Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,包括内侧钢化玻璃基材和外侧钢化玻璃基材,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材的一侧和外侧钢化玻璃基材的一侧之间保持有规定的间距且两面钢化玻璃的周边的规定间距内施加密封粘接层,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层、镀银保温层和疏水层,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层、变色层、防紫外线层和疏水层。本发明安全性高,同时具有隔热、阻强光、防紫外线、保温和耐脏等良好性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢化玻璃技术领域,具体是一种建筑玻璃用钢化玻璃。
背景技术
钢化玻璃是安全玻璃的一种,它是经强化处理,在玻璃表面上形成一个压应力层,具有良好的机械性能和耐热震性能,从而广泛应用于生活中和工业生产中。
虽然钢化玻璃具有良好的力学性能,但是当用在建筑窗上的时候,特别是高层建筑窗,任然存在着较大的弊端,比如,容易沾上灰尘,特别是对于外侧钢化玻璃基材,擦拭十分麻烦;当钢化玻璃意外破碎,虽然破碎后碎片会成类似蜂窝状的碎小钝角颗粒,但在高层建筑上,任然对地面上的人们存在安全威胁;夏天隔热及防紫外线效果较差,冬天热量散失较大。鉴于此,有必要设计一种新型的建筑窗用钢化玻璃,以此来解决目前存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,包括内侧钢化玻璃基材和外侧钢化玻璃基材,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材的一侧和外侧钢化玻璃基材的一侧之间保持有规定的间距且两面钢化玻璃的周边的规定间距内施加密封粘接层,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层、镀银保温层和疏水层,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层、变色层、防紫外线层和疏水层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材和外侧钢化玻璃基材的尺寸完全相同。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材和外侧钢化玻璃基材之间的空隙为真空空间。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防爆层为聚酯薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述变色层为溴化银和氧化铜的微晶粒组成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材、防爆层、镀银保温层和疏水层之间采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材、防爆层、变色层、防紫外线层和疏水层之间同样也采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该钢化玻璃的内侧钢化玻璃基材和外侧钢化玻璃基材的最外层均设置疏水层,有效避免了沾染水分从而吸附灰尘,减少了清洗次数。
该钢化玻璃设置防爆层,即使钢化玻璃意外破碎,碎粒也会被防爆层聚集在一起,不会散落。
设置真空空间、镀银保温层和防紫外线层,夏天能够有效防止紫外线及隔热,冬天能够有效防止室内热量散失。
设置变色层且变色层为溴化银和氧化铜的微晶粒组成,正常状态呈现透明状,当强光照射时,溴化银分解为银和溴,分解出的银的微小晶粒,使贴膜呈现暗棕色;当光线变暗时,银和溴在氧化铜的催化作用下,重新生成溴化银,重新回到透明状态,有效保证了在强光状态下即使不拉窗帘也不会感到刺眼。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1,一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,包括内侧钢化玻璃基材1和外侧钢化玻璃基材2,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材1的一侧和外侧钢化玻璃基材2的一侧之间保持有规定的间距且两面钢化玻璃的周边的规定间距内施加密封粘接层3,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材1的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层5、镀银保温层6和疏水层7,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材2的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层5、变色层8、防紫外线层9和疏水层7。
所述内侧钢化玻璃基材1和外侧钢化玻璃基材2的尺寸完全相同;所述内侧钢化玻璃基材1和外侧钢化玻璃基材2之间的空隙为真空空间4;所述防爆层5为聚酯薄膜;所述变色层8为溴化银和氧化铜的微晶粒组成;所述内侧钢化玻璃基材1、防爆层5、镀银保温层6和疏水层7之间采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材2、防爆层5、变色层8、防紫外线层9和疏水层7之间同样也采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴。

1.一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,包括内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)和外侧钢化玻璃基材(2),其特征在于,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)的一侧和外侧钢化玻璃基材(2)的一侧之间保持有规定的间距且两面钢化玻璃的周边的规定间距内施加密封粘接层(3),所述内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层(5)、镀银保温层(6)和疏水层(7),所述外侧钢化玻璃基材(2)的另一侧由内向外依次设置有防爆层(5)、变色层(8)、防紫外线层(9)和疏水层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)和外侧钢化玻璃基材(2)的尺寸完全相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)和外侧钢化玻璃基材(2)之间的空隙为真空空间(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述防爆层(5)为聚酯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述变色层(8)为溴化银和氧化铜的微晶粒组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑窗用钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述内侧钢化玻璃基材(1)、防爆层(5)、镀银保温层(6)和疏水层(7)之间采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴,所述外侧钢化玻璃基材(2)、防爆层(5)、变色层(8)、防紫外线层(9)和疏水层(7)之间同样也采用斌烯酸树脂黏剂粘贴。
