本实用新型涉及一种涡轮增压器压气机叶轮。
背景技术
在涡轮增压器中,压气机叶轮一般使用径流式,其特点是气流由叶轮中心向叶轮轮缘流动,在叶轮出口处转为径向流动。此种叶轮在小流量范围效率较高。随着涡轮增压器向小型、大容量、高增压比的发展,此种叶轮已不能满足发动机日益严格的排放及轻量化要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种涡轮增压器压气机叶轮,此种叶轮能提高压气机流量,增加发动机进气密度,改善燃烧。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:压气机叶轮在最大外圆的气流出口处成倾斜状态,扩压器与之相适应。
本实用新型的涡轮增压器压气机叶轮采用混流式压气机叶轮,特点是在叶轮出口处做成倾斜状态。同时,扩压器也做成倾斜,与叶轮相适应。这样,气流就能很好的适应叶型的变化,平缓地过渡,减小了流动损失,增大了流量,提高了发动机进气密度,达到改善燃烧的目的。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的结构,但本实用新型的结构不限于附图所示。

具体实施方式
图1中:压气机壳1,扩压气后板2,混流式压气机叶轮3,涡轮轴4。叶轮在最大外圆处(即气流出口处)成倾斜状态。
图2中,压气机叶轮3固定在涡轮轴4上,随轴一起旋转。当气流从压气机壳1流入,经过压气机叶轮3压缩后,流向扩压器。扩压器由压气机壳1和扩压器后板2组成。组成扩压器的压气机壳1和扩压器后板2也相应做成倾斜状,与压气机叶轮3气流出口处相适应,当气流经压气机叶轮3压缩至其出口时,气流能很顺畅的进入扩压器。这样,减小了流动损失,流量也大幅提高,保证了进入扩压器的空气不仅压力提高,空气密度也加大,使经涡轮增压器而进入发动机的空气增加,改善了燃烧。
