Abstract

本发明涉及一种旋塞阀。其圆柱塞体或圆锥塞体相对于阀体作单向周转而不是往复转动,在周转中,相同径向截面段上相互可以形成开闭动作的塞体及其通孔与阀体及其通孔形成一个开闭副,可调周转式旋塞阀可以具有一个或多个开闭副。在阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使塞体在周转的同时可轴向移动,塞体各通孔和阀体各通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,通过拨叉带动拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而调节开闭副,使本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能都可以调节变化。可调周转式旋塞阀还可以设计成多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀以及分配可调周转式旋塞阀。

可调周转式旋塞阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体阀门,具体为塞体单向周转的可以调节的旋塞阀。
背景技术
为了提升阀门的性能,要根据不同的工程需要采用不同的阀门。现有的旋塞阀是以圆锥塞体或圆柱塞体往复运动实现开闭作用的一种阀门,结构简单,不利于周期性开闭,更无法调节。本发明目的就是提出一类方便周期性开闭控制且可以调节流体的新型旋塞阀。
发明内容
本发明提出的可调周转式旋塞阀,是一种新型旋塞阀,含圆柱塞体、阀杆、阀体等,塞体与阀体均设有通孔。特征是其塞体围绕阀体轴心相对于阀体单向周转而不是往复转动,在相对周转中,相同径向截面段上相互可以形成开闭动作的塞体及其通孔与阀体及其通孔形成一个开闭副,开闭副可以在周转中形成周期性的开闭动作,用于流体的周期性开闭控制,可调周转式旋塞阀可以具有一个或多个开闭副。塞体可以是实心可以是空心,根据塞体实心、空心,以及塞体通孔与阀体通孔的不同,周期性开闭动作可以设计为径向与径向之间开闭动作,或者径向与轴向之间开闭动作。流体径向穿越塞体中心从径向流至径向的开闭动作周期为180度,流体从径向流至轴向或从轴向流至径向的开闭动作周期为360度。在需要持续周期性开闭时,可调周转式旋塞阀不必像普通塞体往复转动式阀门一样每次开闭都去调节开闭时机,可调周转式旋塞阀的开闭动作只需要一次性协调开闭时机,然后保持塞体按相同周期周转,就可以长时间达成周期性开闭的控制目标。可调周转式旋塞阀的特征还在于,塞体上的通孔和阀体上的通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,在阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使塞体在周转的同时还可以在拨叉与拨环(或拨槽)的带动下沿轴向移动。
可调周转式旋塞阀的开闭周期由塞体周转速度决定,开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等由相同径向截面段上的塞体及其通孔与阀体及其通孔共同形成的开闭副决定,所以周转周期中的各种周期特性如开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等都可以通过塞体在周转时轴向移动来调节变化。
除了具有一个开闭副,可调周转式旋塞阀还可以具有多个开闭副。可调周转式旋塞阀还可以设计成多个通孔共处同一根圆柱塞体,或多个具有通孔的塞体共轴相串联,共用同一阀杆,各个开闭副同相或错相,塞体及其各通孔同步周转,与相同径向截面段中的阀体及其通孔形成同步同相或同步异相多个开闭副,协同作周期性开闭。同样,塞体各通孔和阀体各通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,在阀杆设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,通过拨叉与拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而同步同相或同步异相地调节多个开闭副,这是多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀。流体从轴向流至径向的可调周转式旋塞阀还可以设计成塞体空心作为主管道,相同径向截面段上的塞体及塞体上的一个或少数个塞体通孔与阀体及阀体上的多个阀体通孔相对应形成开闭副,在每个周转周期内一个或少数个塞体通孔周期性对多个阀体通孔形成开闭动作,可以从塞体主管道周期性向多个阀体通孔对应的多个支管道分配流体流量。同样,塞体通孔和阀体通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,在阀杆设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,通过拨叉及拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而周期性分配也是可调的,这是分配可调周转式旋塞阀。这些扩展型可调周转式旋塞阀也应属于本发明的保护范围。
在本发明之前,没有人提出可调周转式旋塞阀。普通旋塞阀以塞体往复转动的方式应对持续周期性开闭的工程需求,其开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等很难形成周期性动作,难控制准确。本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的塞体本身就是周期单向周转的,开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等各项周期性指标容易控制。在需要持续周期性开闭时,可调周转式旋塞阀不必像普通塞体往复转动式阀门一样每次开闭都去调节开闭时机,可调周转式旋塞阀的开闭动作只需要一次性协调开闭时机,然后保持塞体按相同周期周转,就可以长时间达成周期性开闭的控制目标。在阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使塞体在周转的同时可以沿轴向移动,塞体各通孔和阀体各通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,通过拨叉带动拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而调节开闭副,使本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等都可以调节变化。