MPa;
所述步骤(1)发泡层的制备具体如下:
(1)配料:按照生胶100份;促进剂1~3.5份;活性剂3~10份;硫化剂1~3.5份;填充补强剂40~70份;发泡剂10~25份;防老剂2~5份;其他助剂3~20份的配方配料,其中硫化剂与促进剂单独秤量;
(2)混炼:

b、二段混炼:对步骤a所得一段混炼胶继续进行二段混炼,混炼转速15~30r/min,混炼温度110~150℃,密炼室压力0.3~0.6MPa,混炼2~5min排胶,停放8小时;
c、三段混炼:将步骤b所得二段混炼胶进行三段混炼,混炼转速15~25r/min,混炼温度90~120℃,2~3min排胶,在开炼机上加入硫化剂与促进剂,辊温为50~90℃,辊距为5~10mm,翻包8次出片,经风机冷却,堆胶温度小于40℃,停放,控制可塑度为威氏0.50~0.60;
(3)挤出:将步骤(2)所得三段混炼胶加入挤出机,挤出温度为90~105℃,获得胶片厚度均匀的1~3mm的发泡层。
