Abstract

本发明涉及一种轴承式连接结构。该结构由两件半环、一件外加螺帽、一件止动销组成。其中两件半环安装于连接件的侧壁,外加螺帽与被连接件连接,外加螺帽和半环之间通过止动销连接,形成轴承式连接结构。该结构避免了螺纹连接方式紧固后位置不固定的问题,适用于管路或其他装配后需调整角度的复杂结构,尤其适用于高载荷、振动的恶劣环境,结构形式简单,制造方便,性能可靠。

技术领域
本发明属于机械连接技术领域,涉及一种轴承式连接结构。
背景技术
常规的管路连接一般采用螺栓螺母形式,通过螺母的旋紧实现结构件的连接。
由于螺母的螺纹加工起始位置不确定,通过螺纹连接紧固的零件其最终相对位置是不确定的,对于安装后有相对位置要求或者紧固后需要继续调整安装角度的情况,使用常规的螺纹连接方式则不能实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的:
本发明的目的是针对螺纹连接件紧固后无法调整角度的问题,设计提供一种轴承式连接结构,其目的是实现连接件按预定位置要求安装。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种轴承式连接结构,由半环(2)、止动销(3)、外加螺帽(4)组成;
其中,两个半环(2)套在连接件(1)连接处,形成一个整环,提高连接件(1)连接处的连接强度,外加螺帽(4)与两个半环(2)套接在一起,止动销(3)安装于外加螺帽(4)和两个半环(2)之间的轴承结构中,防止外加螺帽(4)的脱落。
其特征在于,连接件(1)与被连接件连接时,将外加螺帽(4)拧在被连接件上,在外加螺帽(4)拧紧前,调整连接件(1)的安装角度,达到要求后继续拧紧外加螺帽(4),完成安装。
其特征在于,所述的连接件(1)材料为金属。
其特征在于,所述的半环(2)为轴承式结构的内圈,为实现安装,由两个对称的半环(2)组成一个整环,半环(2)由不锈钢制成。
其特征在于,半环(2)两外壁之间具有内凹陷结构,形成止动销(3)的安装空间。
其特征在于,所述的止动销(3)为轴承式结构内外圈的连接件,由不锈钢材料制成。
其特征在于,所述的外加螺帽(4)为轴承式结构的外圈,与被连接件通过直螺纹连接,由不锈钢材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的优点是在常规螺纹连接形式的基础上增加轴承结构,可以实现螺纹连接件的安装前或安装后的相对位置调整。该轴承式连接结构可靠耐用,安装灵活,制造方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
参见附图1、2所示,本发明的一种轴承式连接结构,由半环(2)、止动销(3)、外加螺帽(4)组成。
两个半环(2)套在连接件(1)连接处,形成一个整环,提高连接件(1)连接处的连接强度,外加螺帽(4)与两个半环(2)套接在一起,止动销(3)安装于外加螺帽(4)和两个半环(2)之间的轴承结构中,防止外加螺帽(4)的脱落。
连接件(1)与被连接件连接时,将外加螺帽(4)拧在被连接件上,在外加螺帽(4)拧紧前,调整连接件(1)的安装角度,达到要求后继续拧紧外加螺帽(4),完成安装。
所述的连接件(1)材料为金属。
所述的半环(2)为轴承式结构的内圈,为实现安装,由两个对称的半环(2)组成一个整环,半环(2)由不锈钢制成。
所述的止动销(3)为轴承式结构内外圈的连接件,由不锈钢材料制成。
所述的外加螺帽(4)为轴承式结构的外圈,与被连接件通过直螺纹连接,由不锈钢材料制成。
图3为半环(2)规格示意,半环(2)内径12.25mm,外径15mm,半环(2)两外壁之间具有内凹陷结构,形成止动销(3)的安装空间。
安装时首先在半环零件表面涂抹润滑脂,然后将两件半环零件放入连接件的安装槽内,装入外加螺帽使其侧壁与半环对齐,从外加螺帽的安装孔中装入止动销,将外加螺帽的螺纹拧入被连接件螺纹,调整连接件位置后拧紧外加螺帽,完成安装。

Claims (7)

1.一种轴承式连接结构,由半环(2)、止动销(3)、外加螺帽(4)组成;
其中,两个半环(2)套在连接件(1)连接处,形成一个整环,提高连接件(1)连接处的连接强度,外加螺帽(4)与两个半环(2)套接在一起,止动销(3)安装于外加螺帽(4)和两个半环(2)之间的轴承结构中,防止外加螺帽(4)的脱落。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,连接件(1)与被连接件连接时,将外加螺帽(4)拧在被连接件上,在外加螺帽(4)拧紧前,调整连接件(1)的安装角度,达到要求后继续拧紧外加螺帽(4),完成安装。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,所述的连接件(1)材料为金属。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,所述的半环(2)为轴承式结构的内圈,为实现安装,由两个对称的半环(2)组成一个整环,半环(2)由不锈钢制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,半环(2)两外壁之间具有内凹陷结构,形成止动销(3)的安装空间。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,所述的止动销(3)为轴承式结构内外圈的连接件,由不锈钢材料制成。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种轴承式连接结构,其特征在于,所述的外加螺帽(4)为轴承式结构的外圈,与被连接件通过直螺纹连接,由不锈钢材料制成。
