本发明公开了一种多层复合针织面料,从上至下依次包括表面层、抗菌面料层、阻燃面料层和吸湿排汗面料层,所述表面层上下为芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层,芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层部分交织,所述抗菌面料层为银纤维制成,所述吸湿排汗面料层的中间设置有一层防水膜,吸湿排汗面料层本体由吸湿排汗经线纤维和吸湿排汗纬线纤维组成。该面料具备抗菌、防火及吸湿排汗的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料,特别是一种多层复合针织面料。
背景技术
目前,随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的抗菌面料只具备单一的功能,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的抗菌、阻燃面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多层复合针织面料,该面料具备抗菌、防火及吸湿排汗的功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种多层复合针织面料,从上至下依次包括表面层、抗菌面料层、阻燃面料层和吸湿排汗面料层,所述表面层上下为芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层,芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层部分交织,所述抗菌面料层为银纤维制成,所述吸湿排汗面料层的中间设置有一层防水膜,吸湿排汗面料层本体由吸湿排汗经线纤维和吸湿排汗纬线纤维组成,所阻燃面料层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶纺制成单纱,单纱合股形成股线;b)使用步骤a)中获得的股线作为纬纱或同时作为经纱和纬纱进行织造,获得弹性面料;c)将步骤b)中获得的弹性面料浸泡在四羟甲基磷类化合物的水溶液中,获得经浸泡的面料;d)干燥步骤c)中获得的经浸泡的面料,获得经干燥的面料;e)使步骤d)中获得的经干燥的面料进行氨熏,获得经氨熏的面料;f)使步骤e)中获得的经氨熏的面料进行氧化。
进一步,所述芳纶1414纤维层的厚度大于涤纶低弹丝层。
进一步,所述棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶的比例分别为65-75重量%和25-35重量%。
本发明的有益效果是:该面料具备抗菌、防火及吸湿排汗的功能,不仅可以实现面料的高弹性,而且克服了棉织物的普鲁本阻燃整理加工后强度显著下降的问题,由于经改性维纶具有更多羟基可以接受足够量的四羟甲基磷类阻燃剂,能够通过普鲁苯整理同时获得适当的阻燃性能,使维纶的阻燃性能达到与棉纤维相同的水平,不会因施加较多量的维纶而影响面料的阻燃性能,在阻燃性能得到保证的同时,维纶的加入进一步克服了普鲁本阻燃整理造成的降强问题。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种多层复合针织面料,从上至下依次包括表面层、抗菌面料层、阻燃面料层和吸湿排汗面料层,所述表面层上下为芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层,芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层部分交织,所述抗菌面料层为银纤维制成,所述吸湿排汗面料层的中间设置有一层防水膜,吸湿排汗面料层本体由吸湿排汗经线纤维和吸湿排汗纬线纤维组成,所阻燃面料层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶纺制成单纱,单纱合股形成股线;b)使用步骤a)中获得的股线作为纬纱或同时作为经纱和纬纱进行织造,获得弹性面料;c)将步骤b)中获得的弹性面料浸泡在四羟甲基磷类化合物的水溶液中,获得经浸泡的面料;d)干燥步骤c)中获得的经浸泡的面料,获得经干燥的面料;e)使步骤d)中获得的经干燥的面料进行氨熏,获得经氨熏的面料;f)使步骤e)中获得的经氨熏的面料进行氧化。
进一步,所述芳纶1414纤维层的厚度大于涤纶低弹丝层。
进一步,所述棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶的比例分别为65-75重量%和25-35重量%。
使用65重量%的棉纤维和25重量%的高强维纶纤维(缩醛度为60%),选用未改性维纶和经改性维纶,提高阻燃剂与纤维的结合力,提高耐久性,未改性维纶包括现有的高强维纶或普通维纶,其在增强效果和阻燃效果方面与经改性维纶相比较弱将棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶纺制成单纱,采用2合股或3合股的合股方式(优选使用股线结构稳定、受力均衡的3合股方式)使单纱合股形成股线,合股捻向与单纱捻向相同,合股捻系数为单纱捻系数的2.5-3.5倍,该面料具备抗菌、防火及吸湿排汗的功能,不仅可以实现面料的高弹性,而且克服了棉织物的普鲁本阻燃整理加工后强度显著下降的问题,由于经改性维纶具有更多羟基可以接受足够量的四羟甲基磷类阻燃剂,能够通过普鲁苯整理同时获得适当的阻燃性能,使维纶的阻燃性能达到与棉纤维相同的水平,不会因施加较多量的维纶而影响面料的阻燃性能,在阻燃性能得到保证的同时,维纶的加入进一步克服了普鲁本阻燃整理造成的降强问题。

1.一种多层复合针织面料,其特征在于,从上至下依次包括表面层、抗菌面料层、阻燃面料层和吸湿排汗面料层,所述表面层上下为芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层,芳纶1414纤维层与涤纶低弹丝层部分交织,所述抗菌面料层为银纤维制成,所述吸湿排汗面料层的中间设置有一层防水膜,吸湿排汗面料层本体由吸湿排汗经线纤维和吸湿排汗纬线纤维组成,所阻燃面料层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将棉纤维和未改性维纶或经改性维纶纺制成单纱,单纱合股形成股线;b)使用步骤a)中获得的股线作为纬纱或同时作为经纱和纬纱进行织造,获得弹性面料;c)将步骤b)中获得的弹性面料浸泡在四羟甲基磷类化合物的水溶液中,获得经浸泡的面料;d)干燥步骤c)中获得的经浸泡的面料,获得经干燥的面料;e)使步骤d)中获得的经干燥的面料进行氨熏,获得经氨熏的面料;f)使步骤e)中获得的经氨熏的面料进行氧化。
