Abstract
本发明公开一种铰杯内置缓冲铰链,包括有缓冲铰链,缓冲铰链的铰杯内安装有缓冲铰杯关门摆动的阻尼器,阻尼器的油缸端设在铰杯的铰接端,与铰杯铰接的连杆臂的摆肩部横装一滚子,阻尼器的油缸端形成有当铰杯关门摆动时与滚子抵接的斜面。由于本发明铰杯内置缓冲铰链在连杆臂的摆肩部设置滚子与阻尼器的油缸端抵接,减少了连杆臂对阻尼器的抵接损伤,可有效延长阻尼器的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铰链技术领域,具体是涉及到一种液压缓冲铰链。
背景技术
现有的液压缓冲铰链主要由铰座、铰杯、铰接在铰座与铰杯之间的两连杆臂构成,三者构成一个四连杆机构。其中一连杆臂只有铰接铰座与铰杯的作用,为从动连杆臂;另一连杆臂铰接铰座与铰杯的同时,作为主动连杆臂驱使铰杯摆动。而为主动连杆臂的摆动提供动力的是扭簧,用来缓冲连杆臂摆动的是阻尼器,从而驱动铰杯缓冲摆动,实现与铰杯固定的门板的缓冲开合。按阻尼器的安装方式,一般分为铰座内置和铰杯内置两种。其中铰杯内置缓冲铰链更有利于更换阻尼器。但是,目前这种铰杯内置缓冲铰链大都设计不够合理,阻尼器的拆装不便,而且容易损坏阻尼器的油缸体。因此有必要研发一种结构更加合理的铰杯内置缓冲铰链。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理的铰杯内置缓冲铰链。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种铰杯内置缓冲铰链,包括有缓冲铰链,缓冲铰链的铰杯内安装有缓冲铰杯关门摆动的阻尼器,阻尼器的油缸端设在铰杯的铰接端,其特征在于:与铰杯铰接的连杆臂的摆肩部横装一滚子,阻尼器的油缸端形成有当铰杯关门摆动时与滚子抵接的斜面。
在上述基础上,设一圆拱状的压箍,压箍将阻尼器压装在铰杯内,压箍的两端分别形成有插耳,铰杯相应的底部形成有容置插耳插扣的扣耳。
在上述基础上,所述铰杯的底部还形成有阻挡阻尼器油缸端的凸块。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明铰杯内置缓冲铰链在连杆臂的摆肩部设置滚子与阻尼器的油缸端抵接,减少了连杆臂对阻尼器的抵接损伤,可有效延长阻尼器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种铰杯内置缓冲铰链,包括有缓冲铰链,缓冲铰链的铰杯1内安装有缓冲铰杯1关门摆动的阻尼器2,阻尼器2的油缸端设在铰杯1的铰接端。在本发明中,与铰杯1铰接的连杆臂4的摆肩部41横装一滚子5,阻尼器2的油缸端形成有当铰杯1关门摆动时与滚子5抵接的斜面21。
关门时,门板带动铰杯1摆动,当动力连杆臂摆过四连杆机构的死点位置后,此时扭簧的弹力会驱使动力连杆臂继续摆动,带动铰杯1关门摆动,在此过程中,跟随摆动的滚子5会抵接阻尼器2的斜面21,驱使阻尼器2的活塞杆阻尼缩入,从而缓冲门板的关门摆动。
在本实施例中,设一圆拱状的压箍3,压箍3将阻尼器2压装在铰杯1内,压箍3的两端分别形成有插耳31,铰杯1相应的底部形成有容置插耳31插扣的扣耳11。安装时,用压箍3压着阻尼器2,然后推着压箍3,使压箍3的两插耳31插入铰杯1的两扣耳11内,从而把阻尼器2压装在铰杯内,使得阻尼器的拆装非常方便快捷。所述铰杯1的底部还形成有阻挡阻尼器2油缸端的凸块12,这样可进一步地防止阻尼器移位。

1.一种铰杯内置缓冲铰链,包括有缓冲铰链,缓冲铰链的铰杯内安装有缓冲铰杯关门摆动的阻尼器,阻尼器的油缸端设在铰杯的铰接端,其特征在于:与铰杯铰接的连杆臂的摆肩部横装一滚子,阻尼器的油缸端形成有当铰杯关门摆动时与滚子抵接的斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰杯内置缓冲铰链,其特征在于:设一圆拱状的压箍,压箍将阻尼器压装在铰杯内,压箍的两端分别形成有插耳,铰杯相应的底部形成有容置插耳插扣的扣耳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铰杯内置缓冲铰链,其特征在于:所述铰杯的底部还形成有阻挡阻尼器油缸端的凸块。
