Abstract

更特别地,本发明涉及一种具有两个间隔开的倾斜表面的摩擦瓦。每个摇枕端部具有两个间隔开的倾斜表面,所述倾斜表面接合每个摩擦瓦上的间隔开的倾斜表面。每个摇枕端部的倾斜表面包括耐磨板,该耐磨板通过螺栓或允许更换耐磨板的其他连接装置固定到摇枕的倾斜表面上。
发明内容

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中示出了具有侧框架10和11的铁路车辆转向架8,所述侧框架具有一对限定形成在侧框架10中的摇枕开口14的侧部的竖直柱12,在侧框架11中具有类似的开口。摇枕16的一个端部由摇枕开口14中的弹簧组18弹性地支撑。侧框架10和11以及摇枕16通常由铸钢整体结构构成。
车轮21安装到车轴23的轴颈区域上。车轴滚子轴承25固定到车轴23的端部上,并将侧框架10支撑在基座区域27中。

如图3所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,耐磨板43通常是由铸钢、锻钢或结构钢或者低摩擦聚合物制成的整体结构。耐磨板43包括邻近摇枕16的倾斜表面33的顶部唇缘66装配的顶表面62。耐磨板43还包括邻近摇枕16的倾斜表面33的底部唇缘68装配的底表面61。耐磨板43包括供螺栓45穿过其中的两个孔47。螺栓穿过倾斜壁33和摇枕端部31的顶部水平壁32。顶部水平壁32包括在凹陷52上方升起的凸台51,以允许在螺栓45的端部上安装螺母53。凹陷52允许用标准扳手容易地接近螺母53。螺栓45和螺母53允许无需切割或焊接来更换耐磨板43。凹陷52允许通过普通扳手容易地进入,以将螺母53安装并紧固到螺栓45的端部。螺栓45在强度和尺寸方面特别地选择以将耐磨板43适当地保持在摇枕的倾斜表面33上。螺栓45通常由硬化钢制成,并且其尺寸通常为直径19毫米或0.75英寸、长度102毫米。这允许约64mm的长度处于拉紧状态以便为耐磨板43提供有力的支撑。
在该实施例中,耐磨板43由相对于彼此成约150至178度的角度的两个面构成,但其也可以是单个平坦表面。
Claims (14)
1.一种铁路车辆转向架,包括:
侧框架,所述侧框架具有部分地限定中央开口的基本直立的柱,
摇枕,所述摇枕具有支撑在侧框架的中央开口中以在其中竖直运动的端部,
侧框架的所述柱上的竖直表面以及附接至侧框架的所述柱上的竖直表面的第一耐磨板,
摇枕上的倾斜表面以及附接至摇枕的倾斜表面的第二耐磨板,
摩擦瓦,所述摩擦瓦包括基本竖直壁和与该竖直壁成锐角延伸的两个倾斜表面,
弹簧,所述弹簧促使摩擦瓦的倾斜表面与侧框架的所述柱上的第一耐磨板以及摇枕的倾斜表面上的第二耐磨板相接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,第二耐磨板由相对于彼此成150至178度的角度的两个平面表面构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,
摇枕的倾斜表面包括顶部唇缘和底部唇缘,以及
第二耐磨板包括邻近摇枕的倾斜表面的顶部唇缘装配的顶表面和邻近摇枕的倾斜表面的底部唇缘装配的底表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,
摇枕的端部包括具有凹陷开口的顶表面,
螺栓将第二耐磨板固定至摇枕上的倾斜表面,以及
螺栓的端部延伸穿过摇枕的端部中的凹陷开口。
5.如权利要求4所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,摇枕的端部的顶表面包括邻近凹陷开口的升起凸台。
6.如权利要求4所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,摇枕的端部的顶表面的轮廓设计成提供用于施加至紧固倾斜表面耐磨板的螺栓的端部的螺母的坐置表面以及提供用于该螺母的扳手空隙。
7.如权利要求1所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,第二耐磨板具有螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔埋头有方形通孔以与犁头螺栓一起使用,或者埋头有圆形孔以与平头螺栓一起使用。
8.一种铁路车辆转向架,包括:
侧框架,所述侧框架具有部分地限定中央开口的基本直立的柱,
摇枕,其具有支撑在侧框架中央开口中以在其中竖直移动的端部,
侧框架的所述柱上的竖直表面以及附接至侧框架的所述柱上的竖直表面的第一耐磨板,

摩擦瓦,所述摩擦瓦包括基本竖直壁和与该竖直壁成锐角延伸的两个倾斜表面,
弹簧,所述弹簧促使摩擦瓦的倾斜表面与侧框架的所述柱上的第一耐磨板和摇枕的倾斜表面上的第二耐磨板相接合。
9.如权利要求8所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,第二耐磨板由单个平坦表面构成。
10.如权利要求8所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,
摇枕的倾斜表面包括顶部唇缘和底部唇缘,以及
第二耐磨板包括邻近摇枕的倾斜表面的顶部唇缘装配的顶表面和邻近摇枕的倾斜表面的底部唇缘装配的底表面。
11.如权利要求8所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,
摇枕的端部包括具有凹陷的顶表面,
螺栓将第二耐磨板固定至摇枕上的倾斜表面,以及
螺栓的端部延伸穿过摇枕的端部中的凹陷。
12.如权利要求11所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,摇枕的端部的顶部中的凹陷开口允许通过使用扳手将螺母施加至每个螺栓的端部。
13.如权利要求11所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,摇枕的端部的顶表面的轮廓设计成提供用于施加至紧固倾斜表面耐磨板的螺栓的端部的螺母的坐置表面以及提供用于该螺母的扳手空隙。
