本发明涉及一种快速搅拌转子,包括竖直设置的安装套,安装套内竖直穿装有旋转轴套,旋转轴套通过轴承安装在安装套内,在旋转轴套的外圆上设置有送料叶片,送料叶片位于安装套的上方,在旋转轴套内竖直穿装有从动轴,在从动轴的上端通过螺纹安装有螺母,在螺母的圆周上设置有搅拌叶片,在安装套下方的旋转轴套上安装有第一从动齿轮,在第一从动齿轮下方的从动轴上安装有第二从动齿轮,在从动轴的左侧竖直设置有驱动轴,在驱动轴上安装有与第一从动齿轮相啮合的第一驱动齿轮,在第一驱动齿轮下方的驱动轴上安装有与第二从动齿轮相啮合的第二驱动齿轮。本发明在搅拌混合时实现了大颗粒原料的破碎。

本发明涉及一种快速搅拌转子,属于搅拌装置技术领域。
背景技术
在鸡精生产过程中需要先将原料进行混合,通常所用的混合搅拌装置采用同步旋转的送料浆叶和搅拌浆叶组成,在使用时位于底部的送料浆叶将原料抛起,位于上方的搅拌浆叶将原料进行破碎混合,这种送料和搅拌同步旋转的混合方式虽然可以实现混合,但是无法将大颗粒原料破碎。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种快速搅拌转子,在搅拌混合时实现了大颗粒原料的破碎。
本发明所述的快速搅拌转子,包括竖直设置的安装套,其特征在于:安装套内竖直穿装有旋转轴套,旋转轴套通过轴承安装在安装套内,在旋转轴套的外圆上设置有送料叶片,送料叶片位于安装套的上方,在旋转轴套内竖直穿装有从动轴,在从动轴的上端通过螺纹安装有螺母,在螺母的圆周上设置有搅拌叶片,在安装套下方的旋转轴套上安装有第一从动齿轮,在第一从动齿轮下方的从动轴上安装有第二从动齿轮,在从动轴的左侧竖直设置有驱动轴,在驱动轴上安装有与第一从动齿轮相啮合的第一驱动齿轮,在第一驱动齿轮下方的驱动轴上安装有与第二从动齿轮相啮合的第二驱动齿轮。
进一步,所述送料叶片均匀分布在旋转轴套的圆周上,搅拌叶片均匀分布在螺母的圆周上。
进一步,所述第一从动齿轮的外径大于第二从动齿轮的外径。
进一步,所述送料叶片为弧形板结构,并与旋转轴套呈一定的夹角。

通过本发明所述的快速搅拌转子,在安装套内竖直穿装有旋转轴套,旋转轴套通过轴承安装在安装套内,在旋转轴套的外圆上设置有送料叶片,送料叶片位于安装套的上方,在旋转轴套内竖直穿装有从动轴,在从动轴的上端通过螺纹安装有螺母,在螺母的圆周上设置有搅拌叶片,在安装套下方的旋转轴套上安装有第一从动齿轮,在第一从动齿轮下方的从动轴上安装有第二从动齿轮,在从动轴的左侧竖直设置有驱动轴,在驱动轴上安装有与第一从动齿轮相啮合的第一驱动齿轮,在第一驱动齿轮下方的驱动轴上安装有与第二从动齿轮相啮合的第二驱动齿轮。本技术主要是通过不同直径的齿轮分别带动送料叶片和搅拌叶片旋转,让送料叶片和搅拌叶片在不同的转速下进行搅拌和混合,从而在搅拌混合时实现了大颗粒原料的破碎。

如图1所示,所述快速搅拌转子,包括竖直设置的安装套1,安装套1内竖直穿装有旋转轴套2,旋转轴套2通过轴承安装在安装套1内,在旋转轴套2的外圆上设置有送料叶片3,送料叶片3位于安装套1的上方,在旋转轴套2内竖直穿装有从动轴4,在从动轴4的上端通过螺纹安装有螺母6,在螺母6的圆周上设置有搅拌叶片5,在安装套1下方的旋转轴套2上安装有第一从动齿轮11,在第一从动齿轮11下方的从动轴4上安装有第二从动齿轮10,在从动轴4的左侧竖直设置有驱动轴9,在驱动轴9上安装有与第一从动齿轮11相啮合的第一驱动齿轮7,在第一驱动齿轮7下方的驱动轴9上安装有与第二从动齿轮10相啮合的第二驱动齿轮8。
本实施例中,所述送料叶片3均匀分布在旋转轴套2的圆周上,搅拌叶片5均匀分布在螺母6的圆周上。本段技术设计保证了转子的动平衡,提高了稳定性。
所述第一从动齿轮11的外径大于第二从动齿轮10的外径。本段技术设计提高了搅拌叶片5的转速,有利于破碎大颗粒原料。
所述送料叶片3为弧形板结构,并与旋转轴套2呈一定的夹角。本段技术设计方便将原料从装置底部抛起,提高了搅拌效率。
如图1所示,工作时,驱动机带动驱动轴9旋转,驱动轴9带动第二驱动齿轮8和第一驱动齿轮7旋转,第一驱动齿轮7带动第一从动齿轮11旋转,第一从动齿轮11带动旋转轴套2旋转,旋转轴套2上的送料叶片3将物料从装置底部抛起,第二驱动齿轮8带动第二从动齿轮10旋转,第二从动齿轮10通过从动轴4带动螺母6旋转,螺母6带动搅拌叶片5旋转,由于第一从动齿轮11大于第二从动齿轮10,因此搅拌叶片5的转速高于送料叶片3的转速,从而在搅拌混合时实现了大颗粒原料的破碎。

1.一种快速搅拌转子,包括竖直设置的安装套(1),其特征在于:安装套(1)内竖直穿装有旋转轴套(2),旋转轴套(2)通过轴承安装在安装套(1)内,在旋转轴套(2)的外圆上设置有送料叶片(3),送料叶片(3)位于安装套(1)的上方,在旋转轴套(2)内竖直穿装有从动轴(4),在从动轴(4)的上端通过螺纹安装有螺母(6),在螺母(6)的圆周上设置有搅拌叶片(5),在安装套(1)下方的旋转轴套(2)上安装有第一从动齿轮(11),在第一从动齿轮(11)下方的从动轴(4)上安装有第二从动齿轮(10),在从动轴(4)的左侧竖直设置有驱动轴(9),在驱动轴(9)上安装有与第一从动齿轮(11)相啮合的第一驱动齿轮(7),在第一驱动齿轮(7)下方的驱动轴(9)上安装有与第二从动齿轮(10)相啮合的第二驱动齿轮(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速搅拌转子,其特征在于:所述送料叶片(3)均匀分布在旋转轴套(2)的圆周上,搅拌叶片(5)均匀分布在螺母(6)的圆周上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速搅拌转子,其特征在于:所述第一从动齿轮(11)的外径大于第二从动齿轮(10)的外径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的快速搅拌转子,其特征在于:所述送料叶片(3)为弧形板结构,并与旋转轴套(2)呈一定的夹角。
