The beneficial effects are that: according to the invention, the first arc-shaped clamping plate is moved leftwards and rightwards to a proper position, so that patients with different heights can conveniently recover by using the invention; the first swing handle is held by a hand to rotate the fourth gear clockwise, so that the leg of the hemiparalysis patient can be swung up to an appropriate position, and the leg of the hemiparalysis patient can be bent and restored; the second swing lever is pivoted by the second swing handle, so that the bending angle of the lower leg of the patient can be adjusted, the leg of the hemiparalysis patient can be bent and restored without manually using the hand, physical fatigue can be prevented, and the restoration efficiency can be improved.
