Step 306, if the usage rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in the preset time period is smaller than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is a third package category.

For example, if the current package volume value of the enterprise user is as in the above example: the voice call is 1000 minutes/month, the short message is 100 messages/month, the flow rate is 30G/month, the first preset value is 100%, the second preset value is 50%, and the service usage of the enterprise user in the month is as follows: 300 minutes/month, 20 short messages/month and/or 10G/month flow, wherein the service usage rate of the enterprise user in the month is less than 50%, namely the service usage rate of the enterprise user in the month is less than a second preset value, and at the moment, the enterprise user is defined as a quasi-descending package user, namely the package user capable of degrading the package currently used by the enterprise user.
And 307, determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the enterprise information.
And 308, adjusting the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the category and the value attribute of the target package.
Steps 307-308 are similar to steps 203-204 and are not described herein.
In this embodiment, a target package category corresponding to an internet-of-things enterprise user is determined according to an obtained relationship between the usage rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in a preset time period and a first preset value and a second preset value, if the usage rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is determined to be the first package category, and if the usage rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period is smaller than the first preset value and greater than the second preset value, the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is determined to be the second package category; if the usage rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is smaller than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the target package category corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things is a third package category; because the business usage in the preset time period of the enterprise user is compared with the current package information of the enterprise user, the target packages corresponding to the enterprise user are classified, so that the enterprise user can estimate the actual business usage, a reference is provided for adjusting the packages corresponding to the business usage of the enterprise user, the proper business usage can be selected for the enterprise user, the proper packages can be determined, unnecessary expenses can be prevented from being paid by the user, and the experience of the enterprise user can be improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for adjusting service usage according to yet another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2, and this embodiment describes in detail how to determine a value attribute of an enterprise user of the internet of things according to enterprise information when the enterprise information is account status information, the number of SIM cards, the number of activated SIM cards, and the number of new orders, as illustrated in fig. 4, and the method includes the following steps.
Step 401, enterprise information of an enterprise user of the internet of things is obtained.
Step 402, determining a target package category corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things according to the enterprise information.
Steps 401 to 402 are similar to steps 201 to 202 and are not described in detail here.
In step 403, it is determined whether the account status information is in a normal use status.
The enterprise information comprises account state information, the number of SIM cards, the number of activated SIM cards and the number of newly added orders; specifically, the account status information may be whether the account is in a normal use state within a preset time, the account status information includes a normal use state of the account, a stop use state of the account, or an account arrearage state, and the like, the number of the SIM cards is the total number of the SIM cards in the account within the preset time, the number of the activated SIM cards is the number of the SIM cards activated and used in the account within the preset time, and the number of the newly added orders is the number of the newly added SIM cards in the account within the preset time. If the server determines that the account status information is in a normal use state according to the acquired enterprise information, step 404 is executed, and if the account status information is determined to be in an abnormal state, no adjustment is made to the service usage of the enterprise user of the internet of things.
And step 404, if the SIM card is in a normal use state, determining the activation rate of the SIM cards according to the number of the SIM cards and the number of the activated SIM cards.
In this step, when the server determines that the account status information of the enterprise user in the preset time period is in a normal use status, the activation rate of the SIM card may be calculated according to the number of the SIM cards of the enterprise user in the preset time period and the number of the activated SIM cards, for example, the activation rate of the SIM card may be a ratio of the number of the activated SIM cards in the account of the enterprise user in the preset time period to the number of all the SIM cards in the account, for example, the number of the SIM cards in the enterprise account in this month is 100, the number of the activated SIM cards is 80, and then the activation rate of the SIM cards in the account of the enterprise user is 80%.
And 405, determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of the newly added orders.
In this step, after the activation rate of the SIM card of the enterprise user is determined, the value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things can be determined according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of the newly added orders in the account of the enterprise user.
In a possible implementation manner, the value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things, in which the activation rate of the SIM card is greater than a third preset value and the number of newly added orders is greater than a fourth preset value, is determined as a high-value user.
Further, the newly increased order quantity may also be an order quantity newly added in the enterprise user account within the month, and the newly increased order quantity in the enterprise user account within the month must be greater than 0, and in addition, on the basis of considering the activation rate of the SIM card and the newly increased order quantity, it may also be considered whether the average income (ARPU) per user is higher than the average income level of the segment industry belonging to the present province, so as to provide a reference for dividing the value attribute of the enterprise user.
For example, assuming that the preset time is six months, the third preset value is 70%, and the fourth preset value is 50, when the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user is 80% within six months, the number of newly added orders is 80, that is, the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user is greater than the third preset value and the number of newly added orders is greater than the fourth preset value, and the number of newly added orders in the account of the enterprise user within the month is greater than 0, and the average income of the enterprise user is higher than the average income of the subdivided industry in this province, the enterprise user is defined as a high-value user.
