Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an external appearance of a storage box according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an expanded view of the storage box shown in fig. 1 as viewed from a front surface thereof.
Referring to these drawings, the storage box 10 is formed by folding a sheet-like body 11 made of a paper blank or the like that is spread out in a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a front surface as viewed from the direction of the arrow in fig. 1 and a front surface portion 12, a back surface portion 13, a flat surface portion 14, a bottom surface portion 15, a right side surface portion 16, and a left side surface portion 17.
Since the specific configuration is reversed right and left except for the portion relating to the eyelet 41 and the removal portion 27, which will be described later, only the left side of the storage case 10 will be described.
First, the sheet-like body 11 includes a front sheet 22 covering the front portion 12 of the housing box 10. Further, as described above, the removal sheet 76 is sandwiched between the residual part 26 and the residual sheet 77, and the residual sheet 77 is bonded and fixed to a part below the front sheet 22 at the time of assembly, so that the removal sheet 76 does not need to be bonded and fixed. Therefore, when the storage case 10 is opened, the removal piece 76 can be cut without overcoming the adhesion fixation, and the removal piece 76 can be easily separated.
Further, by forming the specific front edge 78 as a semi-oval notch, the distance to the rear from the position of the left side edge 42 of the front sheet 22 is substantially constant. Therefore, the distance of the left side edge 73 of the removal sheet 76 from the specific leading edge 78 is stabilized, and thus the grasping ease of the removal sheet 76 is stabilized.
Further, since the front edge 48 of the left side upper bending piece 35 positioned below the specific front edge 78 is configured to be aligned with the left edge 42 of the front piece 22 at the connection portion 56 with the bottom piece 25, the connection strength of the left side upper bending piece 35 of the connection portion 56 can be secured, and therefore, the assembly strength of the storage box 10 is improved.
The subsequent use is similar to embodiment 1 in the step of cutting the sheet such as aluminum foil stored in the storage box 10.
In the above embodiments, the specific front edge is provided on the left side of the storage box, but the entire storage box may be inverted left and right to provide the specific front edge on the right side. In this case, the removed portion or the removed portion may be configured to be cut from right to left.

In the above embodiments, the left lower folded piece and the left lower folded piece are fixed to each other by the 2 nd left rear folded piece, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be configured by other fixing portions.
In the above embodiments, the left side rear folded piece and the left side front folded piece are set to have such a length that a part thereof overlaps with each other, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be set to have a length that does not overlap with each other as long as the left side rear folded piece and the left side front folded piece are fixed at least to the inside of the left side upper folded piece.
In the above embodiments, the front edge of the left side upper folded piece is aligned with or substantially adjacent to the left edge of the front piece at the connecting portion with the bottom piece, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the front edge may be spaced rearward from the front piece at the connecting portion.
In the above embodiments, the storage box is configured by a blank, but the invention is not limited thereto, and any other material may be used as long as it has a certain shape retention property and can be bent. For example, the sheet may be made of a sheet-like body obtained by stretching a synthetic resin such as polystyrene or polypropylene.
In the above embodiments, the storage case is fixed by an adhesive, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be fixed by another method.
In the above-described embodiments, the storage box has a structure in which a specific leading edge is provided at least at a part of a position corresponding to the removed portion or the removed piece, among two adjacent faces of the rectangular parallelepiped member, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be similarly applied to two adjacent faces even if the storage box is another polyhedron.
In the above embodiments, the storage box is formed by bending a specific sheet-like body, but may be formed by another method.
In the above embodiments, the boundary between the divided remaining portion and the removed portion is a specific needle hole, but it is sufficient if the boundary is a cut line that can be freely cut from one direction (left direction) to the other direction (right direction).
Therefore, the storage box according to each of the above embodiments can be described as a configuration below in a modified view.
That is, the storage box 10 according to claim 1 of the present invention is a storage box 10 formed by bending a sheet-like body 11 expanded into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape including a front surface portion 12, a rear surface portion 13, a flat surface portion 14, a bottom surface portion 15, one side surface portion (left side surface portion 17), and the other side surface portion (right side surface portion 16), wherein the front surface portion 12 is divided into a remaining portion 26 and a removed portion 27 with a cut-off line (needle eye 41) which is freely cut from one direction to the other direction as a boundary, the removed portion 27 can be removed by cutting the cut-off line (needle eye 41), at least a part of one side edge (left side edge 47) of the removed portion 27 is arranged to overlap one side edge (left side edge 42) of the front surface portion 12, and a front edge 48 of the one side surface portion (left side surface portion 17) is arranged to be spaced rearward from the position of one side edge (left side edge 42) of the front surface portion 12 at least a part (specific front edge 58) corresponding to the one side edge (left side edge 47) of the removed portion 27).
With this configuration, since a space is secured between at least a part of one side edge of the removed portion and the front edge of the one side edge portion, it is easy to press a finger against the one side edge of the removed portion, and it becomes easy to pinch the removed portion.
Industrial applicability
As described above, the storage case according to the present invention is suitable for storing a rolled material formed by rolling a sheet-like body such as an aluminum foil.

