The present invention will be described in more detail below.
The invention relates to a method for processing wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid of suspended grease into clear and transparent wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid.
The method comprises the following steps:
A. preparation of organic acid mixtures
Citric acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.1-0.2: 0.1-0.5: 0.05-0.2, and uniformly mixing to obtain the organic acid mixture;
it is known that citric acid contains a large number of carboxyl groups, which promote the esterification reaction; therefore, the main function of citric acid in the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid treatment method is to promote the esterification reaction to be carried out mildly without damaging small molecular organic substances in the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid. Citric acid for use in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by lemon chemical limited in Shandong under the trade name citric acid.
The salicylic acid carboxyl and the phenolic hydroxyl as well as the tartaric acid hydroxyl and the carboxyl are not only beneficial to esterification reaction, but also have certain chelation performance on medium and trace elements and can enhance the stress resistance of crops; the main function of salicylic acid in the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid treatment method is to improve the stability of esterification reaction, keep the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid transparent and improve the stress resistance of crops. Tartaric acid contains carboxyl and hydroxyl, and can be cooperated with citric acid to promote esterification reaction. The salicylic acid and tartaric acid used in the present invention are both currently marketed products, such as those sold under the trade name salicylic acid by Shandong Xinhuarong chemical Co., Ltd, and those sold under the trade name tartaric acid by Lanxi Heda tartaric acid Co., Ltd, Zhejiang.
The ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid has good chelation performance on medium and trace elements, and can improve the stability of storage, transportation and application of products. The main function of the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid in the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid treatment method is to improve the stability of trace elements in the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid. The ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by the company Limited for the photoprotective materials of Huafeng, Wuyi county, Hebei province under the trade name ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid.
In the invention, when the dosage of other raw materials is in the range, if the dosage of the salicylic acid is less than 0.1, the effect of improving the stability of the esterification reaction is not obvious; if the amount of salicylic acid is more than 0.2, it may cause the liquid to generate suspended matter, resulting in an increase in cost; therefore, the dosage of the salicylic acid is 0.1-0.2 reasonably;
similarly, when the amount of other raw materials is within the range, if the amount of tartaric acid is less than 0.1, the synergistic effect with citric acid is not significant; if the dosage of the tartaric acid is higher than 0.5, tartaric acid precipitation can be generated, and the liquid stability is influenced; therefore, the amount of tartaric acid is preferably 0.1 to 0.5;
when the dosage of other raw materials is in the range, if the dosage of the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid is lower than 0.05, the chelation effect on trace amount in the liquid is not obvious; if the amount of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is higher than 0.2, the chelating effect is not significantly improved and the cost is excessively increased; therefore, the amount of EDTA is preferably 0.05 to 0.2.
Preferably, the weight ratio of citric acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid is 1: 0.12-0.18: 0.2-0.4: 0.08 to 0.16.
B. Preparation of fat dissolving agent
Adding 20-40 parts by weight of the organic acid mixture obtained in the step A into 40-75 parts by weight of water, uniformly mixing, heating the organic acid mixture water solution to 60-100 ℃, stirring for dissolving, adding 5-20 parts by weight of alcohol amine, stirring until the alcohol amine is completely dissolved, and cooling to obtain the grease dissolving agent;
the main function of the organic acid mixture in the grease dissolving agent is to promote the esterification and keep the wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar transparent.
In the present invention, when the amount of water is within the range, if the amount of the organic acid mixture is less than 20 parts by weight, instability of the fat after dissolution may result; if the using amount of the organic acid mixture is more than 40 parts by weight, the buffering performance of an organic acid-base system formed by the subsequent steps and the alcohol amine is influenced; therefore, the use amount of the organic acid mixture is reasonable from 20 to 40 parts by weight;
preferably, the weight ratio of the organic acid mixture to the water is 26-36: 50 to 65.
