背景技术
稻田虾又称小龙虾、克氏原螯虾、红螯虾和淡水小龙虾。形似虾而甲壳坚硬。稻田虾体内的蛋白质含量很高,且肉质松软,易消化,对身体虚弱以及病后需要调养的人是极好的食物;虾肉内还富含镁、锌、碘、硒等,镁对心脏活动具有重要的调节作用,能保护心血管系统,它可减少血液中胆固醇含量,防止动脉硬化,同时还能扩张冠状动脉,有利于预防高血压及心肌梗塞。小龙虾含有虾青素,虾青素是一种很强的抗氧化剂,日本大阪大学的科学家发现,虾青素有助消除因时差反应而产生的“时差症”。另外,小龙虾还可入药,能化痰止咳,促进手术后的伤口生肌愈合。所以稻田虾的养殖技术已开始引起人们的关注和重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种稻田虾的优质养殖方法,解决现有稻田虾养殖过程中虾钳大、肉少,稻田虾质量不高的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种稻田虾的优质养殖方法,包括虾苗培养,所述虾苗培养是在虾苗阶段,用豆浆喂养,每日投喂的豆浆所对应的黄豆重量为虾苗体重的5-8%。
虾苗阶段用豆浆喂养,一方面豆浆中含有高蛋白,另一方面可以起到安神的作用。
作为优选的,还包括稻田整理:沿稻田田埂外缘向稻田内6m-8m处,开挖环形沟,堤脚距沟2m开挖,沟深1m-1.8m,沟宽3m-5m;在环形沟中栽种伊乐藻。
作为优选的,虾苗下塘前7-10天,按90-120千克/亩施足经发酵的人畜肥等有机肥。
牛粪、鸡粪富含有机质和矿物质,既可被龙虾直接食用,又可以培养水生动物或藻类为龙虾提供饵料。但是要充分发酵,以免携带病原菌或寄生虫,导致龙虾患病。而且投放量要适宜,否则水体太肥或造成浮游生物爆发,产生缺氧、有毒物质释放等不良后果。

生石灰分两次投放,第一次利用生石灰对环形沟底部进行消毒杀菌,生石灰遇到环形沟底少量的水后,缓慢的与水发生反应,能够深入地下一定厚度,杀菌深度更深。第二次投放生石灰后向其中注入少量的水,使生石灰和水充分、剧烈反应,产生的高温将细菌、虫卵等杀死,保证虾苗的健康生长,提高虾苗的成活率。另外,注水后要用流动水冲洗,保证水体的pH在一定范围内,适宜虾苗生长。
作为优选的,所述虾苗体长3.5-4.5cm后,以伊乐藻为主食,辅以高蛋白饲料。

实施例3:
一种稻田虾的优质养殖方法,包括:
虾苗投放:春季放养和秋季放养,所述春季放养时:体长2.5~3厘米、2000~3000尾/千克的虾苗,每亩投放25千克,放养时间为每年12月至翌年2月;所述秋季放养时,体长1.2~1.5厘米、6000~8000尾/千克的虾苗,每亩投放25千克,放养时间为每年7~8月;所述虾苗在放养前,先在55mg/L的二氧化氯溶液中浸泡7min;
虾苗培养:在虾苗阶段,用豆浆喂养,每日投喂的豆浆所对应的黄豆重量为虾苗体重的7%;虾苗体长4cm后,以伊乐藻为主食,辅以高蛋白饲料;所述高蛋白饲料包括添加剂和植物性饵料或动物性饵料中的一种或两种,所述植物性饵料包括菜叶、米糠、豆饼、麦麸中的一种或几种;动物性饵料包括蚯蚓、鱼粉、小杂鱼、螺蛳肉中的一种或几种,所述添加剂包括虾壳素、微量元素、骨粉中的一种或几种,投喂添加剂的量为虾总重的3.5‰;
稻田整理:沿稻田田埂外缘向稻田内7m处,开挖环形沟,堤脚距沟2m开挖,沟深1.5m,沟宽4m;在环形沟中栽种伊乐藻;虾苗下塘前8天,按105千克/亩施足经发酵的人畜肥等有机肥;
环形沟消毒:向未投虾苗未注水的鱼塘内投放生石灰,投放量为2.5吨/公顷,7日后,向其中注水至水深0.08m,再向其中投放生石灰,投放量为3.5吨/公顷;然后在池底铺设淤泥并注水。
本申请中实施例1-3的亩产量均高于现有平均水平,尤其是实施例3的亩产量已经达到512斤,并且得到的虾虾钳小,虾肉多,口感鲜嫩、劲道,品质更优。
尽管这里参照本发明的多个解释性实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是,应该理解,本领域技术人员可以设计出很多其他的修改和实施方式,这些修改和实施方式将落在本申请公开的原则范围和精神之内。更具体地说,在本申请公开和权利要求的范围内,可以对主题组合布局的组成部件和/或布局进行多种变型和改进。除了对组成部件和/或布局进行的变形和改进外,对于本领域技术人员来说,其他的用途也将是明显的。
Claims (8)
1.一种稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于:包括虾苗培养,所述虾苗培养是在虾苗阶段,用豆浆喂养,每日投喂的豆浆所对应的黄豆重量为虾苗体重的5-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括稻田整理:沿稻田田埂外缘向稻田内6m-8m处,开挖环形沟,堤脚距沟1.8-2.5m开挖,沟深1m-1.8m,沟宽3m-5m;在环形沟中栽种伊乐藻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,虾苗下塘前7-10天,按90-120千克/亩施足经发酵的人畜肥等有机肥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,所述虾苗为春季放养和/或秋季放养,
所述春季放养时:体长2.5~3厘米、2000~3000尾/千克的虾苗,每亩投放20-30千克,放养时间为每年12月至翌年2月; 所述秋季放养时,体长1.2~1.5厘米、6000~8000尾/千克的虾苗,每亩投放20-30千克,放养时间为每年7~8月。
5.根据权利要求1所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,所述虾苗在放养前,先在50-60mg/L的二氧化氯溶液中浸泡5-10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括环形沟消毒:向未投虾苗未注水的鱼塘内投放生石灰,投放量为2-3吨/公顷,5-10日后,向其中注水至水深0.03-0.1m,再向其中投放生石灰,投放量为3-4吨/公顷;然后在池底铺设淤泥并注水。
7.根据权利要求4所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,所述虾苗体长3.5-4.5cm后,以伊乐藻为主食,辅以高蛋白饲料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的稻田虾的优质养殖方法,其特征在于,所述高蛋白饲料包括添加剂和植物性饵料或动物性饵料中的一种或两种,所述植物性饵料包括菜叶、米糠、豆饼、麦麸中的一种或几种;动物性饵料包括蚯蚓、鱼粉、小杂鱼、螺蛳肉中的一种或几种,所述添加剂包括虾壳素、微量元素、骨粉中的一种或几种,投喂添加剂的量为虾总重的3-4‰。
