Abstract

发明内容

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中示出了具有侧框架10和11的铁路车辆转向架8,所述侧框架具有一对限定形成在侧框架10中的摇枕开口14的侧部的竖直柱12,在侧框架11中具有类似的开口。摇枕16的一个端部由摇枕开口14中的弹簧组18弹性地支撑。侧框架10和11以及摇枕16通常由铸钢整体结构构成。
车轮21安装到车轴23的轴颈区域上。车轴滚子轴承25固定到车轴23的端部上,并将侧框架10支撑在基座区域27中。

如图3所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,耐磨板43通常是由铸钢、锻钢或结构钢或者低摩擦聚合物制成的整体结构。耐磨板43包括邻近摇枕16的倾斜表面33的顶部唇缘66装配的顶表面62。耐磨板43还包括邻近摇枕16的倾斜表面33的底部唇缘68装配的底表面61。耐磨板43包括供螺栓45穿过其中的两个孔47。螺栓穿过倾斜壁33和摇枕端部31的顶部水平壁32。顶部水平壁32包括在凹陷51上方升起的凸台52,以允许在螺栓45的端部上安装螺母53。凹陷51允许用标准扳手容易地接近螺母53。螺栓45和螺母53允许无需切割或焊接来更换耐磨板43。凹陷51允许通过普通扳手容易地进入,以将螺母53安装并紧固到螺栓45的端部。螺栓45在强度和尺寸方面特别地选择以将耐磨板43适当地保持在摇枕的倾斜表面33上。螺栓45通常由硬化钢制成,并且其尺寸通常为直径19毫米或0.75英寸、长度102毫米。这允许约64mm的长度处于拉紧状态以便为耐磨板43提供有力的支撑。
在该实施例中,耐磨板43由相对于彼此成约150至178度的角度的两个面构成,但其也可以是单个平坦表面。
Claims (11)
1.一种铁路车辆转向架,包括:
侧框架,所述侧框架具有部分地限定中央开口的直立的柱,其中所述直立的柱包括竖直表面;
摇枕,所述摇枕具有倾斜壁(33)和支撑在所述侧框架的中央开口中以在其中竖直运动的摇枕端部,其中所述倾斜壁(33)具有倾斜表面,所述摇枕端部包括具有顶表面和凹陷(51)的顶部水平壁(32);
第一耐磨板,所述第一耐磨板附接至所述直立的柱上的竖直表面;
第二耐磨板,所述第二耐磨板附接至所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面;
摩擦瓦,所述摩擦瓦包括竖直壁和与该竖直壁成锐角延伸的两个倾斜表面;
弹簧,所述弹簧促使所述摩擦瓦的倾斜表面与所述侧框架的所述直立的柱上的所述第一耐磨板以及所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面上的所述第二耐磨板相接合;和
螺栓(45),所述螺栓通过穿过所述倾斜壁(33)和所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)将所述第二耐磨板固定至所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面,其中所述螺栓的端部延伸穿过所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)的凹陷,
其中,所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)包括在所述凹陷上方相对于所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)的顶表面倾斜地升起的凸台(52),并且
其中,所述第二耐磨板向上延伸超过所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)的顶表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,所述第二耐磨板包括相对于彼此成150至178度的角度的两个平面表面。

6.一种铁路车辆转向架,包括:
侧框架,所述侧框架具有部分地限定中央开口的直立的柱,其中所述直立的柱包括竖直表面;
摇枕,所述摇枕具有倾斜壁(33)和支撑在所述侧框架的中央开口中以在其中竖直移动的摇枕端部,其中所述倾斜壁(33)具有倾斜表面,所述摇枕端部包括具有顶表面和一个或多个凹陷的顶部水平壁(32);
第一耐磨板,所述第一耐磨板附接至所述直立的柱上的竖直表面;
两个第二耐磨板,所述两个第二耐磨板中的每个附接至所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面中的相应一个;
摩擦瓦,所述摩擦瓦包括竖直壁和与该竖直壁成锐角延伸的两个倾斜表面;
一个或多个弹簧,所述一个或多个弹簧促使所述摩擦瓦的倾斜表面与所述直立的柱上的所述第一耐磨板以及所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面上的所述第二耐磨板相接合;和

其中,所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)包括在所述一个或多个凹陷上方相对于所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)的顶表面倾斜地升起的凸台,并且
其中,所述两个第二耐磨板向上延伸超过所述摇枕端部的所述顶部水平壁(32)的顶表面。

8.如权利要求6所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,
所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面包括一个或多个顶部唇缘和一个或多个底部唇缘,以及
所述两个第二耐磨板中的每个包括邻近所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面的所述一个或多个顶部唇缘装配的顶表面和邻近所述摇枕的所述倾斜壁(33)的倾斜表面的所述一个或多个底部唇缘装配的底表面。
9.如权利要求6所述的铁路车辆转向架,其中,所述一个或多个凹陷允许通过使用扳手将螺母施加至每个螺栓的端部。