本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的技术关键在于提出以塞体的单向周转代替塞体往复转动,又提出在阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使塞体在周转的同时可以沿轴向移动,塞体各通孔和阀体各通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,通过拨叉带动拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而调节开闭副,使周转式旋塞阀的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等都可以调节变化,形成了可调周转式旋塞阀。
本发明所述可调周转式旋塞阀,其有益之处在于:丰富了阀门的理论。提出了塞体单向周转的可调节阀的各种开闭性能的可调周转式旋塞阀,可以满足周期性开闭控制且调节流体的工程需要。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明的实施例1——多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀用于四缸内燃机进排气门。其塞体结构示意图参见图1,可调周转式旋塞阀的塞体为实心体穿心开异形通孔,图中有阴影的异形示意为塞体一侧通孔,塞体上的多个异形通孔以塞体圆柱表面一侧的四个异形通孔为代表示意。实际用于一缸至多缸内燃机气门的一个多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀的塞体会有一个、两个、三个、四个或多个塞体穿心异形通孔,与同一径向截面段上相互可以形成开闭动作的二个、四个、六个、八个或多个阀体异形通孔及其阀体形成开闭副,对应内燃机一缸、二缸、三缸、四缸或多缸的进气门。另外设置一个类似的多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀对应内燃机一缸、二缸、三缸、四缸或多缸的排气门。本实施例是两个多副同步周转式旋塞阀用作四缸内燃机的进排气阀,在两个阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使两个塞体在周转的同时可以各沿轴向移动,通过拨叉带动拨环(或拨槽)带动两个塞体在周转的同时各沿轴向移动,从而调节同步异相的进气门、排气门各开闭副,使本发明可调周转式旋塞阀各气门各开闭副的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能都可以调节变化。
这种多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀的一个开闭周转周期为180度,其周期时长对应内燃机的一个720度四冲程循环周期的周期时长。可调周转式旋塞阀的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等由塞体及其通孔与阀体及其通孔共同形成的开闭副决定,可以根据内燃机的工况需要调节变化。这样,内燃机的各个气门开闭周转周期相同、相位不同,各气门开闭相位由正时链条(或正时皮带)驱动两个阀杆齿轮周转控制,取代传统凸轮轴顶杆式气门机构的功能;控制拨叉控制塞体轴向移动从而调节各气门各开闭副的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能,取代传统的凸轮轴可变正时、可变升程等可变气门机构的功能。可以简化结构,减少往复运动与震动,减轻可变气门机构重量,提高内燃机进排气流程的可控性,提升内燃机性能。
本发明可调周转式旋塞阀还可以用于内燃机的燃油喷注流体的周期性控制及性能调节变化,取代传统喷油嘴控制阀。为保证周转式旋塞阀的密封,与内燃机活塞环类似,可在塞体与阀体之间设置密封圈。
本发明可调周转式旋塞阀在需要周期性控制且调节流体的很多领域可以有很多具体应用,本实施例1只是选取其中一种示例。上述实施例仅为本发明的部分实施方式。本发明提出,只要是塞体与阀体相对单向周转的旋塞阀,通过控制塞体轴向移动调节改变各开闭副的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能,这样的旋塞阀均属本发明保护范围,还包括多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀与分配可调周转式旋塞阀,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.可调周转式旋塞阀,含圆柱塞体、阀杆、阀体等,塞体与阀体均设有通孔,特征是其塞体围绕阀体轴心相对于阀体单向周转而不是往复转动,在相对周转中,相同径向截面段上相互可以形成开闭动作的塞体及其通孔与阀体及其通孔形成一个开闭副,开闭副可以在周转中形成周期性的开闭动作,用于流体的周期性开闭控制,可调周转式旋塞阀可以具有一个或多个开闭副。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调周转式旋塞阀,其特征还在于:在阀杆上设置拨环(或拨槽)、设置花键连接,使塞体在周转的同时可以沿轴向移动,塞体各通孔和阀体各通孔可以设置成沿轴向变化的异形,通过拨叉带动拨环(或拨槽)带动塞体在周转的同时沿轴向移动,从而调节开闭副,使本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能都可以调节变化。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的可调周转式旋塞阀,其特征还在于可调周转式旋塞阀还可以设计成多个通孔共处同一根圆柱塞体,或多个具有通孔的塞体共轴相串联,共用同一阀杆,各个开闭副同相或错相,塞体及其各通孔同步周转,与相同径向截面段上的阀体及其通孔形成同步同相或同步异相多开闭副,协同作周期性开闭,同样可以通过控制塞体轴向移动调节改变各开闭副的开启点、关闭点、开程、闭程等性能,这是本发明可调周转式旋塞阀的扩展型:多副同步可调周转式旋塞阀。
