Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,包括下开口结构的尿素罐本体,尿素罐本体的下开口内边缘间隔设置有上卡扣,尿素泵的安装座外边缘设置有下卡扣,尿素罐本体通过上、下卡扣与安装座卡固为一体;尿素罐本体设置有排气接头、注液接头和单向通气阀,单向通气阀上设置有外端与大气连通的通气管,尿素罐本体上设置有第一吊耳和第二吊耳,位于尿素罐本体内的安装座凸台上通过支架设置有液位传感器,通过导线连接有加热片和温度、质量集成式传感器。本发明优点在于结构简单,无需支架即可安装在车架上,节约空间,尿素泵位于尿素罐下方,降低维修难度;集成了加热片,无需另行设置管路对尿素溶液加热,降低成本,节约空间。

Description

用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆发动机尾气处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐。
背景技术
皮卡排放污染物主要有碳氢化合物、氮氧化物(NOX)、一氧化碳(CO)及微粒等,尾气经皮卡尾气处理系统处理后才能排放至空气中。现有皮卡尾气处理系统一般为选择性催化还原技术(即SCR技术)来净化发动机尾气中的污染物。SCR技术是在催化剂的作用下,利用还原剂尿素溶液对尾气中的NOX还原成氮气和水,从而达到节能减排的目的。SCR技术主要由尿素罐、尿素泵、管路及控制单元等构成,尿素罐通过绑带固定在支架上,尿素泵固定在尿素罐上方的支架上,然后再通过支架安装在车架上,不仅占用较大的安装空间,而且支架通常安装在车辆外侧裸露位置,远远不能满足皮卡车型对外观的设计要求,影响美观;由于尿素泵紧贴皮卡底板设置,维修时需要将尿素泵下方的尿素罐及管路全部拆除,维修难度大;现有尿素泵通过进水管和回水管与皮卡发动机连接,利用发动机的冷却液对尿素罐加热解冻,由于尿素泵和发动机安装距离较远,因而进水管和回水管的长度往往较长,不仅增加成本且增加安装布置难度。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,不仅具有占用空间小、安装简单、维修简单的优点,还能满足皮卡车型的外观设计要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,包括尿素罐本体,所述尿素罐本体为下开口结构,尿素罐本体的下开口内边缘间隔设置有上卡扣,尿素泵的安装座外边缘间隔设置有与所述上卡扣一一对应的下卡扣,尿素罐本体通过所述上卡扣、下卡扣与所述安装座卡固为一体;所述尿素罐本体前侧壁的上端部间隔设置有排气接头和注液接头,靠近所述排气接头的尿素罐本体顶壁上设置有单向通气阀,所述单向通气阀上连通设置有外端与大气连通的通气管,所述通气管沿尿素罐本体前侧壁上的限位卡槽向下延伸,尿素罐本体前侧壁的左右两侧对应设置有一对第一吊耳,第一吊耳与尿素罐本体前侧壁为V形结构,在尿素罐本体后侧壁的中部设置有一对开口向下并呈U形结构的第二吊耳,两所述第二吊耳的相邻侧壁之间通过向下内凹的弧形壁过渡连接;所述安装座为凸台结构,位于尿素罐本体内的安装座凸台上设置有竖直向上延伸的支架,所述支架上设置有液位传感器;安装座的凸台上通过导线连接有加热片,靠近所述加热片导线盒的安装座凸台上嵌设有温度、质量集成式传感器,所述温度、质量集成式传感器和所述液位传感器的信号输出端与可编程控制器的信号输入端电连接,所述可编程控制器的控制输出端与所述加热片、尿素泵的信号输出端电连接。
位于所述安装座下方的泵体上罩设有防护罩,所述防护罩的顶部通过螺栓与所述尿素罐本体相固连;防护罩前侧壁的右部开设有窗口,所述尿素泵的出料口和线束通道向外延伸出所述窗口。
所述加热片为PVC加热片。
所述尿素罐本体底壁的右后角设置有线束管卡。
所述尿素罐本体下开口与所述安装座之间设置有O形密封圈。
本发明优点在于结构简单,无需支架即可安装在车架上,节约空间,尿素泵位于尿素罐下方,降低维修难度;集成了加热片,无需另行设置管路对尿素溶液加热,降低成本,节约空间。具体地,尿素罐本体的下开口与尿素泵的安装座卡固为一体,尿素罐本体与尿素泵共用一个安装座,即尿素泵集成在尿素罐本体底部,维修时只需将皮卡抬升一定高度即可将尿素泵拆卸下来,大大降低了维修难度;通过第一吊耳和第二吊耳将尿素罐本体和尿素泵安装在皮卡车架上,占用空间小,装配简单;尿素泵的底座上集成有加热片可直接对尿素罐本体的尿素溶液加热,无需连接发动机即可对尿素溶液加热,节约成本,降低装配难度;防护罩防止路面飞石撞击而损坏尿素泵泵体。