Technical Field
The invention relates to a transfer platform, in particular to a transfer platform of a shore container crane.
Background
A quay container crane (simply called a quay bridge) is specialized equipment specially used for loading and unloading a container ship by a container terminal, is generally installed on the quay side of a port, and is provided with a single lifting system or a double lifting system. However, with the enlargement of container transport ships, especially the development of 3E ship types, higher requirements for updating are put on the shore container crane: firstly, the technical parameters of the crane are improved, the speed parameters of the crane are speeded up, the extension distance and the lifting height are increased, and the rated lifting capacity under the lifting appliance is improved; and secondly, developing and designing a high-efficiency shoreside container loading and unloading system so as to meet the requirement of ship large-scale on crane productivity.
Therefore, automated double trolley shore cranes have evolved in such a large background. The transfer platform of the automatic double-trolley quayside crane is an important mechanism on the automatic double-trolley quayside container crane and is also a platform for transferring relay between two trolleys of the quayside crane during loading and unloading operations. Whether the layout of the transfer platform reasonably directly influences the dock output of the dock loading and unloading machine and the ship loading and unloading operation time is also a key link for optimizing and improving the dock output of the loading and unloading machine, so the transfer platform is suitable for the loading and unloading process flow of the dock in design and accords with the safety specification of man-machine cooperation.
At present, although a plurality of mature automatic wharfs are used in foreign countries, the structural layout form of a transfer platform of each wharf shoreside crane is not uniform. The transfer platform is generally arranged in two ways, namely, on the sea side lower beam side and on the land side lower beam side.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a transfer platform of a shore container crane, which improves the working efficiency of an automatic double-trolley shore crane, improves the safety and lightens the weight of the whole crane.

4) The transfer platform adopts the shearing resistant block with the inclined plane, and the shearing resistant block is fixed by using the bolt, so that the fire after painting is avoided;
5) According to the transfer platform, the position of the lower beam support is adjusted, the length of the pull rod is adjusted, the application range of the transfer platform is wide, and standardized products can be conveniently formed.

Compared with the traditional quay crane, the transfer platform can improve the loading and unloading efficiency by at least 50%, and can realize semi-automatic cargo automation operation by being matched with AGVs or straddle transportation and the like, and the efficiency is higher.
