Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a traffic management method for a dual card terminal according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1:
step 101, determining the requirement information of the application in the terminal on the network flow, and setting the association relationship between the application and the telephone card based on the requirement information.
The dual-card terminal can be a dual-card dual-standby mobile phone, and can also be a tablet personal computer and other equipment with dual-card dual-standby functions. The applications in the terminal are various APPs, the types comprise audio types, video types, news types, instant messaging types and the like, the applications of different types have different requirements on network flow, and the flow requirements of the applications can be determined according to preset rules and based on the types to which the applications belong. For example, the network traffic required by the applications of the audio and video classes is large, and the applications of the audio and video classes are bound with the first telephone card with large residual traffic to set up the association relationship. The telephone card can be a SIM card and the like.
And 102, receiving a network access request of the application, and selecting a telephone card corresponding to the application according to the association relation to transmit network data of the application.
And 103, monitoring the flow residual quantity of the telephone card.
And step 104, in a state that the terminal is connected with the mobile data network, namely, the dual-card terminal accesses the mobile data network through the SIM card in modes of 2G, 3G, 4G and the like instead of WIFI and the like, and when the flow residual value is judged to reach the preset flow threshold value, the applied network access is controlled based on a preset limiting rule. The restriction rules may be set according to the traffic restriction requirements, and there may be a variety of traffic restriction schemes.
And respectively calculating the flow information used by the two SIM cards according to the internet access information. When a user uses the SIM card to surf the internet and generate flow, the double-card terminal needs to record current flow information, and the double-card terminal calculates the flow information to obtain the total flow information corresponding to each SIM card.
In one embodiment, when a network access request for an application is received, a determination is made as to whether the application is in a white list or a black list. And if the application is in the white list, allowing the application to access the network, if the application is in the black list, forbidding the application from accessing the network, and if the application is not in the white list and the black list, prompting the user whether to set the network access right of the application.
The dual card terminal provides three setting options to the application: add applications to the white list, add applications to the black list, and temporarily not add applications to the black and white lists. The dual card terminal will make various corresponding operations according to the selection of the user. If the user chooses to add the application to the white list, the traffic used by the application may not be restricted, and if the user chooses to add the application to the black list, the application may not use the traffic. And if the application does not add the white list or the black list temporarily, reminding the user of setting until the application adds the white list or the black list.
If the application is not on the white list or the black list, the application is disabled from accessing the data network or the network bandwidth allocated for use by the application is reduced. For example, if application a is not on the white list and the black list, application a is disabled from querying the data network; or 3M bandwidth should be allocated to the application a according to a preset traffic allocation rule, and if the application a is not in the white list and the black list, the network bandwidth allocated to the application is reduced, and 2M bandwidth is allocated to the application a.
If the application is in the white list and the application is a background running application, the application is disabled from accessing the data network or the network bandwidth allocated for use by the application is reduced. And when the application in the white list is judged to be changed from the front-end operation to the background operation, reducing the network bandwidth allocated to the application or setting the application to periodically access the data network. For example, if application B is in the white list and is an application running in the background, then application B is disabled from accessing the data network; or 3M bandwidth is already allocated to the application B, if the application B goes to the background operation, the network bandwidth allocated to the application B is reduced, 2M bandwidth is allocated to the application B, or the application B accesses the data network in a period of 5 minutes.
And in the running process of the double-card terminal, obtaining the application running at the uppermost layer of the double-card terminal, and if the application of the white list needs network access, not limiting the access of the data network of the application. In the running process of the dual-card terminal, monitoring the operation of the user, for example, when the user clicks an application, the application runs on the uppermost layer of the dual-card terminal. During the process that the application accesses the data network, if the application enters the background operation from the upper layer operation, the application is forbidden to access the data network, or the network bandwidth allocated to the application is reduced.
And when the current networking state is judged to be the wireless local area network networking state or the networking is performed through WIFI, the network access of the application is not limited. For example, when the current networking state is determined to be networking via WIFI, network access to applications in the blacklist, whitelist, and not in the whitelist and blacklist is not controlled.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of a traffic management method of a dual card terminal according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 2:
step 201, if the application is applied in the white list, the application is divided into a first type traffic application and a second type traffic application according to the requirement information, and the traffic requirement of the first type traffic application is greater than that of the second type traffic application. For example, the traffic demand of an application of the audio class is greater than the traffic demand of an application of the instant messaging class.
