This folder a can be used in a state of being independent of itself, but as shown in a use example shown in fig. 9, it is configured to be supported by another folder J having a binder E. In other words, even in a state where the binding bar E1 of the binder E in another folder J is inserted into the holes h1, h2, and h3 of the folder a of the present invention, the folder a can be used without impairing the storage function.
Fig. 9 is a diagram showing only an example in which the folder a is supported by another folder J. That is, the file a of the present embodiment can be supported by various files having different binding tools from those of fig. 9, and can also be supported by various binding tools having no cover or the like.
The folder A is provided with: a ridge B capable of functioning as an index; a front seal 1 and a back seal 2 as a cover, wherein the front seal 1 and the back seal 2 as a cover are provided with a seal ridge holding part H capable of holding the seal ridge B; and a plurality of pocket sheets P which are formed into a bag shape by being engaged and fixed to the inner surface of the back seal 2 by welding. The front seal 1 and the back seal 2 are connected by an outer sheet 3 attached to the outer surfaces of the front seal 1 and the back seal 2 by welding. A seal ridge insertion opening g through which the seal ridge B can be inserted into the seal ridge holding portion H is formed between the inner end edge 1e of the front seal 1 and the inner end edge 2e of the rear seal 2. The ridge insertion port g is in the form of a slit (slit) extending in the vertical direction.
The folder a will be described in detail below.
The seal ridge B is a paper member capable of recording characters and the like on the outer surface. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the seal ridge B has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction in the expanded state. The folded line f linearly extending in the vertical direction is provided at the center portion in the left-right direction in the unfolded state of the seal ridge B. The seal ridge B includes: a surface side region b11, the surface side region b11 being joined to the inner surface of the outer sheet 3 and covering the outer surface side of the front seal 1; and a back side region b12, the back side region b12 being joined to the inner surface of the outer sheet 3 and covering the outer surface side of the back cover 2. The front side region b11 and the back side region b12 are provided on the left and right sides with the folding line f as a boundary. The seal ridge B includes: a main body b1 of the main part, the main body b1 of the main body b being written with characters and the like on the outer surface; and a releasable flap b2, the releasable flap b2 having a portion overlapping with the holes h3, h1, h2 provided to the outer side panel 3, the front seal 1 and the rear seal 2, respectively.
The spine B is configured such that the release tab B2 can be released from the spine main body B1. In this embodiment, the detachable sheet b2 has a substantially rectangular shape elongated vertically and horizontally at the center of the spine sealing main body b1 in the unfolded state. The releasable tab b2 is connected to the spine body b1 via a cutting guide line s. The cutting guide line s is formed of a plurality of slits provided intermittently. The cutting guide wire s is called a so-called "sewing needle eye (japanese: ミシン mesh)". The detachable piece b2 is configured to be detachable from the seal main body b1 by cutting the cutting guide line s. The main body b1 of the ridge after the separation piece b2 has been separated is rectangular and annular in the unfolded state, and a rectangular communication portion b1a is formed in the central portion. Further, the guide wire s of the present embodiment includes: curved slits s1 of the same length provided at the corners of the four portions in the expanded state; and a plurality of linear slits s2 having the same length are arranged between the curved slits s 1. After the detachable piece b2 is detached from the spine main body b1, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, in a state where the folder a is supported by the binding E of another folder J, a communicating portion b1a through which the binding bar E1 of the binding E of the other folder J can pass is formed in the spine main body b 1. Note that, in fig. 1 and 9, the seal land B is shown in color for convenience of description.
The front seal 1 is a rectangular sheet-like member made of synthetic resin. The front seal 1 has a plurality of (two) holes h1 that can be used as binding holes in the region where the spine B is located. The two holes h1 are provided at predetermined intervals from top to bottom. These holes h1 are also called through holes and are circular holes.
The back cover 2 as a cover is a rectangular sheet-like member made of synthetic resin. The back cover 2 has a plurality of (two) holes h2 that can be used as binding holes in the region where the spine B is located. The two holes h2 are provided at predetermined intervals from top to bottom. These holes h2 are also called through holes and are circular holes. The thickness dimension of the back seal 2 is set longer than that of the front seal 1. In other words, the rear seal 2 is set thicker than the front seal 1.
