Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the method, the apparatus, the system, and the intelligent terminal for switching the subscriber identity module card provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a subscriber identity card switching method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a subscriber identity module card switching method, which is applied to an intelligent terminal with a plurality of card slots, wherein the intelligent terminal can be an intelligent mobile terminal, such as an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, a subscriber identity module card (SIM card) is placed in each card slot, and as shown in figure 1, the subscriber identity module card switching method comprises the following steps:
and 11, acquiring current flow use conditions corresponding to the accounts of the plurality of user identification cards respectively.
The plurality of user identification cards comprise a first user identification card and at least one second user identification card, the first user identification card is a user identification card which is used for data network transmission in the intelligent terminal at present, and an account of the user identification card is a user number, such as a mobile phone number.
And 12, determining a target user identification card from the plurality of user identification cards based on the current flow use conditions respectively corresponding to the accounts of the plurality of user identification cards.
And step 13, switching the first subscriber identity module card to a target subscriber identity module card so that the target subscriber identity module card is used as the subscriber identity module card which is currently used for data network transmission in the intelligent terminal.
In step 13, the first subscriber identity module card is switched to the target subscriber identity module card, so that the target subscriber identity module card is currently used as a mobile data card of the intelligent terminal, and is connected to a data network for data network transmission, so as to provide an internet access service function for the intelligent terminal. In other words, before the switching, the first subscriber identity module card serves as the mobile data card of the intelligent terminal to provide the intelligent terminal with the internet surfing service function, and after the switching, the target subscriber identity module card serves as the mobile data card of the intelligent terminal to provide the intelligent terminal with the internet surfing service function.
The subscriber identity module card switching method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the subscriber identity module card currently used as the mobile data card of the intelligent terminal based on the current flow use condition corresponding to each subscriber identity module card of the intelligent terminal, automatically realizes the switching among a plurality of subscriber identity module cards of the intelligent terminal, does not need the manual switching of a user, can realize the flow balanced use of each subscriber identity module card, effectively avoids the occurrence of the condition that the user generates extra flow cost due to the excessive use of the flow of one subscriber identity module card, provides good user experience, and protects the rights and interests of the user.
In some embodiments, the switching control of the subscriber identity cards is performed according to the current accumulated usage traffic of each subscriber identity card, in this case, in step 11, the current traffic usage corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity card includes the current accumulated usage traffic corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity card.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a specific implementation manner of step 11 in fig. 1, in some embodiments, in a case that switching control of the subscriber identity cards is performed according to a current accumulated used traffic volume of each subscriber identity card, as shown in fig. 2, step 11 may further include step 111a and step 112a.
And step 111a, acquiring the traffic of each application program on the intelligent terminal which respectively uses the user identification card in an accumulated manner aiming at each user identification card.
In this embodiment, the real-time traffic usage data of each application program is obtained by continuously monitoring the traffic usage of each application program on the intelligent terminal for different subscriber identity modules in real time, and the data format may be a Json format. For example, real-time traffic usage data for an Tencent news application installed on a smart terminal includes: { "appLabel": "Tencent news", "pkgName": "com.ent.news", "DataSIM1": "300KB" }, { "appLabel": "Tencent news", "pkgName": "com. "200KB" }; the traffic usage data of the WeChat application program installed on the intelligent terminal comprises the following steps: { "appLabel": "WeChat", "pkgName": "com.tencent.mm", "DataSIM1": "900KB" }, { "appLabel": "WeChat", "pkgName": "com. "400KB" }.
Wherein appLabel represents the identifier of the application program, pkName represents the packet name of the traffic usage data, dataSIM1 represents the traffic size of the first subscriber identity card used by the application program, and DataSIM2 represents the traffic size of the second subscriber identity card used by the application program.
