本发明涉及导线领域,具体涉及一种冷却性能好的导线。
背景技术
现有的导线用于绕制变压器,当导线受到通电作用后会发生发热,过热容易导致导线的烧毁,导线的氧化失效。现有的变压器采用油冷却,采用油冷却增加的油料的消耗,同时也要考虑到油泄漏的因素,变压器结构复杂,使得变压器的安装维护变得复杂,因此就需要提供一种全新的技术方案来解决线圈冷却的技术问题,使得安装更加方便,结构更加简单。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种冷却性能好的导线,设计开发本装置的目的是避免导体温度过高,不会造成导体本身被烧伤,延长线圈的使用寿命。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种冷却性能好的导线,包括导体1、外包层2,所述外包层2覆盖所述导体1,所述导体1设有中空腔3,所述中空腔3中充盈有水体,所述中空腔3为全封闭结构。
所述外包层2为绝缘包层。
本发明采用上述技术方案具有以下有益效果:导体1通电后导体自身受到热量,随着时间的推移导体1上的热量在逐渐上升,但是水存在了,由于水的比热容是自然界最大的,也就是说单位体积的水说带走的热量是最多的,因此导体1中的大量的热量被带走了。从而导致了导体保持了恒温的状态,从而达到避免导体中温度过高的情况发生。避免导体温度过高,不会造成导体本身被烧伤,延长线圈的使用寿命。

1.一种冷却性能好的导线,包括导体(1)、外包层(2),所述外包层(2)覆盖所述导体(1),其特征在于,所述导体(1)设有中空腔(3),所述中空腔(3)中充盈有水体,所述中空腔(3)为全封闭结构。
