Abstract

叶轮导风腔旁通再循环涡轮增压器压气机,包括压气机蜗壳及叶轮,压气机蜗壳上设有进气腔A及扩压腔C,在压气机蜗壳进气腔A与叶轮的背轮之间为叶轮导风腔B。在压气机蜗壳进气腔A的内壁上设有复数圈旁通再循环槽,旁通再循环槽设在叶轮导风腔B的端口,旁通再循环槽的截面为V型。当叶轮旋转且即将发生喘振时,从压气机蜗壳进气腔A进入的大部分空气经叶轮导风腔B进入扩压腔C,另一小部分空气则经由旁通再循环槽重新返回到叶轮导风腔B的进口端,然后再次进入到叶轮导风腔B后进入扩压腔C,最终实现气流连续,减少涡轮增压器喘振发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮增压技术领域,特别是一种在叶轮导风腔采用旁通再循环结构的涡轮增压器压气机。
背景技术
涡轮增压器具有降低发动机燃油消耗、减少废气排放、提高发动机功率和恢复高原功率的作用。但是增压器在使用过程中,特别在高原地区容易发生喘振,喘振容易导致增压器发生故障,最终导致发动机不能工作。
附图1为现有压气机蜗壳结构的涡轮增压器结构示意图,包括压气机蜗壳1及叶轮2,压气机蜗壳1上设有进气腔A及扩压腔C,在压气机蜗壳1进气腔A与叶轮2的背轮之间为叶轮导风腔B。当涡轮增压器工作时,空气通过压气机蜗壳1的进气腔A进入叶轮导风腔B,再从叶轮导风腔B进入扩压腔C。当叶轮2旋转且发生喘振时,空气被吸入叶轮导风腔B后,气流会不连续地进入扩压腔C,导致涡轮增压器发生喘振,从而引发增压器发生故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种在叶轮导风腔采用旁通再循环结构的涡轮增压器压气机。
本发明的技术方案是:叶轮导风腔旁通再循环涡轮增压器压气机,包括压气机蜗壳及叶轮,压气机蜗壳上设有进气腔A及扩压腔C,在压气机蜗壳进气腔A与叶轮的背轮之间为叶轮导风腔B。在压气机蜗壳进气腔A的内壁上设有复数圈旁通再循环槽,旁通再循环槽设在叶轮导风腔B的端口,旁通再循环槽的截面为V型。
当叶轮旋转且即将发生喘振时,从压气机蜗壳进气腔A进入的大部分空气经叶轮导风腔B进入扩压腔C,另一小部分空气则经由旁通再循环槽重新返回到叶轮导风腔B的进口端,然后再次进入到叶轮导风腔B后进入扩压腔C,最终实现气流连续,减少涡轮增压器喘振发生。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下特点:
在压气机蜗壳进气腔A的内壁增设旁通再循环槽,不但能够避免涡轮增压器发生喘振,防止涡轮增压器发生故障,还能够简化和缩小涡轮增压器压气机蜗壳结构,降低涡轮增压器压气机蜗壳采购成本。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的详细结构作进一步描述。

具体实施方式
实施例一、叶轮导风腔旁通再循环涡轮增压器压气机,包括压气机蜗壳1及叶轮2,压气机蜗壳1上设有进气腔A及扩压腔C,在压气机蜗壳1进气腔A与叶轮2的背轮之间为叶轮导风腔B。在压气机蜗壳1进气腔A的内壁上设有三圈旁通再循环槽1-1,旁通再循环槽1-1设在叶轮导风腔B的端口,旁通再循环槽1-1的截面为V型。
当叶轮2旋转且即将发生喘振时,从压气机蜗壳1进气腔A进入的大部分空气经叶轮导风腔B进入扩压腔C,另一小部分空气则经由旁通再循环槽1-1重新返回到叶轮导风腔B的进口端,然后再次进入到叶轮导风腔B后进入扩压腔C,最终实现气流连续,减少涡轮增压器喘振发生。
实施例二、与实施例一相比,不同的是,在压气机蜗壳1进气腔A的内壁上设有四圈旁通再循环槽1-1。

1.叶轮导风腔旁通再循环涡轮增压器压气机,包括压气机蜗壳及叶轮,压气机蜗壳上设有进气腔A及扩压腔C,在压气机蜗壳进气腔A与叶轮的背轮之间为叶轮导风腔B;其特征是:在压气机蜗壳进气腔A的内壁上设有复数圈旁通再循环槽,旁通再循环槽设在叶轮导风腔B的端口,旁通再循环槽的截面为V型。