In step 111a, for each subscriber identity card, according to the real-time traffic usage data of each application program for the subscriber identity card in the current monitoring time period, the traffic size of the respective accumulated usage of the subscriber identity card by each application program on the smart terminal is obtained. Wherein, the current monitoring time period is a time period from the initial metering time of the traffic to the current time, generally speaking, on the first day of each month, the used traffic of each subscriber identity card will be metered again, so the initial metering time of the traffic is 00 on the first day of each month, and the current time is the current time of the month. In step 11a, for each application program and each subscriber identity module card, the traffic of the application program using the subscriber identity module card monitored at each monitoring time point in the current monitoring time period is accumulated, so as to obtain the traffic of the application program using the subscriber identity module card accumulatively.
And 112a, summing the flow volume which is respectively accumulated and used by each application program corresponding to the user identification card to obtain the current accumulated and used flow volume corresponding to the account of the user identification card.
In step 112a, the flow rates respectively used in the accumulated manner by the application programs corresponding to the user identification card in the current monitoring time period are summed to obtain the current accumulated usage flow rate corresponding to the account of the user identification card.
For example, when the month is 2020 year 1 month, and the current time is 2020 year 1 month 5 days, the current monitoring period is 2020 year 1 month 1 day to 2020 year 1 month 5 days, and it is assumed that the smart terminal is provided with the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card, the traffic volume of the first subscriber identity card that has been cumulatively used by the application a during the 2020 year 1 month 1 day to 2020 year 1 month 5 days is 500MB, the traffic volume of the first subscriber identity card that has been cumulatively used by the application B during the 2020 year 1 month 1 day to 2020 year 1 month 5 days is 600MB, and the traffic volume of the first subscriber identity card that has been cumulatively used by the application C during the 2020 year 1 month 1 day to 2020 year 1 month 5 days is 700MB, the current cumulative used traffic volume corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card is 500mb 600600mb 700 =1800mb, and similarly, the current cumulative used traffic volume corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card may be obtained.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a specific implementation manner of step 12 in fig. 1, in some embodiments, in the case of performing switching control of the subscriber identity cards according to the current accumulated used traffic volume of each subscriber identity card, as shown in fig. 3, step 12 may further include step 121a and step 123a.
Step 121a, for each subscriber identity module card, calculating a ratio of the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity module card to a preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity module card.
The preset flow threshold is the total flow in the flow package ordered by the account of the user identification card.
For example, if the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card is 2GB, and the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card is 4GB, the ratio of the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card to the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card is 2/4=50%.
For example, if the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card is 1GB, and the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card is 4GB, the ratio of the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card to the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card is 1/4=25%.
Step 122a, comparing the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card with the ratio corresponding to each second subscriber identity card.
For example, if the ratio of the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card to the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the first subscriber identity card is 50%, and the ratio of the current accumulated usage flow corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card to the preset flow threshold corresponding to the account of the second subscriber identity card is 25%, in step 122a, the ratio corresponding to the second subscriber identity card is smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card.
And 123a, if the ratio corresponding to at least one second user identification card is smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first user identification card, selecting one of the second user identification cards with the ratio smaller than the first user identification card as a target user identification card, and jumping to the step 13.
In some embodiments, the smart terminal includes a first subscriber identity card and a second subscriber identity card, and in step 123a, if the ratio corresponding to the second subscriber identity card is smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the second subscriber identity card is used as the target subscriber identity card.
In some embodiments, the smart terminal includes a first subscriber identity card and a plurality of second subscriber identity cards, and in step 123a, if there is a ratio corresponding to one second subscriber identity card that is smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the second subscriber identity card is used as a target subscriber identity card; and if the ratios corresponding to the plurality of second user identification cards are smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first user identification card, taking the second user identification card with the smallest ratio as the target user identification card.
In some embodiments, if the ratio corresponding to all the second subscriber identity cards is greater than or equal to the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, that is, if the ratio corresponding to the second subscriber identity card is not smaller than the ratio corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the first subscriber identity card is used as the target subscriber identity card. At this time, the first subscriber identity module continues to serve as a subscriber identity module currently used for data network transmission in the intelligent terminal, and flow internet access service is provided for the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, switching control of the subscriber identity cards is performed according to the current accumulated usage flow of each subscriber identity card, so that the flow of each subscriber identity card can be used in a balanced manner, and the situation that a user generates extra flow cost due to the fact that the flow of one subscriber identity card is used in excess is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, the switching control of the subscriber identity cards is performed according to the remaining traffic of the current traffic package of each subscriber identity card, in this case, in step 11, the current traffic usage corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity card includes the remaining traffic of the current traffic package corresponding to the account of the subscriber identity card.
