Abstract
一种防火智能调光玻璃,它主要包括两层防火玻璃层,所述的两层防火玻璃层之间设有一层智能调光膜,在防火玻璃层和智能调光膜之间还有一层用以胶合作用的PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片;所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片通过高温高压胶合在防火玻璃层和智能调光膜之间;形成一种在智能调光膜两面贴合上两片防火玻璃的、具有智能调光和防火功能的、复合的防火智能调光玻璃;本发明在两片防火玻璃之间夹一层智能调光膜,使防火玻璃实现玻璃透明与不透明状态的切换,用PVB膜胶片进行胶合,使玻璃增加了隔除紫外线的能力,同时还可以提高防火隔热性能,进一步增强防火玻璃的安全性。

所属技术领域
本发明属于玻璃加工及制造技术领域,具体涉及一种防火智能调光玻璃。
背景技术
防火玻璃,在防火时的作用主要是控制火势的蔓延或隔烟,是一种措施型的防火材料。现有的防火玻璃,如公开号为CN203742393U的中国实用新型专利公开了《一种新型防火玻璃》,其包括两大小相同的防火玻璃原片,在两防火玻璃原片的同侧均匀镀上透明的耐高温热反射膜镀层,在两防火玻璃原片的边缘之间设置有方框形低熔点管,在低熔点管内装有发泡剂,两防火玻璃原片及低熔点管之间为中空;在两防火玻璃原片及低熔点管的外缘涂有防火胶层。上述技术方案提高了防火玻璃的耐火完整性和耐火隔热性要求,但防火玻璃在长时间的阳光辐射下,吸收了大量的热能,隔热效果差;并且在黑暗环境下,不能起到指引作用,其使用范围受到限制。公开号为CN104402248A的中国发明专利公开了《一种防火玻璃》,它是在普通防火玻璃层上复合上LED发光玻璃层、图片胶片层和Low-E低辐射节能玻璃层而形成一种多层复合的多功能复合玻璃,在防火的基础上,增加了玻璃的使用范围。
智能调光玻璃是两层玻璃之间夹着液晶膜,液晶膜两面覆盖PVB膜或EVA膜,经高温高压胶合成一体的夹层结构的光电玻璃产品。使用者通过控制电流的通断与否实现玻璃透明与不透明状态切换,起到保护隐私等特殊功能。由于智能调光玻璃的夹层结构特点,它同时具备安全玻璃的特点。将智能调光玻璃制成具有防火功能的防火智能调光玻璃,其用途将更加广泛。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成合理,具有智能调光功能,隔热和耐火效果好的防火智能调光玻璃。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:一种防火智能调光玻璃,它主要包括两层防火玻璃层,所述的两层防火玻璃层之间设有一层智能调光膜,在防火玻璃层和智能调光膜之间还有一层用以胶合作用的PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片。
作为优选:所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片的厚度为1.14~1.52mm;所述智能调光膜的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述防火玻璃为铯钾防火玻璃,其厚度为5~10mm。
作为优选:所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片通过高温高压胶合在防火玻璃层和智能调光膜之间;形成一种在智能调光膜两面贴合上两片防火玻璃的、具有智能调光和防火功能的、复合的防火智能调光玻璃。
作为优选:所述的智能调光膜上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜包括两层PET膜,在两层PEY导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
作为优选:所述智能调光膜的两片PET膜内表面的ITO导电层分别与两个电极焊接,两个电极分别引出导线以备与外电源连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明在两片防火玻璃内夹一层智能调光膜,提供一种安全的防火智能调光玻璃,膜的存在,使本发明成为安全玻璃,智能调光膜的存在,实现透明与不透明之间切换,外侧两片防火玻璃的存在,能满足防火要求;本发明主要用于通道防火使用,当然也可以用于其他建筑上,具有结构组成合理,具有智能调光功能,隔热和耐火效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明为一种防火智能调光玻璃,它主要包括两层防火玻璃层101,所述的两层防火玻璃层101之间设有一层智能调光膜103,在防火玻璃层101和智能调光膜103之间还有一层用以胶合作用的PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片102。
本发明所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片102的厚度为1.14~1.52mm;所述智能调光膜103的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述防火玻璃101为铯钾防火玻璃,其厚度为5~10mm。
图中所示,本发明所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片102通过高温高压胶合在防火玻璃层101和智能调光膜103之间;形成一种在智能调光膜两面贴合上两片防火玻璃的、具有智能调光和防火功能的、复合的防火智能调光玻璃。
本发明所述的智能调光膜103上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜包括两层PET膜,在两层PET导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
所述智能调光膜103的两片PET膜内表面的ITO导电层分别与两个电极焊接,两个电极分别引出导线以备与外电源连接。
本发明所述防火玻璃可以为经钢化处理,最好为经钢化处理的铯钾防火玻璃,其厚度为5~10mm,最佳为6mm。
本发明一种防火智能调光玻璃的技术指标如下:耐火隔热性时间≥1.5小时,耐火完整性时间≥1.5小时,降噪音≥30dB,透光率2.0~72%。
当然,上面结合附图只是对本发明优选的具体实施方式作了详细描述,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,凡依本发明的原理、构造以及结构所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种防火智能调光玻璃,它主要包括两层防火玻璃层(101),其特征在于所述的两层防火玻璃层(101)之间设有一层智能调光膜(103),在防火玻璃层(101)和智能调光膜(103)之间还有一层用以胶合作用的PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片(102)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火智能调光玻璃,其特征在于所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片(102)的厚度为1.14~1.52mm;所述智能调光膜(103)的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述防火玻璃(101)为铯钾防火玻璃,其厚度为5~10mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防火智能调光玻璃,其特征在于所述PVB膜胶片或EVA膜胶片(102)通过高温高压胶合在防火玻璃层(101)和智能调光膜(103)之间;形成一种在智能调光膜两面贴合上两片防火玻璃的、具有智能调光和防火功能的、复合的防火智能调光玻璃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防火智能调光玻璃,其特征在于所述的智能调光膜(103)上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜包括两层PET膜,在两层PET导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防火智能调光玻璃,其特征在于所述智能调光膜(103)的两片PET膜内表面的ITO导电层分别与两个电极焊接,两个电极分别引出导线以备与外电源连接。
