本发明涉及泡棉胶带技术领域,具体是一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,包括阻燃海绵单元、导电布单元和离型膜,所述阻燃海绵单元与导电布单元固定连接,所述导电布单元的底部设置有离型膜,所述离型膜与导电布单元之间设置有遮光层,所述阻燃海绵单元与导电布单元的形状相同均为矩形结构,所述阻燃海绵单元相邻两个之间设置有导电隔离层,所述导电布单元相邻两个之间也设置有导电隔离层,所述阻燃海绵单元的顶部设置有导电顶层。本发明通过将导电隔离层与导电顶层内部均填充有油墨,油墨与胶带其他组成部分的连接更紧密,在分切时不易剥离、脱落,同时还可以让胶带整体的导热导电性能更优,并且有利于模切。

技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉胶带技术领域,具体为一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带。
背景技术
导电泡棉是指在阻燃海绵上包裹导电布,经过一系列的处理后,使其具有良好的表面导电性,可以很容易用胶粘带固定在需屏蔽器件上。导电泡棉具有良好的屏蔽性能,遇到电波时,则会根据其物体的性质进行反射、吸收、提供极佳的屏蔽效果。很多电子设备需要在其内部的一些电子部件上贴上一层导电泡棉,从而起到导电、防静电 和缓冲抗震的效果,这类导电泡棉需要具有良好的柔软性、较低的阻抗和良好的导热性能。
授权号为CN205017779U的中国专利公开了一种导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体,还包括具有一定厚度的石墨层,石墨层沿着泡棉本体的外表面设置,并将泡棉本体包覆在石墨层的内部。由于采用了石墨层,并将泡棉本体包覆在石墨层的内部,其导电性能高,韧性好,虽然具有导热性好、导电性好、耐高温、化学稳定性、可塑性高和抗热震性好等优点。但其结构存在分切时容易造成石墨层的龟裂,导致分切后的胶带导电及导热功效也有所降低,因此不容易对其分切。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,包括阻燃海绵单元、导电布单元和离型膜,所述阻燃海绵单元与导电布单元固定连接,所述导电布单元的底部设置有离型膜,所述离型膜与导电布单元之间设置有遮光层,所述阻燃海绵单元与导电布单元的形状相同均为矩形结构,所述阻燃海绵单元相邻两个之间设置有导电隔离层,所述导电布单元相邻两个之间也设置有导电隔离层,所述阻燃海绵单元的顶部设置有导电顶层。
优选的,所述离型膜由PET膜制成。
优选的,所述遮光层由黑色涂层印刷制成。
优选的,每个所述导电隔离层与导电顶层均垂直连接。
优选的,所述导电隔离层与导电顶层内部均填充有油墨。
优选的,所述导电顶层内部开设有气孔,所述气孔与阻燃海绵单元的顶部中间相连通。
优选的,所述离型膜和遮光层的大小尺寸相同,所述离型膜的长度大于阻燃海绵单元和导电布单元组合后的长度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过将阻燃海绵单元相邻两个之间设置有导电隔离层,导电布单元相邻两个之间也设置有导电隔离层,阻燃海绵单元的顶部设置有导电顶层。导电隔离层与导电顶层内部均填充有油墨,油墨与胶带其他组成部分的连接更紧密,在分切时不易剥离、脱落,同时还可以让胶带整体的导热导电性能更优。并且能够使模切件边缘整齐,不得有明显的纤维和细屑残留,装配时不得有拉丝现象。通过将离型膜与导电布单元之间设置有遮光层,遮光层由黑色涂层印刷制成,采用黑色涂层印刷,遮蔽性优良,并且黑色涂层绝缘性优良,模切加工性能良好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,包括阻燃海绵单元1、导电布单元2和离型膜3,阻燃海绵单元1与导电布单元2粘接固定,若干个阻燃海绵单元1和若干个导电布单元2形成整个泡棉,导电布单元2的底部设置有离型膜3,用于保护泡棉内部的结构。
离型膜3由PET膜制成,PET膜又名耐高温聚酯薄膜。离型膜3与导电布单元2之间设置有遮光层31,遮光层31由黑色涂层印刷制成,采用黑色涂层印刷,遮蔽性优良,并且黑色涂层绝缘性优良,模切加工性能良好。可选用型号为BTX-8984的黑色胶带代替遮光层31。离型膜3和遮光层31的大小尺寸相同,离型膜3的长度大于阻燃海绵单元1和导电布单元2组合后的长度。便于将所有阻燃海绵单元1和导电布单元2组成的泡棉覆盖。
阻燃海绵单元1与导电布单元2的形状相同均为矩形结构,阻燃海绵单元1相邻两个之间设置有导电隔离层21,导电布单元2相邻两个之间也设置有导电隔离层21,阻燃海绵单元1的顶部设置有导电顶层11。每个导电隔离层21与导电顶层11均垂直连接,导电隔离层21与导电顶层11内部均填充有油墨,此油墨可采用高遮光油墨或高遮光哑黑油墨。油墨与本泡棉胶带其他组成部分的连接更紧密,在分切时不易剥离、脱落,同时还可以让泡棉胶带整体的导热导电性能更优。并且能够使模切件边缘整齐,不得有明显的纤维和细屑残留,装配时不得有拉丝现象。
在导电顶层11内部开设有气孔12,气孔12与阻燃海绵单元1的顶部中间相连通。气孔12分布在导电顶层11有利于给电子元件与机壳相接触的地方减震、缓冲、减压,防止压坏电子元件。

1.一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,包括阻燃海绵单元(1)、导电布单元(2)和离型膜(3),所述阻燃海绵单元(1)与导电布单元(2)固定连接,所述导电布单元(2)的底部设置有离型膜(3),其特征在于:所述离型膜(3)与导电布单元(2)之间设置有遮光层(31),所述阻燃海绵单元(1)与导电布单元(2)的形状相同均为矩形结构,所述阻燃海绵单元(1)相邻两个之间设置有导电隔离层(21),所述导电布单元(2)相邻两个之间也设置有导电隔离层(21),所述阻燃海绵单元(1)的顶部设置有导电顶层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述离型膜(3)由PET膜制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述遮光层(31)由黑色涂层印刷制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:每个所述导电隔离层(21)与导电顶层(11)均垂直连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述导电隔离层(21)与导电顶层(11)内部均填充有油墨。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述导电顶层(11)内部开设有气孔(12),所述气孔(12)与阻燃海绵单元(1)的顶部中间相连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型导热导电遮光的复合泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述离型膜(3)和遮光层(31)的大小尺寸相同,所述离型膜(3)的长度大于阻燃海绵单元(1)和导电布单元(2)组合后的长度。
