Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic grease injection device for a crossed roller bearing, which comprises a fixed mandrel, an outer ring turntable, a driving motor and a grease injection mechanism, wherein the fixed mandrel is rotationally connected with the outer ring turntable, the driving motor drives the outer ring turntable, an inner ring pin is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed mandrel and is matched with a hole of an inner ring of the crossed roller bearing, an outer ring pin is arranged on the upper surface of the outer ring turntable and is matched with a hole of an outer ring of the crossed roller bearing; the fat injection mechanism comprises a fat injection head and a fat supply pipeline, wherein the fat supply pipeline is connected with the fat injection head, and the fat injection head is arranged above the outer ring turntable. The automatic grease injection device for the crossed roller bearing can uniformly inject grease into a rolling space and prevent the roller from being ejected, and is suitable for crossed roller bearings with different specifications.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bearing grease injection device, in particular to an automatic grease injection device for a crossed roller bearing.
Background
The prior grease injection device is like the Chinese patent with publication number CN106179882A, and discloses a disc type grease injection device for bearing processing, wherein a bearing is clamped by a clamping disc, and the clamping disc is driven by a motor to rotate so as to drive the bearing to rotate, thereby enabling the whole bearing to rotate, and the grease injection head is used for completing grease injection. However, because of the negative play and the smaller clearance between the flanges, the use of the conventional grease injection device is more difficult than the use of the conventional deep groove ball bearing, and the grease cannot be injected into the space for effective rolling. Manual grease injection is low in efficiency and low in speed, and affects the production rhythm.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an automatic grease injection device for a crossed roller bearing, which solves the problem that grease injection of the crossed roller bearing is not easy to enter a rolling space.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the automatic grease injection device for the crossed roller bearing comprises a fixed mandrel, an outer ring turntable, a driving motor and a grease injection mechanism, wherein the fixed mandrel is rotationally connected with the outer ring turntable, the driving motor drives the outer ring turntable, an inner ring pin is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed mandrel and matched with a hole of an inner ring of the crossed roller bearing, an outer ring pin is arranged on the upper surface of the outer ring turntable and matched with a hole of an outer ring of the crossed roller bearing; the fat injection mechanism comprises a fat injection head and a fat supply pipeline, wherein the fat supply pipeline is connected with the fat injection head, and the fat injection head is arranged above the outer ring turntable.
Further, in order to ensure that the grease is evenly injected into the rolling space and to prevent the roller from being ejected, the grease injection head is in a flat plate shape, a grease outlet hole is formed in the middle of the grease injection head, the surface of the grease injection head, which faces the outer ring turntable, is a grease injection plane, and the grease injection plane and the rotating plane of the outer ring turntable are obliquely arranged.
Preferably, the fat injection plane and the rotating plane of the outer ring turntable are arranged at an included angle of 40-50 degrees.
Furthermore, in order to prevent grease from accumulating at a certain place due to the rotation problem of the outer ring turntable, a flange is arranged on one side of the grease injection plane, and an included angle between the inner wall of the flange and the grease injection plane is 150-160 degrees.
Further, the outer ring turntable is provided with a radial chute, a sliding block is arranged in the chute, and the outer ring pin is connected with the sliding block.
Further, a connecting disc is fixedly connected to the top of the fixing mandrel, and the inner ring pin is connected with the connecting disc.
Preferably, the axes of the outer ring pin and the inner ring pin are perpendicular to the rotation plane of the outer ring turntable.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the outer ring turntable rotates to drive the bearing outer ring to rotate, and the fixed mandrel fixes the bearing inner ring, so that relative motion is formed between the bearing inner ring and the outer ring, and grease can be uniformly injected into a rolling space by matching with the grease injection head, so that the efficiency is high; the flat grease injection head which is obliquely arranged can prevent the roller from being ejected out of the roller path, so that grease injection is more stable; the grease injection head with the flange is added to play a role in uniformly trowelling accumulated lubricating grease in the process of rotating the outer ring to inject grease, so that the grease injection uniformity is further improved. The outer ring turntable and the fixed mandrel are connected with the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing in a pin manner, the workpiece is convenient to replace, the overall efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the outer ring turntable is provided with the sliding blocks to drive the pins to move radially, the positions of the outer ring pins can be adjusted rapidly, and the universality of equipment is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated, but is not limited, by the following examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the automatic grease injecting device for a crossed roller bearing according to the present embodiment includes a fixed mandrel 1, an outer ring turntable 2, a driving motor 3 and a grease injecting mechanism. The fixed mandrel is a fixed shaft, the outer ring turntable 2 is rotationally connected with the fixed mandrel 1 through a bearing 4, and the driving motor 3 drives the outer ring turntable 2 to rotate around the fixed mandrel 1 through a belt 5.
