本发明公开一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,属于研磨液技术领域,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为15‑30%,抗磨剂为2‑11%,乳化剂为8‑24%,防锈剂剂为0.2‑1.5%,杀菌剂为0.2‑1.5%,去离子水为50‑70%,醇为3‑12%。本发明的研磨液主要用于高硬度硅材、玻璃领域加工,流动性能优异,润滑效果好;抗磨性能优于85%的同类产品。

本发明涉及研磨液技术领域,特别涉及一种硬质材钻孔研磨液。
背景技术
研磨液的作用如下:①软化作用:即对金属表面氧化膜的化学作用,使其软化,易于从表面研磨除去,以提高研磨效率。②润滑作用:象研磨润滑油一样,在研磨块和金属零件之间起润滑作用,从而得到光洁的表面。③洗涤作用:像洗涤剂一样,能除去金属零件表面的油污。④防锈作用:研磨加工后的零件,未清洗前在短时间内具有一定的防锈作用。⑤缓冲作用:在光整加工运转中,与水一起搅动,会缓解零件之间的相互撞击。
本发明的研磨液是指可用于玻璃、硅材、硬塑外膜、压铸等领域的磨削钻孔液,现有的用于上述领域的研磨液主要存在以下问题或缺点:
1.高硬度材加工时抗磨持续性不好,寿命短;
2.乳化效果不佳,流动性差。

针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,解决现有的研磨液抗磨持续性不好和流动性差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明的提供一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为15-30%,抗磨剂为2-11%,乳化剂为8-24%,防锈剂剂为0.2-1.5%,杀菌剂为0.2-1.5%,去离子水为50-75%,醇为3-12%。
其中,优选地,所述基础油为基础油60N、7#白油、10#白油、32#白油中的任意一种或几种。
其中,优选地,所述抗磨剂为氯化石蜡,硫化烯烃、亚磷酸酯及其衍生物、磷硫酸复酯及其衍生物、硫代磷酸酯及其衍生物、硼酸酯中的任意一种或几种。
其中,优选地,所述乳化剂为石油磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或两种。
其中,优选地,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、羧酸盐、硼酸酯、环烷酸锌或十二烯基丁二酸中的任意一种或几种。
其中,优选地,所述杀菌剂为咪唑烷、戊二醛、三(羟甲基)硝基甲烷或二溴水杨酰胺。

本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明的研磨液主要用于高硬度硅材、玻璃领域加工,流动性能优异,润滑效果好;
2.抗磨性能优于85%的同类产品;
3.长时间放置不会产生细菌导致发臭,废液可生物降解95%以上,对环境和人无任何伤害。

下述实施例中,硬质材钻孔研磨液采用下述制备方法制成:将基础油加入调和罐后,加入醇、抗磨剂、乳化剂、防锈剂、去离子水、杀菌剂,控制温度在30-40℃,混合30-40min,过滤去除杂质即得。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂为氯化石蜡,硫化烯烃、亚磷酸酯及其衍生物、磷硫酸复酯及其衍生物、硫代磷酸酯及其衍生物、硼酸酯中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为石油磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、羧酸盐、硼酸酯、环烷酸锌或十二烯基丁二酸中的任意一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为咪唑烷、戊二醛、三(羟甲基)硝基甲烷或二溴水杨酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质材钻孔研磨液,其特征在于:所述醇为甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、乙二醇中的任意一种或几种。
