Background
In recent years, domestic new energy automobiles are well developed based on the requirements of relieving energy crisis, improving atmospheric environment, promoting sustainable development of economic health in China and the like. The application of the methanol fuel on the commercial vehicle is greatly improved, and the practical application shows that the application of the methanol fuel on the commercial vehicle can greatly improve the emission of particulate matters of the heavy commercial vehicle, thereby being beneficial to the improvement of the atmospheric environment.
In the prior art, an automobile using methanol as a main fuel is called a methanol automobile, and a commercial vehicle using methanol as a main fuel is called a methanol commercial vehicle. The volume of the fuel tank of a methanol commercial vehicle is generally large, so that it takes a long time to fill the fuel tank with empty fuel or with less methanol fuel left, and a user has to spend a lot of time waiting for the fuel tank to fill, and the experience is poor.
Therefore, it is very necessary to design a new fuel tank to improve the above problems.

When the fuel tank provided by the invention is used on a methanol commercial vehicle, the tank body of the fuel tank is fixedly arranged at a corresponding position of a vehicle body through the first bracket (the first bracket is fixedly arranged at the corresponding position of the vehicle body and is inserted into the transverse cavity of the tank body to be detachably and fixedly connected with the tank body). When the fuel in the fuel tank is less left or has run out, the user can go to the fueling station and directly replace the existing fuel tank with a full-fuel tank of the same type. When the fuel tank to be replaced on the vehicle body is detached, the connection between the first bracket and the tank body is only needed to be released, and then the tank body is pulled out from the first bracket, so that the operation is simple and rapid. In a similar way, when the fuel tanks filled with fuel and of the same type are mounted on the vehicle body, the transverse cavity on the box body is aligned to the first bracket and the box body is mounted in place, and then the box body and the first bracket are detachably and fixedly connected. Therefore, when the methanol commercial vehicle uses the fuel tank provided by the invention, when the fuel in the fuel tank is less or is used up, a user directly replaces the fuel tank on the vehicle body with the fuel tank of the same model which is full of fuel, the whole replacement process is simple and quick, and compared with the prior art that the fuel tank is full of empty fuel or full of less residual methanol fuel, a lot of time can be saved, so that the waiting time of the user is reduced, and the user experience is better.
In addition, the fuel tank provided by the invention has a wave-proof function, particularly, the transverse cavity for mounting the first bracket on the tank body divides the inner cavity of the tank body into at least two parts which are communicated with each other, and the side wall of the transverse cavity can reduce the shaking amount of the liquid level in the fuel tank in the driving process of a vehicle, so that not only can excessive steam or bubbles generated in the fuel tank by fuel be avoided, but also the problem that the root parts of an oil suction pipe and a measuring pipe of the liquid level meter are broken due to the fact that the liquid level generates excessive shearing force to the liquid level meter due to the shaking of the fuel in the fuel tank can be avoided.
