The upper suction cups 23 and the lower suction cups 24 are respectively provided with four, the position intervals of the four upper suction cups are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the gaps on the two bag placing grooves 13, the plastic bags cover the gaps, and the gaps are used for the upper suction cups 23 and the lower suction cups 24 to suck the plastic bags.

The wick device further comprises a second elastic mechanism corresponding to the wick sucking disc 30 one by one, the second elastic mechanism is arranged between the wick sucking disc 30 and the connecting plate 32, and the second elastic mechanism comprises a second screw and a second spring: when the bag supporting sleeve 3 is in a high position, the second spring can be compressed to enable the suction core sucker 30 to ascend, and when the bag supporting sleeve 3 is in a low position, the second spring can be compressed to supplement the gap.
And a bagging detection device is also arranged at the core suction device and is used for detecting whether the template 2 is sleeved with a plastic bag or not.
The core suction device further comprises an air blowing mechanism, the air blowing mechanism comprises an air nozzle, the air nozzle is arranged on the connecting plate 32, when the bagging detection device detects that no plastic bag is sleeved on the template 2, the air nozzle is used for blowing away the plastic bag which is not smoothly sleeved on the template 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the feeding device comprises a storage hopper 33, a feeding mechanism, a discharging barrel 34 and a discharging mechanism, the storage hopper 33 is fixed on the frame 1, the upper end of the storage hopper 33 is open, the lower end of the storage hopper 33 is closed, the feeding mechanism, the discharging barrel 34 and the discharging mechanism are respectively provided with two parts which are in one-to-one correspondence, the feeding mechanism comprises a packing auger and a feeding motor 35, the packing auger traverses the lower part of the storage hopper 33, two ends of the packing auger penetrate out of the storage hopper 33, one end of the packing auger is connected with the feeding motor 35 through a coupler, the other end is positioned above the discharging barrel 34, the discharging barrel 34 is vertically fixed on the frame 1, the discharging mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the discharging barrel 34, two upper and lower ends of the discharging barrel 34 are both open, the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging plate 36 and a discharging drive 37, the discharging plate 36 is horizontally, the piston rod of the discharging cylinder is fixed with the discharging plate 36, the piston rod can horizontally drive the discharging plate 36 to seal or open the opening at the lower end of the discharging barrel 34 in a telescopic mode, and the opening size of the lower end of the discharging barrel 34 is controlled by controlling the position of the discharging plate 36.

The clasping mechanism comprises two clasping blocks 51 and two clasping drives 52 which are oppositely arranged, the clasping blocks 51 are positioned above the bag clasping module 49, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the clasping blocks 51, the two arc-shaped grooves are oppositely arranged and can be spliced to form a complete circle, the clasping drives 52 are fifth three-rod cylinders, piston rods of the two fifth three-rod cylinders are respectively connected with the clasping blocks 51, and the two clasping blocks 51 can move oppositely or oppositely under the drive of the two fifth three-rod cylinders. The clasping block 51 is positioned at the opening of the plastic bag and is used for hooping the plastic bag and the bag opening mechanism tightly to prevent the bag opening from being separated from the bag opening mechanism in the material pressing process.
The pressing device is also provided with a pressing detection device which is used for confirming whether the plastic bag is arranged on the template 2.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the driving assembly includes an ascending mechanism, a circulating mechanism, a descending mechanism, and a running mechanism: the framework 1 is provided with a circulation station 53 and an operation station 54 which are arranged up and down, the circulation mechanism is positioned at the circulation station 53, the operation mechanism is positioned at the operation station 54, the ascending mechanism and the descending mechanism are respectively arranged at two sides of the circulation station 53, the circulation station 53 and the operation station 54 are both provided with chutes for the template 2 to horizontally slide, the two chutes are arranged up and down in parallel, the template 2 is positioned in the chute, the width of the chute is matched with the width of the template 2, and the template 2 is limited to move only along the length direction of the chute; the template 2 is driven by the ascending mechanism to ascend from the left end of the operation station 54 to the left end of the circulation station 53, then driven by the circulation mechanism to move from the left end of the circulation station 53 to the right end of the circulation station 53, driven by the descending mechanism to descend from the right end of the circulation station 53 to the right end of the operation station 54, driven by the operation mechanism to move from the right end of the operation station 54 to the left end of the operation station 54, bag sleeving, feeding and material pressing are completed in the process, and the circulation is restarted after the bags are unloaded.