In the step, the organic acid mixture aqueous solution is heated to the temperature of 60-100 ℃, and if the temperature is lower than 60 ℃, the dissolution speed of the organic acid mixture is slow, and the oil dissolution effect is poor; if this temperature is higher than 100 ℃, a significant increase in energy consumption will result. Therefore, the heating temperature of the aqueous solution of the organic acid mixture is preferably 60 to 100 ℃.
Preferably, the aqueous organic acid mixture is heated to a temperature of 72 ℃ to 88 ℃.
The main function of the alcohol amine in the grease dissolving agent is to adjust the buffering performance and pH value of the grease dissolving agent and chelate trace elements.
According to the invention, the alcohol amine is one or more alcohol amines selected from the group consisting of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine or N-methyldiethanolamine. They are products currently marketed, for example, by Shanghai Min Chen chemical Co., Ltd under the trade name Monoethanolamine (MEA), and by Zhouhi Ping county national Security chemical Co., Ltd under the trade name N-Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA).
In the step, the solution obtained by stirring and dissolving after adding the alcohol amine is cooled to the temperature below 30 ℃, and the main purposes of the method are quantitative preparation, storage, transportation and the like of the grease dissolving agent.
C. Oil and fat dissolution
And C, adding 2-30 parts by weight of the grease dissolving agent obtained in the step B into 70-98 parts by weight of wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar of suspended grease, uniformly mixing, heating the mixture to 50-80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the floating grease to obtain the clear and transparent wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar.
The grease dissolving agent is added into wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar of suspended grease, and basically has the function of dissolving floating grease without destroying phenolic and alcohol micromolecular organic substances in the floating grease.
When the dosage of the grease dissolving agent is 2-30 parts by weight, if the dosage of the suspended grease wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar is lower than 70 parts by weight, the dissolving effect is good, the dosage of the wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar cannot be reduced continuously, or the cost is simply increased; if the amount of the wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar of the suspended grease is more than 98 parts by weight, the effect of dissolving the grease is not obvious; therefore, the dosage of the wood vinegar liquid or the bamboo vinegar liquid of the suspended grease is suitable to be 70-98 parts by weight;
when the dosage of the suspended grease wood vinegar or bamboo vinegar is 70-98 parts by weight, if the dosage of the grease dissolving agent is lower than 2 parts by weight, the effect of dissolving the grease is not obvious; if the dosage of the grease dissolving agent is higher than 30 parts by weight, the grease dissolving effect is achieved, the dosage of the grease dissolving agent does not need to be increased continuously, otherwise, the cost is increased excessively; therefore, the amount of the grease dissolving agent is suitably 2 to 30 parts by weight;
preferably, the weight ratio of the grease dissolving agent to the wood vinegar or the bamboo vinegar is 8-24: 64 to 92.
In this step, the mixture of the fat dissolver and the wood vinegar liquid or bamboo vinegar liquid is heated to 50 ℃ to 80 ℃. If the heating temperature is lower than 50 ℃, the dissolving speed of the grease is slow, and if the grease is cooled, the grease is generated again; if the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the alcohol and the phenolic substances in the wood vinegar liquid are easily volatilized and decomposed, and the application effect of the product is influenced. It follows that this heating temperature exceeding the range is not preferable.
Preferably, the mixture of the grease dissolving agent and the wood vinegar or the bamboo vinegar is heated to the temperature of 56-75 ℃.
The time for dissolving the floating oil is 5-15 min. If the stirring time is less than 5 minutes, incomplete dissolution of the oil and fat may be caused; if the stirring time is longer than 15 minutes, the effective components such as phenols and vitamins in the liquid are gradually decomposed.
According to the invention, in the step B and the step C, the stirring speed is controlled to be 80-150 rpm.
The method for processing the wood vinegar liquid or the bamboo vinegar liquid of the suspended grease into the clear transparent wood vinegar liquid or the bamboo vinegar liquid can be used for producing liquid macroelements, medium-trace element fertilizers, crop growth promoters, fertilizer synergists and synergistic carriers which take the wood vinegar liquid/the bamboo vinegar liquid as raw materials.