Claims (8)

1. A storage box (10) formed by bending a sheet-like body (11) expanded into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape composed of a front surface portion (12), a back surface portion (13), a flat surface portion (14), a bottom surface portion (15), a side surface portion (17), and another side surface portion (16),
the front face portion is divided into a remaining portion (26) and a removed portion (27) from one direction to the other direction with a freely-cut cutting line (41) as a boundary,
the removal portion can be removed by cutting the resection line,
at least a part of a side edge (47) of the removed portion is arranged to overlap with a side edge (42) of the front portion,
a notch (38) is formed by at least a part (58, 68, 78) of the front edge (48) of the one side surface portion at a position corresponding to the part of the one side edge of the removed part being arranged to be spaced rearward from the position of the one side edge of the front surface portion,
the side edge of the one side surface part (17) located directly above the notch (38) is in contact with the remaining part (26) of the front surface part (12) from the side of the back surface part (13),
the upper portion of the notch itself is covered by a part of the one side surface portion.
2. A storage box (10) formed by bending a sheet-like body (11) expanded into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape composed of a front surface portion (12), a back surface portion (13), a flat surface portion (14), a bottom surface portion (15), a right side surface portion (16), and a left side surface portion (17),
the storage box (10) is provided with:
a front surface sheet (22) covering the front surface portion;
a left side rear bending piece (32) which is connected to the left edge (42) of the front surface piece in a freely bending manner and covers at least a part of the left side surface part;
a bottom surface sheet (25) which is connected to the lower edge (52) of the front surface sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the bottom surface section;
a left upper bending piece (35) which is connected with the left edge (45) of the bottom piece in a freely bending way and is at least fixed on the outer surface of the left rear bending piece;
a back sheet (23) which is connected to the rear edge (55) of the base sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the back surface section;
a left side front bent piece (33) which is connected to a left edge (43) of the back sheet so as to be freely bent and which is fixed to at least an inner surface of the left side upper bent piece;
a flat sheet (24) which is connected to the upper edge (53) of the back sheet so as to be bendable, and covers the flat surface section;
a front lower bent piece (28) which is connected to the front edge (54) of the planar piece in a freely bendable manner and covers at least a part of the front piece; and
a left side lower bending piece (34) which is connected with the left side edge (44) of the plane piece in a freely bending way and at least covers the upper part of the outer surface of the left side upper bending piece,
the front lower folded piece is divided into an upper remaining part (26) and a lower removed part (27) at a boundary by a freely-cut eyelet (41) formed parallel to the front edge of the planar piece, and a part of the removed part is fixed to the front piece,
and the residual part is connected with the lower bending piece of the left side surface,
at least a portion of a left side edge (47) of the removed portion is configured to overlap a left side edge of the topsheet,
a specific front edge (58, 68, 78) exposed from the left-side lower bent piece, which is a front edge (48) of the left-side upper bent piece, is arranged at least partially at a position corresponding to the part of the left side edge of the removed portion, at a position rearward from the position of the left side edge of the front sheet, thereby forming a notch,
the side edge of the left side upper bent piece (35) located directly above the specific front edge is in contact with the remaining portion (26) of the front lower bent piece (28) from the side of the back surface portion (13),
the upper portion of the notch is covered by the bent piece below the left side face.
3. A storage box (10) formed by bending a sheet-like body (11) expanded into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape composed of a front surface portion (12), a back surface portion (13), a flat surface portion (14), a bottom surface portion (15), a right side surface portion (16), and a left side surface portion (17),
the storage box (10) is provided with:
a front surface sheet (22) covering the front surface portion;
a left side rear bending piece (32) which is connected to the left edge (42) of the front surface piece in a freely bending manner and covers at least a part of the left side surface part;
a bottom surface sheet (25) which is connected to the lower edge (52) of the front surface sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the bottom surface section;
a left upper bending piece (35) which is connected with the left edge (45) of the bottom piece in a freely bending way and is at least fixed on the outer surface of the left rear bending piece;
a back sheet (23) which is connected to the rear edge (55) of the base sheet so as to be bendable, and covers the back surface section;
a left side front bent piece (33) which is connected to a left edge (43) of the back sheet so as to be freely bent and which is fixed to at least an inner surface of the left side upper bent piece;
a flat sheet (24) which is connected to an upper edge (53) of the back sheet so as to be bendable, and covers the flat surface section;
a front lower bent piece (28) which is connected to the front edge (54) of the planar piece in a freely bendable manner and covers at least a part of the front piece; and
a left side lower bending piece (34) which is connected with the left edge (44) of the plane piece in a freely bending way and at least covers the upper part of the outer surface of the left side upper bending piece,
the front lower folded piece is divided into an upper residual part (26) and a lower removed part (27) by using a freely-cut needle eye (41) formed parallel to the front edge of the plane piece as a boundary, and a part of the removed part is fixed to the front piece,
and the residual part is connected with the lower bending piece of the left side surface,
at least a portion of a left side edge (47) of the removed portion is configured to overlap a left side edge of the topsheet,
a specific front edge (58, 68, 78) exposed from the left-side lower bent piece, which is a front edge (48) of the left-side upper bent piece, is arranged at least partially at a position corresponding to the part of the left side edge of the removed portion, at a position rearward from the position of the left side edge of the front sheet, thereby forming a notch,
the edge of the lower end of the left side surface part is formed into a continuous straight line,
the upper portion of the notch is covered by the bent piece below the left side face.
4. The containment case of claim 2,
the specific front edge is aligned with the left edge of the front sheet at a connecting portion (56, 66) connected to the bottom sheet, and is spaced rearward from the left edge of the front sheet above the connecting portion (56, 66).

a front edge (48) of the one side surface portion is disposed at least partially (58, 68, 78) at a position corresponding to the one portion of the one side edge of the removed portion, so as to be spaced rearward from the position of the one side edge of the front surface portion, thereby forming a notch,
the edge of the lower end of the one side portion is formed as a continuous straight line,
the upper portion of the notch itself is covered by a part of the one side surface portion.
