When the invention is used, the glue mark removing unit and the cleaning and medicine coating unit are mounted on the magnetic auxiliary power unit in the same structure (the slide rod 18 and the guide rod 23, the glue removing slide block 19 and the cleaning slide block 24 have the same structure and function), and the corresponding mounting relationship is explained by taking the glue mark removing unit as an example so as to be convenient to understand. (see fig. 8B) the initial state is defined as the left end position of the active slide plate 3 (group a) and the right end position of the magnetomotive slide plate 7 (group B), i.e. the primary permanent magnet 10 is on the left, the secondary permanent magnet 11 is on the right, and at this time, the magnetic repulsion force is used for positioning, and the stroke of group a is larger than that of group B. When the servo motor 2 drives the driving sliding plate 3 to reciprocate left and right, the group A always moves back and forth, the group A moves right to be close to the group B until the upper and lower positions of the main permanent magnet 10 and the auxiliary permanent magnet 11 are overlapped (as shown in figure 8c), and the group B keeps still in the process (positioned at the rightmost end of the stroke of the group B); after the overlapping position is crossed, the group A continues to move to the right and to the end point of the right end of the stroke of the group A (as shown in fig. 8d), and generates a left repulsive force to the group B, the group B moves to the left immediately and finally moves to the leftmost end of the stroke of the group B, and the group A and the group B move in opposite directions in the process; then the group A moves leftwards, the group B keeps still, the process is the same as the principle, and the reciprocating motion of the group A and the group B is formed.
When the glue mark removing unit is used for removing glue marks near wounds, the glue mark removing unit is installed on the installation box 1 in an inserted mode, the glue mark removing sliding block 19 and the inserting rod 12 are in butt joint and inserted connection (a rapid butt joint method is explained later), the sealing section 17 is torn off, the installation box 1 is held by hand and used in an inverted mode, the glue mark is coated with alcohol firstly, then the installation box is pressed in a glue mark area, the positioning rubber 14 is pressed on the periphery of the glue mark to perform area delineation, the pulling influence of skin on the outside is reduced, meanwhile, the glue removing sliding block 19 is guaranteed to be in contact with the skin, the servo motor 2 is started to work, and the glue mark is wiped off through reciprocating motion of the glue removing sliding block 19. And the delineation area is changed, and meanwhile, the contact areas of the group A and the group B can move in a small range in one delineation area, so that the contact areas of the group A and the group B are changed, and the glue removing effect is better. Finally, slightly wiping off the wiped rubber mark particles, removing the separated rubber mark in the midway, coating alcohol again to remove the rubber again, and adjusting the operation according to the actual condition.
When the cleaning medicine applying unit is used for cleaning or applying medicine to the wound and the adjacent periphery of the wound (the medicine absorbed by the absorbent cotton 25 is applied according to the requirement is different), the cleaning medicine applying unit is installed on the installation box 1 in an inserted mode, the installation box is buckled upside down for use, the anti-pulling rubber 22 rotates and is extruded to the inner side in a proper amount, the skin wound is prevented from being pulled when the skin wound is pressed down, meanwhile, the servo motor 2 is started to work after the absorbent cotton 25 is effectively contacted with the wound, and the wound is wiped, cleaned or applied with medicine. When the cleaning and medicine applying unit is prepared, the medicine applying cotton 25 is adhered to the cleaning slide block 24 for one-time use, and the number of the medicine applying cotton 25 and the adhering installation position can be selected according to the size of the medicine applying width of the wound so as to reduce unnecessary waste.
When the glue mark removing unit and the cleaning and medicine coating unit are installed, the main butt-joint insertion parts are the insertion connection of the glue removing sliding block 19, the cleaning sliding block 24 and the insertion column, and the insertion connection structure is a conventional structure in the field.
