Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained based on the embodiments in the disclosure belong to the protection scope of the disclosure.
In view of the above-mentioned technical problems that a plurality of channels are adopted in the existing information pushing method to simultaneously push information to users, which causes disturbance to the users and increases the information pushing cost, the present disclosure provides an information pushing method, an information pushing device, information pushing equipment, and a computer-readable storage medium.
It should be noted that the information pushing method, apparatus, device and computer-readable storage medium provided by the present disclosure may be applied in any scenario of pushing information through multiple channels.
In order to enable a user to receive push information, a plurality of different push channels are generally adopted in the prior art to push the same piece of push information at the same time. However, when the user frequently receives the same piece of information, the user may be disturbed, and the user experience is poor.
In the process of solving the technical problem, the inventor finds, through research, that different priorities can be set for a plurality of different push channels in advance in order to enable a user to reduce harassment of information push to the user on the basis of receiving push. In the process of information push, a target push channel corresponding to a user can be determined according to a preset priority, and the target push channel is adopted to carry out information push operation on the user.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network architecture based on the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the network architecture based on the present disclosure at least includes: the terminal device 1 and the server 2, and the server 2 is provided with an information pushing device. The information pushing device is written by C/C + +, Java, Shell or Python and other languages; the terminal device 1 may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, or the like. The terminal device 1 is in communication connection with the server 2 so that the two can perform information interaction.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 101, obtaining an information push instruction sent by a terminal device, wherein the information push instruction comprises information to be pushed and a user group to be pushed.
The execution subject of this embodiment is an information pushing device, and the information pushing device can be coupled to a server. The server is in communication connection with the terminal equipment, so that information interaction can be carried out with the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the information pushing apparatus may obtain an information pushing instruction sent by the terminal device, where the information pushing instruction may include information to be pushed and a user group to be pushed.
For example, the to-be-pushed information may be a reminder of a certain activity, a logistics reminder, or a pushed article, etc. on the e-commerce platform. The staff can edit the information to be pushed on the terminal equipment, and send an information pushing instruction through the terminal equipment after the editing is completed.
And 102, respectively determining a target push channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed according to the information push instruction and a preset channel priority.
In the present embodiment, in order to realize the pushing of information, a plurality of different pushing channels are generally set, such as public number pushing, pushing in application software, short message pushing, mail pushing, telephone pushing, and the like. In order to avoid using multiple push channels to push the same information to be pushed simultaneously, different priorities may be set for the multiple push channels in advance. The setting rule of the priority may be set according to the pushing cost, or may also be set according to the use habit of the user, or may also be set according to the region, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
After the information push instruction is obtained, a target push channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed can be respectively determined according to the information push instruction and the preset channel priority.
And 103, pushing information to the user through the target pushing channel.
In this embodiment, after the target push channel corresponding to the user is determined, the target push channel may be directly used to perform an information push operation on the user. The target pushing channel is determined according to the preset priority, so that the information to be pushed can be guaranteed to be received by a user by using the target pushing channel, and the cost of information pushing can be saved.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment, after the step 103, the method further includes:
stopping adopting other pushing channels to push information to the user.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid a trouble brought to a user by simultaneously pushing the same information to be pushed by using a plurality of pushing channels, after determining a target pushing channel and performing an information pushing operation by using the target pushing channel, the information pushing operation to the user by using other pushing channels may be stopped.
For example, if it is determined that a target push channel corresponding to a certain user is a public number channel, after information is pushed to the user by using a public number, the information can be pushed to the user without using a short message, a mail, a telephone, or the like.
According to the information pushing method provided by the embodiment, the target pushing channel corresponding to each user is determined according to the preset channel priority, and the information is pushed to the users by adopting the target pushing channel, so that the technical problems that the pushing information is simultaneously sent by a plurality of channels to disturb the users and increase the information pushing cost can be solved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method provided in the second embodiment of the present disclosure, and on the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step 102 specifically includes:
step 201, sequentially judging whether each user starts the notification authority of the channel according to the channel priority, and obtaining a judgment result.
Step 202, determining a target pushing channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed according to the judgment result.