The ascending mechanism and the descending mechanism respectively comprise a supporting plate 55, a guide assembly and a power assembly, the supporting plate 55 is horizontal, the guide assembly comprises a rail vertically arranged on the rack 1 and a guide block 56 arranged on the rail in a matching way, the supporting plate 55 is fixedly connected with the guide block 56, the power assembly comprises a speed reducing motor 57 and a belt assembly connecting the speed reducing motor 57 and the supporting plate 55, the belt assembly comprises two second synchronous belt wheels 58 arranged up and down and a second synchronous belt 59 wound on the two second synchronous belt wheels 58, the speed reducing motor 57 is fixed at the top of the rack 1, the second synchronous belt wheels 58 positioned above are concentrically fixed on a motor shaft, one end of the supporting plate 55 is fixedly connected with the second synchronous belt 59, the other end of the supporting plate 55 faces the template 2, and the supporting plate 55 is supported on the bottom surface of the template 2 to drive the;
the circulation mechanisms comprise pull plates 60 and pull-back cylinders 61, the cylinder bodies of the pull-back cylinders 61 are fixed to the top of the rack 1, the pull plates 60 are horizontally arranged on the top of the rack 1 in a sliding mode and fixedly connected with piston rods of the pull-back cylinders 61, the piston rods of the pull-back cylinders 61 stretch horizontally, the pull plates 60 move horizontally back and forth under the driving of the pull-back cylinders 61, the left side of the template 2 at the leftmost end of the circulation station 53 leans against the pull plates 60, the template 60 pulls the template to move rightwards, and therefore other templates 2 on the circulation station 53 move rightwards synchronously; the operating mechanism is a pushing cylinder 62, a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 62 faces the template 2 and can horizontally stretch along the moving direction of the template 2, and the pushing cylinder 62 moves leftwards through the template 2 which is pushed to the rightmost end of the operating station 54 through the piston rod, so that other templates 2 on the operating station 54 are pushed to move leftwards synchronously.
An uplink detection device is respectively arranged at two ends of the stroke of the uplink mechanism, a downlink detection device is respectively arranged at two ends of the stroke of the downlink mechanism, and the uplink detection device and the downlink detection device are both travel switches.
The automatic bagging machine further comprises a plurality of positioning devices, as shown in fig. 4, each positioning device comprises a conical positioning block 63 and a positioning drive 64 for driving the conical positioning block 63 to move up and down, each positioning drive 64 is provided with a positioning cylinder, the conical positioning block 63 is conical and the small end of the conical positioning block faces downwards, the positioning holes are formed in the template 2, and the positioning cylinders drive the conical positioning blocks 63 to gradually penetrate into the positioning holes to finely adjust the positions of the template 2. The positioning devices are arranged at the positions of the core suction device, the feeding device and the pressing device.
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic bagging machine further comprises a discharging device, the discharging device comprises a second conveying belt 65 and a discharging drive 66 for driving the second conveying belt 65 to move, the input end of the second conveying belt 65 is located below the feeding device, when feeding and pressing are carried out, the second conveying belt 65 supports the plastic bag, after pressing is finished, the plastic bag is conveyed away by the second conveying belt 65, and the plastic bag is separated from the template 2.
The first embodiment is as follows: the bag placing detection device 22, the bag sleeving detection device, the feeding detection device and the pressing detection device are all eddy current sensors, and the eddy current sensors are in circuit connection with the control system. The spring pieces 4 and the bag supporting sleeves 3 are all metal pieces and can conduct electricity, the plastic bags are insulators, and whether the plastic bags are sleeved on the template 2 or not is determined by the principle of whether the electricity is conducted or not; the eddy current sensor is determined by eddy current signals detected by the bag placing groove 13 close to the bag opening mechanism, if the eddy current signals exist, the metal piece is indicated, no plastic bag exists, if the eddy current signals do not exist, the insulator is indicated, and the plastic bag exists.
