Abstract

本发明涉及一种软性立体磁片的表面图形制造 方法及其制成品。属于印刷技术领域。这种软性立 体磁片是在一软性磁片上,依序铺设绝缘层、发泡中 间层及预先印刷有表面图案的表层,再以高周波机 具,予以放电模压,使图案依模具的预设压纹,在上述 表层上,形成具有凹凸型态的立体图样表面,依此将 改善传统软性磁片的表面图案,可实现图案色调灵活 变化,生产快速,成本低廉的目的。

Description

本发明涉及印刷技术领域。确切地说,是对装饰性磁片的上色技术的改进及其制成品。
目前传统软性装饰磁片有一种是以一磁片10,表面贴合印有平面图形12的表层13所构成。如图5所示,由于贴合层13为平面,故可采用现有的印刷分色技术使图案的形状及色彩变化极具灵活性。但它的缺点是缺乏立体感。另一种系射出成形的产品,将橡胶磁铁原料,以橡胶射出机,射出成型,制成具有表面凹图型20的产品21。如附图6所示,再依需要以人工在上述凹凸图型20上予以注射颜色或彩绘色泽。如此虽以构成立体型态的表面图案,却无法采用网板印刷,彩色印刷等现代化印刷技术手段构成图案。致使图案色彩较为呆板且无法利用机具大量生产,从而导制造成本昂贵,非理想的制造工艺手段。
针对上述存在的缺点,本发明的目的在于改善上述传统软性磁片表面图案的制成型态,提供一种可采用现代化印刷技术构成彩色图案,再以高周波技术压制成立体凹凸状图案,提高装饰性磁片的表面图样设计的灵活度及优良质感,特提出本发明。
本发明是这样实现的:利用高周波压制成品的技术,将预先印刷完成的表面,配合发泡中间层,压附或贴附于一软性磁片上,使之形成一具有凹凸彩色装饰图样的立体磁片。
现结合附图及实施例进一步阐述本发明的制造方法及其制成品。

参见图1及图4所示,本发明系以一软性磁片30,在其上面贴合一绝缘层31(可为PVC层),再依序铺设发泡中间层32,及预先印刷图样的高周波雕刻模,予以放电压模成型,使得上述的各薄层与发泡中间,结合成具有凹凸图纹34的立体表面35,再予以刀模冲型或裁切36即为成品。依此种制造方法所形成的软性磁片,其表面图样的构成,不仅可以采用网板印刷或彩印分色等技术,以达到色调灵活变化的目的,更得以高周波技术压制出立体凹凸图案,充分改善传统射出成型立体图案无法采用网板印刷或彩印分色等方式布图。也克服了平面印刷磁片只能停留在平面图案设计等诸多缺点。
依上述制造方法,本发明确能提供一全新的软性磁片装饰表面图样。同时还可采用另一实施例。即在作业上亦可先将绝缘层31,发泡中间层32及具图样的表层33,先予以压制成具有凹凸纹图的饰片,再贴附于磁片30上,亦可达到相同的效果。
软性立体性磁片表面图形制造方法,还可采用在一软性磁片之一侧面上贴附一具有凹凸图样的装饰表面层,该装饰表面层系以一绝缘层上铺设发泡中间层及以印刷有图案的表层,再以高周波机具模压其图案表面,使上述非磁片部分形成有凹凸立体表面图案的表层。
还可采用又一实施例,参见附图2,若上述发泡中间层32的材质系为具有绝缘性的PVC,或印具彩色图样的表层33系采用PVC等绝缘材料,则原本先行贴附于磁片30与中间层32层之间的绝缘层31当可省略,亦能达到相同制成凹凸立体表面的效果。
还可采用下述实施例。系将绝缘层31、中间层32均予以省略,而以一软厚的单层印具彩色图案绝缘表层33,配合上述高周波模压制造予以成型,亦能同样达到具凹凸表面之效果。
软性立体性磁片,其系具有一软质磁片层,其上依序附著有一发泡中间层及印具有彩色图案的表面层,且上述各层除磁片层外,均藉模压技术形成立体凹凸表面。
综上所述,本发明确能提供一种新颖首创的软性磁片表面图案的制造方法,融合现代化印刷技术及立体制形两项特色,生产快速,制造成本较以往的立体式磁片以人工注色或彩绘为低廉。确实有很高的实用性及新颖性。

Claims (10)

1、一种软性立体磁片的表面图形制造方法,其特征在于一软性磁片,在其一表面上附贴一绝缘层,再依序铺设发泡中间层,及预先印刷图样的高周波雕刻模,予以放电压模成型,使上述之非磁片部分,得以被模压形成具凹凸图纹的装饰性表面,再依预设边形裁切为成品。
2、一种软性立体磁片的表面图形制造方法,其特征在于一软性磁片之一侧面上贴附一具有凹凸图样的装饰表面层,该装饰表面层系以一绝缘层上铺设发泡中间层及以印刷有图案的表层,再以高周波机具模压其图案表面,使上述非磁片部分形成有凹凸立体表面图案之表层,再依预设边形裁切为成品。
3、一种软性立体性磁片,其特征在于该磁片有一软质磁片层,其上依次附著有一绝缘性薄层,发泡中间层及印具有图案的表面层,上述绝缘性薄层,软性发泡中间层及表面层采用模压技术形成立体凹凸表面图样。
4、一种软性立体性磁片,其特征在于该磁片有一软质磁片层,其上依序附著有一发泡中间层及印具有彩色图案的表面层,且上述各层除磁片层外,均藉模压技术形成立体凹凸表面。
5、一种软性立体性磁片,其特征在于该磁片有一软质磁片层,其上依序附著有一印具有彩色图案的表面层,且该表面层藉模压技术形成有立体凹凸表面。
6、根据权利要求1所述的软性立体磁片的表面图形制造方法,其特征在于所述的绝缘性薄层、中间层、表面层的材质为PVC。
7、根据权利要求2所述的软性立体磁片的表面图形制造方法,其特征在于所述的绝缘性薄层、中间层、表面层的材质为PVC。
8、根据权利要求3所述的软性立体性磁片,其特征在于所述的绝缘性薄层、中间层、表面层系采用PVC材质。
9、根据权利要求4所述的软性立体性磁片,其特征在于中间层、表面层采用PVC材质。
10、根据权利要求5所述的软性立体磁片的表面图形制造方法,其特征在于表面层采用PVC材质。