The outer sheet 3 constitutes a seal ridge holding portion H capable of holding the seal ridge B in cooperation with the front seal 1 and the rear seal 2. The outer sheet 3 is a light-transmitting sheet, in this embodiment, a transparent sheet, so that characters, figures, and the like shown in the seal ridge B can be visually recognized from the outside. The outer sheet 3 includes: a front surface side region 31, the front surface side region 31 being a region overlapping with the front seal 1; and a back surface side region 32, the back surface side region 32 being a region overlapping with the back seal 2. The outer sheet 3 has a substantially rectangular shape extending in the vertical direction in the unfolded state. As shown in fig. 3, substantially the entire outer peripheral edge of the outer sheet 3 is welded to the outer surface of the front seal 1 and the outer surface of the back seal 2. In other words, a welded portion t welded to the outer surface of the front seal 1 and the outer surface of the rear seal 2 is provided at the outer peripheral edge of the outer sheet 3. The outer sheet 3 has a plurality of (two) holes h3 that can be used as binding holes. The two holes h3 are provided at predetermined intervals from top to bottom. These holes h3 are called through holes and are circular holes. The outer sheet 3 includes a fold portion 3a at a central portion in the left-right direction in the unfolded state, that is, at a boundary portion between the front side region 31 and the back side region 32. The folding portion 3a is a portion that is folded when the folder a assumes a closed state.
The inner edge 1e of the front seal 1 and the inner edge 2e of the rear seal 2 facing the ridge insertion opening g are provided with recessed portions 1k, 2k at predetermined positions. By providing the front seal 1 and the back seal 2 with the recessed portions 1k, 2k, protruding sheet-like finger hooking (finger hooking け, japanese) portions 1y, 2y that can be easily turned over by fingers are formed at the inner end edges 1e, 2e of the front seal 1 and the back seal 2. That is, the recessed portions 1k and 2k of the front seal 1 and the rear seal 2 facilitate insertion of the seal ridge B into the seal ridge holding portion H through the seal ridge insertion port g.
The seal retaining portion H is a portion capable of retaining the seal B. The ridge holding portion H includes the outer sheet 3, a portion 1a of the front seal 1 overlapping the outer sheet 3, which is an inner sheet disposed inside the outer sheet 3, and a portion 2a of the back seal 2 overlapping the outer sheet 3. The spine-sealing holding portion H can hold the spine-sealing B by sandwiching the spine-sealing B between the outer sheet 3 and the part 1a of the front seal 1 and between the outer sheet 3 and the part 1a of the back seal 2.
Holes h3, h1, and h2 which can be used as binding holes are provided in the outer sheet 3, the front seal 1, and the rear seal 2 so as to be able to communicate with each other. That is, the outer sheet 3 is provided with holes h3 that can be used as binding holes at a plurality of locations (four locations). In the outer sheet 3, two holes h3 are provided at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction in the front surface side region 31 which is a region overlapping with the front seal 1. The outer sheet 3 has two holes h3 provided at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction in the back surface side region 32 which is a region overlapping with the back seal 2. The holes h3, h1, and h2 provided in the outer sheet 3, the front seal 1, and the rear seal 2 allow, for example, a binding bar E1 (see fig. 9) of the binder E and/or binding legs (not shown) of other binders to communicate with each other.
The pocket sheet P is a synthetic resin member. The pocket sheet P is formed in a bag shape using a film (english: film) material. The pocket sheet P has a storage space sp capable of storing therein the paper D as a storage material. The storage is not limited to the paper D, and is not limited to the material and/or shape. In this embodiment, the storage space sp can mainly store a rectangular sheet-like storage material typified by paper D. The pocket sheet P is in a longitudinal rectangular shape. The inner end edge pe of the pocket sheet P is engaged with the inner surface side of the back seal 2 at a welded portion c extending substantially linearly in the vertical direction.
The pocket sheet P includes: a pocket sheet main body p1 having an opening k at an upper end and a storage space sp formed therein, the pocket sheet main body p 1; and a welded portion c formed at an inner end edge pe of the pocket sheet main body p1 so as to connect the pocket sheet main body p1 and the back seal 2.
The pocket sheet main body p1 is set to a size that allows a4 size paper D to be stored in the storage space sp.
The welding portion c is formed at the inner end edge pe of the pocket sheet main body p1 as a result of welding the pocket sheet main body p1 to the inner surface of the back seal 2 by welding means (not shown). The welded portion c has a recessed portion c2 recessed from the inner end pe toward the outer end pg of the pocket sheet main body p 1. At least a part of the hole h2 formed in the rear seal 2 is set to be located in the region r surrounded by the recessed portion c 2. In this embodiment, approximately half of the hole h2 formed in the rear seal 2 is set to be located in the region r surrounded by the recessed portion c 2.
The welded portion c includes a plurality of welding points c 1. The welding portion c is formed by arranging a plurality of welding points c1 at intervals along a virtual straight line L extending in the vertical direction. Further, the concave portion c2 is disposed between the specific welding points c1 in the plurality of welding points c 1.