Example two: the bag placing detection device 22, the bag sleeving detection device, the feeding detection device and the pressing detection device respectively comprise an induction seat, and a positive contact and a negative contact which are arranged on the induction seat, the positive contact and the negative contact are respectively connected to a signal point of a control system through leads, the control system is connected with a power supply, a potential difference exists between the positive contact and the negative contact, when the positive contact and the negative contact touch metal, the positive contact and the negative contact are connected to generate a current signal, the situation that no plastic bag exists is indicated, and when no current signal exists, the situation that the positive contact and the negative contact touch the plastic bag is indicated.
The working process is as follows:
bag feeding: the first lifting mechanism descends to the trough 18, the bag feeding sucker 17 is opened to suck up the plastic bag, the first lifting mechanism resets, then the first translation mechanism is operated to feed the plastic bag to the upper side of the bag placing trough 13, then the bag feeding sucker 17 descends to be close to the bag placing trough 13 through the first lifting mechanism, the bag feeding sucker 17 closes the sucking and opening blowing functions, and the plastic bag falls onto the bag placing trough 13.
Whether a plastic bag exists in the bag placing groove 13 or not is confirmed by the bag placing detection device 22: if the plastic bag exists, the next step is carried out; if no plastic bag exists, the first conveyer belt 19 moves to move the adjacent material groove 18 with the plastic bag to the material taking position, the material groove is positioned by the material groove positioning piece 21, and then the bag feeding work is carried out again.
Opening the bag: the corner mechanism rotates the upper sucker 23 and the lower sucker 24 to the bag placing groove 13, at the moment, the upper sucker 23 and the lower sucker 24 are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the gap of the bag placing groove 13, then the upper sucker 23 moves downwards, the lower sucker 24 moves upwards to suck the plastic bag, then the corner mechanism rotates for 90 degrees to reset, and the upper sucker 23 and the lower sucker 24 move oppositely to open the bag opening in the resetting process.
Bag opening: after the corresponding template 2 is positioned at the designated position through the positioning device, the corner mechanism resets and opens the bag, the second lifting mechanism 31 drives the core suction cup 30 to suck the bag supporting sleeve 3 on the corresponding template 2, then the plastic bag goes upward, then the spring piece 4 is sleeved by the plastic bag, and then the bag covering condition is confirmed through the bag covering detection device, if the plastic bag is confirmed, the second lifting mechanism 31 drives the bag supporting sleeve 3 to go downward to support the spring piece 4, and if no plastic bag is confirmed, the air blowing mechanism is started to blow away the dropped plastic bag.
After the bag supporting sleeve 3 descends to a specified position and the spring piece 4 is opened, the core suction cup 30 is closed, and the second lifting mechanism 31 resets.
Feeding: firstly, positioning a corresponding template 2 below a blanking barrel 34 through a positioning device, then confirming whether a plastic bag exists on the template 2 through a feeding detection device, when the plastic bag exists, conveying the edible fungus matrix in a storage barrel to the blanking barrel 34 through a packing auger, driving a discharging plate 36 to open the bottom of the blanking barrel 34 through a discharging drive 37, and filling the edible fungus matrix into the plastic bag; if no plastic bag exists, the bag feeding, opening and opening work needs to be started again.
Pressing materials: the rotary driving is always kept running, namely, the material pressing rotary shaft and the mud pressing rotary seat 40 are always kept rotating, the corresponding template 2 is positioned at an appointed position through the positioning device, then whether a plastic bag exists on the template 2 is confirmed through the material pressing detection device, when the plastic bag exists, the bag mouth is tightly embraced by the two embracing blocks 51 through the enclasping driving 52, the bag embracing module 49 embraces the plastic bag simultaneously, and then the third lifting mechanism is operated to enable the mud pressing rotary seat 40 to press mud downwards.