In another possible implementation manner, the value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things, of which the activation rate of the SIM card is smaller than a fifth preset value or the number of newly added orders is larger than a fourth preset value, is determined as a medium-value user.
Specifically, on the basis that the activation rate of the SIM card is smaller than the fifth preset value or the number of newly added orders is larger than the fourth preset value, it should be considered whether the enterprise user has a record of arrearages within half a year.
For example, assuming that the preset time is six months, the fifth preset value is 50%, and the fourth preset value is 50, when the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user is 30% within six months, the number of newly added orders is 70, that is, the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user is smaller than the fifth preset value or the number of newly added orders is greater than the fourth preset value, and in addition, the enterprise user has no record of arrearage within half a year, the enterprise user is defined as a medium-value user.
And determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card smaller than the sixth preset value and the number of the newly added orders as zero as a low-value user.
Specifically, on the basis that the activation rate of the SIM card is smaller than the sixth preset value and the number of the newly added orders is zero, whether the enterprise user has a record of arrearages in the last half year should be considered.
For example, the preset time is six months, the sixth preset value is 20%, when the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user in the month is 10%, the number of the newly added orders is 0, that is, the activation rate of the SIM card in the account of the enterprise user is less than the sixth preset value, the number of the newly added orders is zero, and the enterprise user has a record of arrearage in the last half year, the enterprise user is defined as a low-value user.
It should be noted that the third preset value is greater than the fifth preset value, and the fifth preset value is greater than the sixth preset value, but the specific set value may be set according to the actual situation, and the present invention is not limited in any way.
And 406, adjusting the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things according to the category and the value attribute of the target package.
In this step, the business usage amount corresponding to the internet of things enterprise user is adjusted, specifically: when the target package category of the enterprise user is the first package category and the value attribute is the high-value user, the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things can be determined to be increased. In practical application, after determining that the business consumption of the enterprise users possibly needs to be improved, the server can send a proper package to the terminal corresponding to the staff, so that the staff can reasonably adjust the business consumption by acquiring the real consumption requirements of the enterprise users, thereby avoiding the behavior that the consumption of the business consumption corresponding to the adjusted enterprise users is still suppressed, causing poor service perception of the enterprise users, and certainly customizing the proper business consumption for the enterprise users according to the average business consumption level of the same industry in province or region where the enterprise users are located as a reference standard.
When the target package category of the enterprise user is the third package category and is a high-value user, namely when the high-value enterprise user has a user with the current package usage shortage phenomenon, the service usage corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things can be determined to be reduced. In practical application, after determining that the service consumption of the enterprise user possibly needs to be reduced, the server can send a proper package to the terminal corresponding to the staff, so that the staff can customize a low-level tariff package suitable for the service consumption of the enterprise user by acquiring the real consumption requirement of the enterprise user, and the service consumption corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things is also reduced.
When the target package category of the enterprise user is the first package category and is a medium-value user, namely when the current package is exceeded in the medium-value enterprise user, the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things can be determined to be increased. In practical application, after determining that the business consumption of the enterprise users possibly needs to be increased, the server can send a proper package to the terminal corresponding to the staff, so that the staff can upgrade the current package of the enterprise users after obtaining the agreement of the enterprise users by acquiring the real consumption requirements of the enterprise users, and the business consumption corresponding to the enterprise users of the internet of things is increased.
When the target package category of the enterprise user is a third package category and is a medium-value user, namely the current package usage amount in the medium-value enterprise user is insufficient, the existing closest low-level tariff package can be provided for the enterprise user, and the current package of the enterprise user is degraded after the approval of the enterprise user is obtained, namely the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things is reduced.
In this embodiment, whether the state information of the enterprise user is in a normal use state is judged through the account state information of the enterprise user, if the state information is in the normal use state, the activation rate of the SIM card is calculated according to the number of the SIM cards in the account of the enterprise user and the number of the activated SIM cards, and the value attribute of the enterprise user is determined according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of newly added orders.
It should be noted that, for the low-value user and the second package category, in order to improve the perception of the service experience of the enterprise user, the process of changing the service usage is not performed for the low-value user and the second package category, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things is adjusted according to the target package category and the value attribute, and for the enterprise user target package which is the first package category and is the high-value user and the enterprise user target package which is the first package category and is the medium-value user, the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things is increased; the business volume corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user is reduced when the enterprise user target package is of a third package type and is a high-value user, and the enterprise user target package is of a third package type and is a medium-value user, and the low-value user and the second package type are not subjected to business volume change.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for adjusting traffic volume according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for adjusting traffic volume may include: an obtaining module 11, a first determining module 12, a second determining module 13 and an adjusting module 14.
The obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain enterprise information of an enterprise user of the internet of things.
The first determining module 12 is configured to determine a target package category corresponding to an internet-of-things enterprise user according to enterprise information.
And the second determining module 13 is configured to determine the value attribute of the internet-of-things enterprise user according to the enterprise information.
And the adjusting module 14 is configured to adjust the service usage amount corresponding to the internet of things enterprise user according to the target package category and the value attribute.
According to the device for adjusting the service consumption, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the enterprise information of the enterprise user of the Internet of things is acquired through the acquisition module 11; according to the enterprise information, the first determining module 12 determines the target package category corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things; then, according to the enterprise information, a second determining module 13 determines the value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things; then, according to the category and the value attribute of the target package, the adjusting module 14 adjusts the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things. Due to the fact that the business usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user is adjusted through the target package category and the value attribute of the enterprise user, the appropriate business usage amount can be selected for the enterprise user, and then the appropriate package is determined, so that the user is prevented from paying unnecessary expenses, and the experience of the enterprise user can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an apparatus for adjusting a service usage according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, when the enterprise information is a service usage value of an enterprise user in a preset time period and current package information of the enterprise user, the first determining module 12 includes: a first judgment sub-module 121 and a first determination sub-module 122, as shown in fig. 6.
The first judging submodule 121 is configured to judge whether a usage rate of a service volume of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than or equal to a first preset value, where the usage rate is a ratio between the service volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period and a volume value corresponding to current package information of the enterprise user;
the first determining submodule 122 is configured to determine that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is the first package category when the first determining submodule determines that the usage rate of the service usage of the enterprise user in the preset time period is greater than or equal to a first preset value.
Optionally, the first determining sub-module 121 is further configured to determine, when the first determining sub-module determines that the usage rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period is smaller than a first preset value, whether the usage rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period is larger than a second preset value; wherein the second preset value is larger than the first preset value.
The first determining submodule 122 is further configured to determine that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is the second package category when the first determining submodule determines that the usage rate of the service usage of the enterprise user in the preset time period is greater than the second preset value.
The first determining sub-module 122 is further configured to determine that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is a third package category when the usage rate of the service usage of the enterprise user in the preset time period is less than or equal to a second preset value.
The device for adjusting service usage provided in the embodiments of the present invention may implement the corresponding method embodiments described above, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an apparatus for adjusting service usage according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where in this embodiment, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, when the enterprise information is account status information, the number of SIM cards, the number of activated SIM cards, and the number of new orders, the second determining module includes: a second judgment sub-module 131 and a second determination sub-module 132, as shown in fig. 7.
The second determining submodule 131 is configured to determine whether the account status information is in a normal use status.
The second determining sub-module 132 is configured to determine that the account status information is in a normal use status in the second determining sub-module 131, and determine the activation rate of the SIM cards according to the number of the SIM cards and the number of activated SIM cards.
The second determining submodule 132 is further configured to determine a value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of the newly added orders.
Optionally, the second determining submodule 132 is further configured to:

if the target package category is a third package category and the value attribute is a high-value user, reducing the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things; or,
if the target package category is the first package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, improving the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things; or,
and if the target package category is the third package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, reducing the service usage corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things.
The device for adjusting a service provided in the embodiment of the present invention may implement the corresponding method embodiment, and its implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
FIG. 8 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary server suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The server shown in fig. 8 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the server may include a transmitter 80, a processor 81, a memory 82, and at least one communication bus 83. The communication bus 83 is used to realize communication connection between the elements. The memory 82 may comprise a high speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory NVM, such as at least one disk memory, in which various programs may be stored for performing various processing functions and implementing the method steps of the present embodiment. In addition, the server may further include a receiver 84, the receiver 84 in this embodiment may be a corresponding input interface having a communication function and an information receiving function, and the transmitter 80 in this embodiment may be a corresponding output interface having a communication function and an information sending function. Alternatively, the transmitter 80 and the receiver 84 may be integrated into one communication interface, or may be two independent communication interfaces.
