Background
Urine is a clinical and not negligible preliminary examination, and proteinuria or visible components in urinary sediments can appear in early stage of kidney diseases. Once a urinary abnormality is found, it is often the first indicator of a renal or urinary tract disease and often also an important clue to the nature of the pathological process. In recent years, many people put emphasis on the diagnosis method that doctors should do their routine examination of urine, which is a general diagnosis method for finding kidney diseases by doctors and is beneficial to finding out many diseases such as urinary system infection, kidney stone, kidney lesion, ureteral stone, hematuria, proteinuria, diabetes, bacterial infection and the like.
Among the prior art, have that current urine sampler can not collect automatic shutdown after the quantitative urine sample and collect, the urine spills over easily on user's the hand of spilling.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a urine sample collector, which solves the problems that the collection of the existing urine sampler can not be stopped automatically after quantitative urine samples are collected, and urine is easy to overflow and spill onto the hands of users.

an urine sample collector comprises a collecting box with an opening at the top, a bottom plate with a through hole is arranged in the collecting box, the collecting box is divided into a waste liquid cavity and a liquid accumulation cavity by the bottom plate, the liquid accumulation cavity is positioned above the waste liquid cavity, a first floating ball with the diameter larger than that of the through hole is arranged in the waste liquid cavity, a liquid discharge pipeline with a valve is arranged at the bottom of the collecting box, a collecting pipeline is arranged on the side surface of the collecting box, the horizontal lowest point of the collecting pipeline is higher than that of the bottom plate, the collecting pipeline is communicated with the liquid accumulation cavity, two parallel sliding grooves in the vertical direction are arranged on the end surface of one end of the collecting pipeline, which is far away from the collecting box, a first magnet block is arranged at the upper end of each sliding groove, a sliding block is arranged in each sliding groove, the sliding blocks are connected with a baffle, and the baffle is in contact fit with the end surface of the collecting pipeline, the top of baffle is provided with the second magnet piece, the bottom of baffle is provided with the second floater, still includes the telescopic link, places the board, the one end fixed connection of collecting the pipeline is kept away from to the one end of telescopic link and first magnet piece, the one end of placing the board and the other end fixed connection of telescopic link, it is located the below of second floater to place the board.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. according to the urine sample collector, a user discharges urine through the opening in the top of the collecting box, the urine firstly flows into the waste liquid cavity through the through hole in the bottom plate, the first floating ball is driven to move upwards along with the rise of the liquid level in the waste liquid cavity, and the through hole in the bottom plate is blocked when the floating ball moves upwards to a certain position, so that the front end urine is conveniently filtered, the quality of the collected urine sample is improved, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved;
2. according to the urine sample collector, the lower moving or the upper moving of the placing plate is realized by adjusting the length of the telescopic rod, so that a container is conveniently mounted on the placing plate, when the container is mounted on the placing plate, a force is applied to separate the first magnet block from the second magnet block, the baffle vertically moves downwards along the chute, and the baffle drives the second floating ball to move downwards, so that the second floating ball is conveniently placed in the container;
3. according to the urine sample collector, the through hole blocks urine to be accumulated in the urine accumulation cavity, the urine in the urine accumulation cavity is discharged through the collecting pipeline along with the rising of the liquid level in the urine accumulation cavity, the urine flows into the container placed on the placing plate along the baffle and the second floating ball, the second floating ball is placed in the container, the second floating ball moves upwards along with the rising of the liquid level in the container, the second floating ball moves upwards to drive the baffle to move upwards along the chute, when the liquid level in the container reaches a certain position, the second magnet block above the baffle is attracted with the first magnet block arranged at the top of the chute, the baffle completely seals the liquid discharge port of the collecting pipeline, and the purpose of cutting off the collecting pipeline to output the urine when the container collects a proper urine sample is achieved.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the urine sample collector of the present embodiment includes a collecting box 1 with an opening at the top, a bottom plate 2 with a through hole is disposed inside the collecting box 1, the bottom plate 2 divides the collecting box 1 into a waste liquid chamber and a liquid accumulation chamber, the liquid accumulation chamber is located above the waste liquid chamber, a first floating ball 3 with a diameter larger than that of the through hole is disposed in the waste liquid chamber, a liquid discharge pipeline 10 with a valve is disposed at the bottom of the collecting box 1, a collecting pipeline 4 is disposed at the side of the collecting box 1, the lowest horizontal point of the collecting pipeline 4 is higher than the highest horizontal point of the bottom plate 2, the collecting pipeline 4 is communicated with the liquid accumulation chamber, two parallel vertical chutes are disposed on the end surface of one end of the collecting pipeline 4 far from the collecting box 1, a first magnet block 5 is disposed at the upper end of the chute, and a slider is disposed in each chute, the slider is connected with baffle 6, just baffle 6 and collecting duct 4's end face contact laminating, the top of baffle 6 is provided with second magnet piece 7, the bottom of baffle is provided with second floater 8, still includes telescopic link 13, places board 9, the one end of telescopic link 13 and the one end fixed connection who keeps away from collecting duct 4 of first magnet piece 5, the one end of placing board 9 and the other end fixed connection of telescopic link 13, place board 9 and be located the below of second floater 8.