The fixed mandrel 1 is used for limiting the rotation of the inner ring 6 of the crossed roller bearing to be injected with grease, the top of the fixed mandrel 1 is fixedly connected with a connecting disc 7 through a bolt, a threaded hole or a smooth blind hole is processed on the connecting disc 7, an inner ring pin 8 is perpendicular to the rotation plane of the outer ring turntable 2 and is connected with the connecting disc 7 through the threaded hole or the smooth blind hole, and the inner ring pin 8 is inserted into a process hole of the inner ring 6 of the crossed roller bearing to be injected with grease to fix the inner ring 6. The positions of the threaded holes or the smooth blind holes on the connecting disc 7 can be processed according to the crossed roller bearings with different diameter specifications, and the inner rings of the crossed roller bearings with different specifications can be fixed by connecting the inner ring pins 8 in the different threaded holes or the smooth blind holes.
The upper surface of outer lane carousel 2 is equipped with radial spout 9, is equipped with slider 10 in the spout 9, and slider 10 outstanding in the upper surface of outer lane carousel 2. The connecting block 11 is sleeved on the sliding block, and a threaded hole or a smooth blind hole is formed in the top of the connecting block 11. The outer ring pin 12 is perpendicular to the rotation plane of the outer ring turntable 2 and is connected to the connecting block 11 through a threaded hole or a smooth blind hole. The outer ring pin 12 is inserted into an outer ring 13 process hole of the cross roller bearing to be injected with grease to be connected with the outer ring 13, and when the outer ring turntable 2 is driven by the driving motor 3 to rotate, torque is transmitted through the outer ring pin 12 so as to drive the cross roller bearing outer ring 13 to rotate. The distance between the outer ring pins 12 can be conveniently changed by the movement of the sliding block 10 in the sliding groove 9 so as to realize the driving of the outer rings 13 of the crossed roller bearings with different specifications.
The fat injection mechanism comprises a fat injection head 14 and a fat supply pipeline 15, and the fat supply pipeline 15 is connected with the fat injection head 14. The grease injecting head 14 is arranged above the outer ring turntable 2. The fat injection head 14 is in a flat plate shape, a fat outlet 16 is arranged in the middle of the fat injection head 14, the surface of the fat injection head 14 facing the outer ring turntable 2 is a fat injection plane, and an included angle alpha between the fat injection plane and the rotating plane of the outer ring turntable 2 is 40-50 degrees. The fat injection plane is provided with a turned edge 14a at one side opposite to the rotation direction of the outer ring turntable 2, and an included angle beta between the inner wall of the turned edge 14a and the fat injection plane is 150-160 degrees.

The automatic grease injection device for the crossed roller bearing is characterized by comprising a fixed mandrel, an outer ring turntable, a driving motor and a grease injection mechanism, wherein the fixed mandrel is rotationally connected with the outer ring turntable, the driving motor drives the outer ring turntable, an inner ring pin is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed mandrel and is matched with a hole of an inner ring of the crossed roller bearing, an outer ring pin is arranged on the upper surface of the outer ring turntable and is matched with a hole of an outer ring of the crossed roller bearing; the fat injection mechanism comprises a fat injection head and a fat supply pipeline, the fat supply pipeline is connected with the fat injection head, the fat injection head is arranged above the outer ring turntable, the fat injection head is in a flat plate shape, a fat outlet hole is formed in the middle of the fat injection head, the face of the fat injection head, facing the outer ring turntable, is a fat injection plane, and the fat injection plane and the rotating plane of the outer ring turntable are arranged in an inclined mode.