In addition, a computer program is stored in the memory 82 and configured to be executed by the processor 81, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 2-4 above or instructions for performing the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 2-4 above.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program enables a server to execute the method for adjusting service usage provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4. The readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The aforementioned program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (16)

1. A method for adjusting service usage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring enterprise information of an enterprise user of the Internet of things;
determining a target package category corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user according to the enterprise information;
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the enterprise information;
and adjusting the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the target package category and the value attribute.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the enterprise information includes business usage values of enterprise users within a preset time period and current package information of enterprise users;
the determining the target package category corresponding to the internet of things enterprise user according to the enterprise information includes:
judging whether the usage rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than or equal to a first preset value, wherein the usage rate is the ratio of the business usage value of the enterprise user in the preset time period to the usage value corresponding to the current package information of the enterprise user;
and if the utilization rate is greater than or equal to the first preset value, determining that the target package category corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user is the first package category.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the utilization rate is smaller than the first preset value, judging whether the utilization rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is larger than a second preset value; wherein the second preset value is smaller than the first preset value;
if the service usage rate of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than the second preset value, determining that the target package category corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user is a second package category;
and if the service usage rate of the enterprise user in a preset time period is less than or equal to the second preset value, determining that the target package category corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user is a third package category.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the enterprise information includes account status information, number of SIM cards, number of activated SIM cards, and number of newly added orders;
the determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the internet of things according to the enterprise information comprises the following steps:
judging whether the account state information is in a normal use state or not;
if the SIM card is in the normal use state, determining the activation rate of the SIM card according to the number of the SIM cards and the number of the activated SIM cards;
and determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of the newly added orders.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of newly added orders comprises:
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card being greater than a third preset value and the number of newly added orders being greater than a fourth preset value as a high-value user;
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card smaller than a fifth preset value or the number of newly added orders larger than a fourth preset value as a medium-value user;
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card smaller than a sixth preset value and the number of newly added orders being zero as a low-value user;
and the third preset value is greater than the fifth preset value, and the fifth preset value is greater than the sixth preset value.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the adjusting the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user according to the target package category and the value attribute comprises:
if the target package category is the first package category and the value attribute is the high-value user, improving the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
if the target package category is the third package category and the value attribute is the high-value user, reducing the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
if the target package category is the first package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, improving the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
and if the target package category is the third package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, reducing the service usage corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user.
7. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the traffic usage comprises: at least one of short message usage, voice usage or traffic usage.
8. An apparatus for adjusting traffic volume, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring enterprise information of enterprise users of the Internet of things;
the first determining module is used for determining the target package category corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user according to the enterprise information;
the second determination module is further used for determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the enterprise information;
and the adjusting module is mainly used for adjusting the service usage amount corresponding to the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the target package category and the value attribute.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the enterprise information comprises a traffic usage value of the enterprise user in a preset time period and current package information of the enterprise user;
the first determining module includes:
the first judgment submodule is used for judging whether the utilization rate of the business volume of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than or equal to a first preset value, wherein the utilization rate is the ratio of the business volume of the enterprise user in the preset time period to the volume corresponding to the current package information of the enterprise user;
the first determining submodule is used for determining that the target package category corresponding to the enterprise user of the internet of things is the first package category when the first judging submodule judges that the utilization rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than or equal to the first preset value.

the first determining sub-module is further configured to determine that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is a second package category when the first determining sub-module determines that the usage rate of the business usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is greater than a second preset value;
the first determining submodule is further configured to determine that the target package category corresponding to the internet-of-things enterprise user is a third package category when the usage rate of the service usage of the enterprise user in a preset time period is smaller than or equal to the second preset value.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the enterprise information comprises account status information, number of SIM cards, number of activated SIM cards, and number of new orders;
the second determining module includes:
the second judgment submodule is used for judging whether the account state information is in a normal use state;
the second determining submodule is used for determining that the account state information is in a normal use state in the second judging submodule and determining the activation rate of the SIM cards according to the number of the SIM cards and the number of the activated SIM cards;
and the second determining submodule is also used for determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things according to the activation rate of the SIM card and the number of the newly added orders.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the second determination submodule is further configured to:
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card being greater than a third preset value and the number of newly added orders being greater than a fourth preset value as a high-value user;
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card smaller than a fifth preset value or the number of newly added orders larger than a fourth preset value as a medium-value user;
determining the value attribute of the enterprise user of the Internet of things with the activation rate of the SIM card smaller than a sixth preset value and the number of newly added orders being zero as a low-value user;
and the third preset value is greater than the fifth preset value, and the fifth preset value is greater than the sixth preset value.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the adjustment module is specifically configured to:
if the target package category is the first package category and the value attribute is the high-value user, improving the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
if the target package category is the third package category and the value attribute is the high-value user, reducing the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
if the target package category is the first package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, improving the service usage amount corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user; or,
and if the target package category is the third package category and the value attribute is the medium-value user, reducing the service usage corresponding to the Internet of things enterprise user.
14. The apparatus according to any of claims 8-12, wherein the traffic volume comprises: at least one of short message usage, voice usage or traffic usage.
15. A server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the method of any of claims 1-7.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program that causes a server to execute the method of any one of claims 1-7.