The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly, adjusting the length of the telescopic rod 13, increasing the distance between the placing plate 9 and the second floating ball 8 to a proper position, so that a container for collecting urine samples can be directly placed on the placing plate 9, then adjusting the length of the telescopic rod 13 again, and reducing the distance between the placing plate 9 and the second floating ball 8 until the second floating ball 8 is positioned in the container; a user discharges urine through an opening arranged at the top of the collecting box 1, the urine enters the urine accumulation cavity and flows into the waste liquid cavity through the through hole on the bottom plate 2, the volume in the waste liquid cavity is set according to the requirement, the first floating ball 3 moves upwards along with the liquid level along with the rise of the liquid level in the waste liquid cavity, and the first floating ball 3 blocks the through hole on the bottom plate 6 when the waste liquid cavity is full, so that the front end urine is conveniently filtered, the quality of a collected urine sample is improved, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved; urine is not getting into the waste liquid chamber, but accumulates in the hydrops chamber, liquid level along in the hydrops chamber rises, urine in the hydrops chamber is discharged through collecting tube 4, urine flows into the container of placing on board 9 along baffle 6 and second floater 8, second floater 8 moves up along with the liquid level in the container rises, second floater 8 moves up and drives baffle 6 and moves up along the spout, when the liquid level in the container reachd a certain position, the second magnet piece 7 of baffle 6 top and the first magnet piece 5 actuation that the spout top set up, baffle 6 seals the leakage fluid dram of collecting tube 4 completely, the mesh of cutting off collecting tube output urine when having realized that the container gathers suitable urine sample. When urine in the waste liquid cavity and the hydrops cavity needs to be discharged, only the valve on the liquid discharge pipe 10 is needed to be opened, the urine in the waste liquid cavity is discharged to a specified place along with the liquid discharge pipe 10, the first floating ball 3 descends along with the descending of the liquid level along with the discharge of the urine in the waste liquid cavity, the hydrops cavity is communicated with the waste liquid cavity through the through hole in the bottom plate 2, and the urine in the hydrops cavity is discharged into the waste liquid cavity.
Specifically, the first magnet block 5 is disposed between two slide grooves, and the distance between the first magnet block 5 and the two slide grooves is equal.
In this embodiment, the first magnet block 5 is disposed between the two sliding grooves and has the same distance to the two sliding grooves, so that the first magnet block can be stably attracted to the second magnet block.
As shown in fig. 4, specifically, the telescopic rod 13 includes an inner rod 131, an outer rod 132, and a positioning rod 133, the inner rod 131 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 134 at equal intervals, the positioning rod 133 passes through a side wall of the outer rod 132 to be slidably connected with the outer rod 132, the outer rod 132 is sleeved on the surface of the inner rod 131, the upper end of the inner rod 131 is fixedly connected with one end of the first magnet block 5 far away from the collecting duct 4, and the lower end of the outer rod 13 is fixedly connected with one end of the placing plate 9.
In this embodiment, the relative positions of the sliding positioning rod 133 and the outer rod 132 enable the positioning rod 133 to extend into and out of the fixing rod 134 disposed on the inner rod 131, the relative position between the outer rod 132 and the inner rod 131 can be adjusted when the positioning rod 133 extends out of a certain fixing hole 134, and the sliding positioning rod 133 extends into another fixing hole 134 after the adjusted position is determined to prevent the relative sliding between the inner rod 131 and the outer rod 132, so that the total length of the inner rod 131 and the outer rod 132 is changed.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, a valve is arranged on the collecting pipeline 4.
In this embodiment, the valve on the collecting pipe 4 is opened or closed to facilitate the control of the connection or the disconnection of the collecting pipe 4, and a user can conveniently open or close the valve on the collecting pipe 4 to assist in collecting the urine sample.
Example 3
On the basis of example 1, as shown in fig. 2, the baffle 6 is provided with a drainage groove 11 on the side far away from the collecting duct 4.
Urine that flows out in collecting tube 4 in this embodiment flows into the container through drainage groove 11 and the second floater 8 that set up on baffle 6, avoids appearing the urine splash.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the clamping device further includes a clamping portion, the clamping portion 12 includes a connecting rod 121, a first arc-shaped member 122, a second arc-shaped member 123, and a return spring 124, one end of the connecting rod 121 is fixedly connected to the middle portion of the telescopic rod 13, one end of the first arc-shaped member 122 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting rod 121, one end of the second arc-shaped member 123 is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod 121, one end of the return spring 124 is connected to one end of the first arc-shaped member 122, the other end of the return spring 124 is connected to one end of the second arc-shaped member 123, and when the return spring 124 is in a compressed state, the first arc-shaped member 122 and the second arc-shaped member 123 are sequentially connected to form an annular structure.
In this embodiment, the user applies a force to pull the second arc-shaped part 123 so that the second arc-shaped part 123 rotates by a certain angle along the connecting rod 121, the second arc-shaped part 123, the reset spring 124 is stretched, the container is placed between the first arc-shaped part 122 and the second arc-shaped part 123, the user releases the second arc-shaped part 123, the reset spring 124 contracts to drive the second arc-shaped part 123 to reset, the container is clamped and fixed through the second arc-shaped part 123 and the first arc-shaped part 122, and the phenomenon that the collection of urine samples is influenced by the movement of the container on the placing plate 9 is avoided.