In some embodiments, in the case of performing the switching control of the subscriber identity cards according to the remaining traffic size of the current traffic package of each subscriber identity card, step 11 may further include: and for each user identification card, calculating the difference value between the total flow size of the current flow package corresponding to the account of the user identification card and the current accumulated used flow size corresponding to the account of the user identification card, wherein the difference value is the residual flow size. The current accumulated used flow rate corresponding to the account of the user identification card may be determined according to the above step 111a and step 112a, and the total flow rate of the current flow package corresponding to the account of the user identification card may be determined according to the flow package ordered by the account of the user identification card.
In some embodiments, in the case of performing the switching control of the subscriber identity cards according to the remaining traffic size of the current traffic package of each subscriber identity card, step 11 may further include: and obtaining the residual flow size of the current flow package of the account of each user identification card through the operation business ordering system.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another specific implementation manner of step 12 in fig. 1, in some embodiments, in the case that the switching control of the subscriber identity card is performed according to the remaining traffic volume of the current traffic package of each subscriber identity card, step 12 may further include: step 121b and step 122b.
And 121b, comparing the residual flow corresponding to the first subscriber identity module with the residual flow corresponding to each second subscriber identity module.
For example, if the remaining traffic size of the current traffic package of the first subscriber identity card is 2GB, and the remaining traffic size of the current traffic package of the second subscriber identity card is 1GB, in step 121b, the remaining traffic size corresponding to the second subscriber identity card is smaller than the remaining traffic size corresponding to the first subscriber identity card.
And step 122b, if at least one second subscriber identity card has a residual flow larger than that corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, selecting one of the second subscriber identity cards with the residual flow larger than that of the first subscriber identity card as a target subscriber identity card, and skipping to the step 13.
In some embodiments, the smart terminal includes a first subscriber identity card and a second subscriber identity card, and in step 122b, if the remaining traffic corresponding to the second subscriber identity card is greater than the remaining traffic corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the second subscriber identity card is used as the target subscriber identity card.
In some embodiments, the smart terminal includes a first subscriber identity card and a plurality of second subscriber identity cards, and in step 122b, if there is a remaining traffic corresponding to one second subscriber identity card that is larger than the remaining traffic corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the second subscriber identity card is used as a target subscriber identity card; and if the residual flow corresponding to the second user identification cards is larger than that corresponding to the first user identification card, taking the second user identification card with the largest residual flow as a target user identification card.
In some embodiments, if the remaining traffic corresponding to all the second subscriber identity cards is less than or equal to the remaining traffic corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, that is, if there is no remaining traffic corresponding to the second subscriber identity card that is greater than the remaining traffic corresponding to the first subscriber identity card, the first subscriber identity card is used as the target subscriber identity card. At this time, the first subscriber identity module continues to serve as a subscriber identity module currently used for data network transmission in the intelligent terminal, and traffic internet access service is provided for the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, the switching control of the subscriber identity cards is performed according to the residual traffic of the current traffic package of each subscriber identity card, so that the traffic of each subscriber identity card can be used in a balanced manner, and the situation that the subscriber generates extra traffic cost due to the fact that the traffic of one subscriber identity card is used in an excess manner is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, the number of card slots in the smart terminal may be two, and correspondingly, the number of the subscriber identity cards may be two, that is, the smart terminal is a dual-card terminal.
In some embodiments, the subscriber identity card switching method may be performed according to a preset switching control period, where the preset switching control period may be set according to actual needs, and may be, for example, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, or the like. And at the end time of the current switching control period, acquiring the current flow use condition of each user identification card, determining a target user identification card from the plurality of user identification cards according to the current flow use condition of each user identification card, switching the first user identification card to the target user identification card so that the target user identification card is used as the user identification card currently used for data network transmission in the intelligent terminal, and providing flow internet access service for the intelligent terminal by the target user identification card in the next switching control period.