Step 202, obtaining the flow residual quantity of the first telephone card and the second telephone card. The remaining traffic can be obtained in various ways, for example, the remaining traffic can be obtained by sending a query message to an operator of the phone card.
And step 203, associating the first type of flow application with the telephone card with larger flow residual quantity in the first telephone card and the second telephone card, and associating the second type of flow application with the telephone card with smaller flow residual quantity in the first telephone card and the second telephone card.
And step 204, when the flow residual value of the first telephone card is judged to reach the flow threshold value and the flow residual value of the second telephone card does not reach the flow threshold value, switching the application using the first telephone card to the second telephone card for accessing the data network.
When the flow residual value is judged to reach the preset flow threshold value, reminding information can be sent out on the desktop. When the control application accesses the data network, highlighting or adding prompt information to the icon of the application for control on the desktop.
And presetting the association relation between the application and the telephone card, acquiring the telephone card associated with the application when detecting that the application has an internet request, and starting the telephone card associated with the application to transmit the network data of the application. For example, an application with a large flow demand is associated with a telephone card with a large flow remaining amount of the first telephone card and the second telephone card, and an application with a small flow demand is associated with a telephone card with a small flow remaining amount of the first telephone card and the second telephone card.
Sending query requests every other preset time period, acquiring the flow data of the telephone card associated with the application, acquiring the flow residual quantity of the telephone card, and determining whether to switch the telephone card for network data transmission according to the flow residual quantity. If the application is associated with the first telephone card, after the application is operated for a period of time, the flow residual quantity of the first telephone card is 2M, and the flow threshold is reached, the application is controlled to be associated with the second telephone card to transmit the network data of the application, so that the reasonability of flow setting is improved, and resource waste caused by the fact that the flow in the telephone card exceeds the standard is prevented.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a traffic management apparatus 40 of a dual card terminal, including: an association setting module 41, a transmission control module 42, a flow monitoring module 43, and a flow limiting module 44.
The association setting module 41 determines the requirement information of the application in the terminal for the network flow, and sets the association relationship between the application and the telephone card based on the requirement information. And the transmission control module 42 receives the network access request of the application, and selects the telephone card corresponding to the application according to the association relationship to transmit the network data of the application. The flow monitoring module 43 monitors the flow residual quantity of the telephone card. The traffic limiting module 44 controls the network access based on a preset limiting rule when it is determined that the remaining traffic value reaches a preset traffic threshold value in a state where the terminal is connected to the mobile data network.
The transmission control module 43, when receiving a network access request of an application, determines whether the application is in a white list or a black list, and if the application is in the white list, allows the application to access the network. If the application is on the blacklist, the transmission control module 43 prohibits the application from accessing the network. If the application is not on the white list or the black list, the transmission control module 43 prompts the user whether to set the network access right of the application. If the application is not on the white list or the black list, traffic restriction module 44 disables access of the application to the data network or reduces the network bandwidth allocated for use by the application.
When the current networking state is determined to be the wireless local area network networking state or networking through WIFI, the traffic restriction module 44 does not restrict the network access of the application. If the application is in the white list and the application is a background running application, the traffic restriction module 44 disables the application from accessing the data network or reduces the network bandwidth allocated for use by the application.
The traffic restriction module 44 reduces the network bandwidth allocated to the application or sets the application to periodically access the data network when it determines that the application in the white list is changed from front-end operation to background operation. When the flow residual value is judged to reach the preset flow threshold value, the flow limiting module 44 sends out a reminding message on the desktop. When the controlling application accesses the data network, the traffic restriction module 44 highlights or adds a prompt message on the desktop for the icon of the controlling application.
As shown in fig. 4, the association setting module 41 includes: an application classification unit 411, a remaining traffic acquisition unit 412, and an association determination unit 413. If the application is in the white list, the application classifying unit 411 classifies the application into a first type traffic application and a second type traffic application according to the requirement information, where the traffic requirement of the first type traffic application is greater than the traffic requirement of the second type traffic application.
The remaining flow rate acquiring unit 412 acquires the flow rate remaining amounts of the first telephone card and the second telephone card. The association relation determination unit 413 associates the first type of traffic application with the telephone card having the larger remaining amount of traffic in the first telephone card and the second telephone card, and associates the second type of traffic application with the telephone card having the smaller remaining amount of traffic in the first telephone card and the second telephone card.
When the flow residual value of the first phone card is judged to reach the flow threshold value and the flow residual value of the second phone card is judged not to reach the flow threshold value, the flow limiting module 44 switches the application using the first phone card to the second phone card to access the data network.