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,本发明所述的用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,包括尿素罐本体1,所述尿素罐本体1为下开口结构,尿素罐本体1的下开口内边缘间隔设置有上卡扣2,尿素泵的安装座3外边缘间隔设置有与所述上卡扣2一一对应的下卡扣4,尿素罐本体1通过所述上卡扣2、下卡扣4与所述安装座3卡固为一体,上卡扣2和下卡扣4之间设置有O形密封圈,确保尿素罐本体1与安装座3之间的密封性能,尿素罐本体1与尿素泵共用一个安装座3,即尿素泵集成在尿素罐本体1底部,维修时只需将皮卡抬升一定高度即可将尿素泵拆卸下来,大大降低了维修难度;所述尿素罐本体1前侧壁的上端部间隔设置有排气接头5和注液接头6,排气接头5和注液接头6均为快插式接头,实现排气管和注液管的快速插装,无需卡箍,注液时通过排气接头5上的排气管排气;靠近所述排气接头5的尿素罐本体1顶壁上设置有单向通气阀7,所述单向通气阀7上连通设置有外端与大气连通的通气管8,所述通气管8沿尿素罐本体1前侧壁上的限位卡槽9向下延伸,当尿素罐本体1内部气压高于大气压时,尿素罐本体1内压力将单向通气阀7顶开使罐内压力逐渐与外界大气压达到平衡,防止因罐内压力过高而导致尿素罐本体1爆炸,保护尿素罐本体1;所述尿素罐本体1底壁的右后角设置有线束管卡10,便于规整线束和尿素泵出液管、尿素液注液管等管路;尿素罐本体1前侧壁的左右两侧对应设置有第一吊耳11,第一吊耳11与尿素罐本体1前侧壁为V形结构,在尿素罐本体1后侧壁的中部设置有一对开口向下并呈U形结构的第二吊耳12,第二吊耳12的顶壁上开设有安装孔,便于安装;两所述第二吊耳12的相邻侧壁之间通过向下内凹的弧形壁13过渡连接,尿素罐本体1通过第一吊耳11和第二吊耳12吊装在皮卡车架上,占用空间小,装配简单,第一吊耳11、第二吊耳12均尿素罐本体1为一体成型结构,便于加工制造;所述安装座3为凸台结构,位于尿素罐本体1内的安装座3凸台上通过导线连接有加热片14(即PVC加热片),通过加热片14直接对尿素溶液加热,无需另行安装尿素溶液解冻管路,节约成本和空间;位于尿素罐本体1内的安装座3凸台上设置有竖直向上延伸的支架15,所述支架15上设置有液位传感器16,靠近所述加热片14导线盒的安装座3凸台上嵌设有温度、质量集成式传感器17,尿素罐集成程度高,所述温度、质量集成式传感器17和所述液位传感器16的信号输出端与可编程控制器的信号输入端电连接,所述可编程控制器的控制输出端与所述加热片14、尿素泵的信号输出端电连接。
如图1、3所示,位于所述安装座3下方的泵体上罩设有防护罩18,所述防护罩18的顶部通过螺栓与所述尿素罐本体1相固连,防护罩18防止路面飞石撞击而损坏尿素泵泵体;防护罩18前侧壁的右部开设有窗口,所述尿素泵的出料口19和线束通道20向外延伸出所述窗口,便于导线和出料管穿出。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,包括尿素罐本体,其特征在于:所述尿素罐本体为下开口结构,尿素罐本体的下开口内边缘间隔设置有上卡扣,尿素泵的安装座外边缘间隔设置有与所述上卡扣一一对应的下卡扣,尿素罐本体通过所述上卡扣、下卡扣与所述安装座卡固为一体;所述尿素罐本体前侧壁的上端部间隔设置有排气接头和注液接头,靠近所述排气接头的尿素罐本体顶壁上设置有单向通气阀,所述单向通气阀上连通设置有外端与大气连通的通气管,所述通气管沿尿素罐本体前侧壁上的限位卡槽向下延伸,尿素罐本体前侧壁的左右两侧对应设置有一对第一吊耳,第一吊耳与尿素罐本体前侧壁为V形结构,在尿素罐本体后侧壁的中部设置有一对开口向下并呈U形结构的第二吊耳,两所述第二吊耳的相邻侧壁之间通过向下内凹的弧形壁过渡连接;所述安装座为凸台结构,位于尿素罐本体内的安装座凸台上设置有竖直向上延伸的支架,所述支架上设置有液位传感器;安装座的凸台上通过导线连接有加热片,靠近所述加热片导线盒的安装座凸台上嵌设有温度、质量集成式传感器,所述温度、质量集成式传感器和所述液位传感器的信号输出端与可编程控制器的信号输入端电连接,所述可编程控制器的控制输出端与所述加热片、尿素泵的信号输出端电连接;
位于所述安装座下方的泵体上罩设有防护罩,所述防护罩的顶部通过螺栓与所述尿素罐本体相固连;防护罩前侧壁的右部开设有窗口,所述尿素泵的出料口和线束通道向外延伸出所述窗口;
所述尿素罐本体下开口与所述安装座之间设置有O形密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,其特征在于:所述加热片为PVC加热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于皮卡尾气处理系统的集成式尿素罐,其特征在于:所述尿素罐本体底壁的右后角设置有线束管卡。