As shown in the enlarged view of fig. 8, the recessed portion c2 includes: an upper edge portion c 21; a lower edge portion c22 substantially parallel to the upper edge portion c 21; and a side portion c23 extending in the up-down direction in such a manner as to connect one end of the upper edge portion c21 with one end of the lower edge portion c 22. In this embodiment, the upper edge portion c21, the lower edge portion c22, and the side edge portion c23 are welded with respect to the back seal 2.
As described above, the folder a according to the present embodiment includes: sealing a ridge B; a front seal 1 and a back seal 2 as covers, each of the front seal 1 and the back seal 2 having a seal ridge holding part H capable of holding the seal ridge B; and a pocket sheet P which is engaged to the back seal 2 and is formed into a bag shape. The back seal holding portion H includes an outer sheet 3 and a front seal 1 and a back seal 2 as inner sheets disposed inside the outer sheet 3. The spine seals B are held between the outer sheet 3 and the front and rear seals 1 and 2, and holes h3, h1, and h2 that can be used as binding holes are provided in the outer sheet 3, the front and rear seals 1 and 2 so as to be able to communicate with each other. The spine B includes a spine main body B1 and a detachable piece B2 having a portion overlapping with the holes h1, h2, and h3, and the detachable piece B2 is configured to be detachable from the spine main body B1. Therefore, it is possible to provide the file a configured to be able to be appropriately supported by the binder and/or another file having the binder without removing the spine B. That is, since the spine B has the releasable piece B2 having a portion overlapping the holes h1, h2, and h3, the holes h1, h2, and h3 can smoothly communicate with each other when the user releases the releasable piece B2 from the spine body B1. Therefore, the file a itself can be suitably supported by the binder and/or other files having the binder while leaving the spine main body b 1.
The portion 1a of the front seal 1 overlapping the outer sheet 3 constitutes an inner sheet, and the portion 1a of the back seal 2 overlapping the outer sheet 3 constitutes an inner sheet. Therefore, the seal ridge B can be provided at an appropriate position that can be used as an index.
The folder a includes a substantially rectangular front cover 1 and a substantially rectangular rear cover 2, and the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 are connected to each other via an outer sheet 3 attached to outer surfaces of the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2. Therefore, the purpose of connecting the front seal 1 and the rear seal 2 by the outer sheet 3 and the purpose of providing the seal retaining portion H can be achieved at a time, as well as providing the seal B at an appropriate position that can be used as an index.
A seal ridge insertion opening g through which the seal ridge B can be inserted into the seal ridge holding portion H is formed between the inner end edge 1e of the front seal 1 and the inner end edge 2e of the rear seal 2. Therefore, the seal ridge B can be appropriately inserted from the inner surface sides of the front seal 1 and the back seal 2.
The thickness dimension of the back seal 2 is set longer than that of the front seal 1. Therefore, the user can easily handle the front seal 1, and the back seal 2 can easily set the strength and/or rigidity required for welding the pocket sheet P.
Substantially the entire outer peripheral edge of the outer sheet 3 is welded to the outer surface of the front seal 1 or the outer surface of the back seal 2. Therefore, the inserted seal ridge B is difficult to fall out of the seal ridge holding portion H.
The detachable piece b2 is connected to the main seal body b1 via a cutting guide line s, and the detachable piece b2 can be detached from the main seal body b1 by cutting the cutting guide line s. Therefore, the operation of detaching the detachable piece b2 from the spine sealing main body b1 can be performed appropriately.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
The cover is not limited to the back cover, and may be a front cover. The front cover and the rear cover of the folder may be provided separately.
The pocket sheet does not necessarily have to be provided in plural, and may be a single sheet.
The spine seal holding portion may be provided with a hole used as a binding hole. That is, the spine seal holding portion is not limited to the inner side sheet and the member including the inner side sheet, and may be a single sheet-like member, for example.
The inner sheet may not be part of the front and/or rear seals but may be formed by other sheet-like components.
The holes that can be used as the binding holes in the outer sheet and/or the front and/or back covers may be single or two or more.
The seal ridge can take various forms. The seal ridge may be attached to the seal ridge holding portion by an adhesive means such as a tape or an adhesive. Further, an adhesive layer may be provided on the back surface side of the seal ridge. In this case, it is preferable that the releasable sheet is not provided with an adhesive layer, but provided with an adhesive layer only on the back side of the spine seal main body, because the releasable sheet can be cut and separated arbitrarily.
The release tab may be configured to be released from the spine seal body. In other words, the detachable sheet is not limited to a member that is detached from the seal main body by cutting the guide line. For example, the releasable sheet may also be a member configured to be peelable with respect to the spine seal body.
The shape of the detachable piece in the ridge and/or the form of the cutting guide line may be appropriately set, and is not limited to the shape and/or form shown in the above embodiments.
