本发明公开了一种斜槽式重型万向节十字轴,主要包括十字轴、外圈、滚针、密封圈、u字形凹槽,十字轴的四个轴颈上设计有双列u字形凹槽,u字形凹槽内安装滚针,滚针外侧接触外圈,外圈与十字轴的轴颈之间安装密封圈以密封滚针。本发明通过十字轴轴颈表面u字形凹槽加锥度设计,有效增大了滚针与十字轴轴颈接触面积,降低重载载荷对滚针与轴颈的冲击作用,使滚针与十字轴轴颈接触应力降低20%以上,大幅提高轴承磨损寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及万向节的领域,具体涉及一种斜槽式重型万向节十字轴。
背景技术
万向节通常安装在节叉上,通过带有夹角的输入轴与输出轴做小幅往复运动。十字轴轴颈设计通常表现为规则平齐的圆柱面。
万向节十字轴在低速重载工况时,最大受力滚针与轴颈接触附近外围内的挤压接触应力较大,滚针在十字轴圆柱轴颈表面与外圈之间做正弦或余弦往复运动。由于载荷大频率高,会造成十字轴轴颈发生磨损失效,也即早期疲劳剥落。过大的接触应力及高频的冲击载荷是重型万向节十字轴轴颈表面早期疲劳剥落的根源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种斜槽式重型万向节十字轴。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种斜槽式重型万向节十字轴,主要包括十字轴、外圈、滚针、密封圈、u字形凹槽,十字轴的四个轴颈上设计有双列u字形凹槽,u字形凹槽内安装滚针,滚针外侧接触外圈,外圈与十字轴的轴颈之间安装密封圈以密封滚针。所述u字形凹槽的凹槽直径略大于滚针直径且u字形凹槽数量与滚针相等。所述u字形凹槽设计为有锥度结构。
所述u字形凹槽锥度结构的锥度量δ一般为0.005-0.020mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明在某给定万向节十字轴外形尺寸不便的情况下,且不影响万向节轴承原有运动特性的基础上,通过增大滚针与轴颈之间接触面积以及滚针与轴颈之间的锥度间隙,达到降低接触应力和减缓冲击载荷的作用,从而提高万向节十字轴的耐磨损能力。
2、本发明通过十字轴轴颈表面u字形凹槽加锥度设计,有效增大了滚针与十字轴轴颈接触面积,降低重载载荷对滚针与轴颈的冲击作用,使滚针与十字轴轴颈接触应力降低20%以上,大幅提高轴承磨损寿命。

实施例:如附图所示,这种斜槽式重型万向节十字轴,主要包括十字轴1、外圈2、滚针3、密封圈4、u字形凹槽5,十字轴1的四个轴颈上设计有双列u字形凹槽5,u字形凹槽5内安装滚针3,滚针3外侧接触外圈2,外圈2与十字轴1的轴颈之间安装密封圈4密封滚针3。u字形凹槽5的凹槽直径略大于滚针3直径且u字形凹槽5数量与滚针3相等,增大了滚针3与十字轴1轴颈的接触面积从而减小了接触应力,减弱滚针3与十字轴1轴颈之间的冲击作用,从而达到提高万向节十字轴磨损寿命的目的。u字形凹槽5设计为有锥度结构,并且其锥度量δ一般为0.005-0.020mm。u字形凹槽5深度及直径根据具体工况、具体结构确定。由于u字形凹槽5的存在,滚针3直径可相对加粗,从而提高滚针3的承载能力。本发明不改变轴承运动性能,不改变轴承尺寸。
