Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,包括脚垫本体,所述脚垫本体包括防水层、基层、弹性层、防火层和耐磨层,所述防水层的表面与基层粘合,所述基层的表面与弹性层粘合,所述弹性层的表面与防火层粘合,所述防火层的表面与耐磨层粘合。通过脚垫本体、防水层、基层、弹性层、聚氨酯层、聚烯烃层、防火层和耐磨层的配合使用,解决了现有的汽车脚垫防火性和防潮性差的问题,该汽车脚垫具备防火防潮性好的优点,防止了汽车脚垫容易被烧坏,避免了汽车脚垫因受潮出现滑动的状况,方便了使用者的使用,提高了汽车脚垫的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车美容用品技术领域,具体为一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫。
背景技术
汽车美容用品就是汽车美容所需要用到的物品,而汽车美容主要包括车表美容(汽车清洗、除去油性污渍、新车开蜡、旧车开蜡、镀件翻新和轮胎翻新)、车饰美容(发动机美容护理和行李箱清洁、座套坐垫清洗、仪表盘清洗护理)、漆面美容(漆面失光处理、漆面划痕处理和喷漆)、汽车防护(粘贴防爆太阳膜、安装防盗器、安装语音报警系统和安装静电放电器)和汽车精品(汽车车香水、车室净化、装饰贴和各种垫套)等方面。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车已经成为现代家庭常用的交通工具,脚垫是汽车内室美容用品之一,现有的汽车脚垫防火性和防潮性差,容易被烧坏,而且在使用时容易出现潮湿滑动,不方便使用者的使用,降低了汽车脚垫的实用性。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,具备防火防潮性好等优点,解决了现有的汽车脚垫防火性和防潮性差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述防火防潮性好的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,包括脚垫本体,所述脚垫本体包括防水层、基层、弹性层、防火层和耐磨层,所述防水层的表面与基层粘合,所述基层的表面与弹性层粘合,所述弹性层的表面与防火层粘合,所述防火层的表面与耐磨层粘合。
优选的,所述防水层的材质为聚氯乙烯,且防水层的厚度为10μm-20μm。
优选的,所述弹性层包括聚氨酯层和聚烯烃层,所述聚氨酯层的表面与聚烯烃层粘合。
优选的,所述防火层为硅橡胶和阻燃剂混合制成,且防火层的厚度为10μm-20μm。
优选的,所述耐磨层的材质为聚四氟乙烯,且耐磨层的厚度为20μm-30μm。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过脚垫本体、防水层、基层、弹性层、聚氨酯层、聚烯烃层、防火层和耐磨层的配合使用,解决了现有的汽车脚垫防火性和防潮性差的问题,该汽车脚垫具备防火防潮性好的优点,防止了汽车脚垫容易被烧坏,避免了汽车脚垫因受潮出现滑动的状况,方便了使用者的使用,提高了汽车脚垫的实用性。
2、本发明通过防水层的设置,提高了脚垫本体的防潮性,避免了因脚垫受潮,导致使用者脚部与脚垫本体之间出现滑动的状况,通过聚氨酯层和聚烯烃层的设置,提高了使用者使用时的舒适感,有效的缓解了使用者长期使用的疲劳感,通过防火层的设置,提高了脚垫本体的防火性,避免了脚垫本体在遇到火源时出现烧坏的状况,通过耐磨层的设置,提高了脚垫本体的耐磨性,避免了因使用者长期踩踏脚垫本体,导致脚垫本体出现磨损的状况,延长了脚垫的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,包括脚垫本体1,脚垫本体1包括防水层2、基层3、弹性层4、防火层5和耐磨层6,防水层2的表面与基层3粘合,防水层2的材质为聚氯乙烯,且防水层2的厚度为10μm-20μm,通过防水层2的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的防潮性,避免了因脚垫本体1受潮,导致使用者脚部与脚垫本体1之间出现滑动的状况,基层3的表面与弹性层4粘合,弹性层4包括聚氨酯层401和聚烯烃层402,聚氨酯层401的表面与聚烯烃层402粘合,通过聚氨酯层401和聚烯烃层402的设置,提高了使用者使用时的舒适感,有效的缓解了使用者长期使用的疲劳感,弹性层4的表面与防火层5粘合,防火层5为硅橡胶和阻燃剂混合制成,且防火层5的厚度为10μm-20μm,通过防火层5的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的防火性,避免了脚垫本体1在遇到火源时出现烧坏的状况,防火层5的表面与耐磨层6粘合,耐磨层6的材质为聚四氟乙烯,且耐磨层6的厚度为20μm-30μm,通过耐磨层6的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的耐磨性,避免了因使用者长期踩踏脚垫本体1,导致脚垫本体1出现磨损的状况,延长了汽车脚垫的使用寿命。
在使用时,通过防水层2的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的防潮性,避免了因脚垫本体1受潮,导致使用者脚部与脚垫本体1之间出现滑动的状况,通过聚氨酯层401和聚烯烃层402的设置,提高了使用者使用时的舒适感,有效的缓解了使用者长期使用的疲劳感,通过防火层5的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的防火性,避免了脚垫本体1在遇到火源时出现烧坏的状况,通过耐磨层6的设置,提高了脚垫本体1的耐磨性,避免了因使用者长期踩踏脚垫本体1,导致脚垫本体1出现磨损的状况,延长了汽车脚垫的使用寿命,实现了防火防潮性好的目的。
综上所述,该防火防潮的汽车脚垫,通过脚垫本体1、防水层2、基层3、弹性层4、聚氨酯层401、聚烯烃层402、防火层5和耐磨层6的配合使用,解决了现有的汽车脚垫防火性和防潮性差的问题。

1.一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,包括脚垫本体(1),其特征在于:所述脚垫本体(1)包括防水层(2)、基层(3)、弹性层(4)、防火层(5)和耐磨层(6),所述防水层(2)的表面与基层(3)粘合,所述基层(3)的表面与弹性层(4)粘合,所述弹性层(4)的表面与防火层(5)粘合,所述防火层(5)的表面与耐磨层(6)粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)的材质为聚氯乙烯,且防水层(2)的厚度为10μm-20μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,其特征在于:所述弹性层(4)包括聚氨酯层(401)和聚烯烃层(402),所述聚氨酯层(401)的表面与聚烯烃层(402)粘合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,其特征在于:所述防火层(5)为硅橡胶和阻燃剂混合制成,且防火层(5)的厚度为10μm-20μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防潮的汽车脚垫,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(6)的材质为聚四氟乙烯,且耐磨层(6)的厚度为20μm-30μm。