In this embodiment, for each push channel, the user may not turn on the notification authority of the push channel, and therefore, the information push operation cannot be performed by using the push channel. For example, if the user does not pay attention to the public number corresponding to the information to be pushed or unsubscribes the short message reminder corresponding to the information to be pushed, the information pushing operation cannot be performed on the user in the public number and short message manner.
Therefore, in order to accurately push information to users, whether each user starts the notification authority of the channel can be sequentially judged according to the preset channel priority, and a judgment result is obtained. And determining a target push channel corresponding to each user according to the judgment result.
Specifically, the channel includes any one of a public number push channel, an application software push channel and a short message push channel; the channel priority is that the priority of a public number push channel is higher than that of the application software push channel, and the priority of the application software push channel is higher than that of the short message push channel.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment, the step 201 specifically includes:
and judging whether the user pays attention to the public number pushing channel corresponding to the information to be pushed or not according to the channel priority for each user.
Correspondingly, step 202 specifically includes:
and if the user pays attention to the public number pushing channel corresponding to the information to be pushed, taking the public number pushing channel as a target pushing channel corresponding to the user.
In this embodiment, the preset priority may be that the priority of the public number push channel is higher than that of the application push channel, and the priority of the application push channel is higher than that of the short message push channel. Therefore, whether the user pays attention to the public number push channel corresponding to the information to be pushed or not can be determined firstly.
If the user pays attention to the public number pushing channel corresponding to the information to be pushed, the public number pushing channel can be directly adopted to carry out information pushing operation on the user.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a display interface provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, a push operation of information to be pushed may be implemented by using a public number focused by a user.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, after determining, for each user, whether the user pays attention to a public number push channel corresponding to the information to be pushed according to the channel priority, the method further includes:
if the user does not pay attention to the public number pushing channel corresponding to the information to be pushed, judging whether application software corresponding to the information to be pushed is installed in terminal equipment of the user;
judging whether the user opens the authority of the application software for pushing information;
correspondingly, step 202 specifically includes:
and if the application software corresponding to the information to be pushed is installed in the terminal equipment of the user and the authority of the application software for pushing the information is started, taking the application software pushing channel as a target pushing channel corresponding to the user.
In this embodiment, if the user does not pay attention to the public number push channel corresponding to the information to be pushed, whether the application software corresponding to the information to be pushed is installed in the terminal device of the user may be continuously determined according to a preset channel priority.
In practical application, a user can adjust the notification authority of each application software according to requirements in a personalized manner. Therefore, after determining that the application software corresponding to the information to be pushed is installed in the user terminal device, it is also necessary to determine whether the user has opened the authority of pushing the information by the application software. If the user opens the authority of the application software for pushing the information, the application software pushing channel can be used as a target pushing channel corresponding to the user, and the application software pushing channel is adopted for carrying out information pushing operation on the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of another display interface provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, if the user terminal device has installed application software corresponding to information to be pushed and has opened the authority of the application software to push information, a push operation on the information to be pushed may be implemented in the application software.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, after determining whether the user has opened the authority of the application software to push information, the method further includes:
if the application software corresponding to the information to be pushed is not installed in the terminal equipment of the user, or the user installs the application software corresponding to the information to be pushed but does not start the authority of pushing the information by the application software, judging whether number information corresponding to the user is stored in a preset database;
correspondingly, step 202 specifically includes:
if so, taking the short message pushing channel as a target pushing channel corresponding to the user;
if not, stopping information pushing operation to the user.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the user does not install the application software or the notification authority of the application software is already closed, at this time, the information push operation cannot be performed to the user by using the application software push channel. Therefore, whether the number information corresponding to the user is stored in a preset database or not can be judged according to the preset channel priority. If the number information corresponding to the user is stored in the database, the short message pushing channel can be used as a target pushing channel corresponding to the user, and the short message pushing channel is adopted to carry out information pushing operation on the user. On the contrary, if the preset database does not store the number information corresponding to the user, the information push operation cannot be successfully completed by any current push channel, so that the information push operation to the user can be stopped.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another network architecture on which the present disclosure is based, and as shown in fig. 6, the network architecture on which the present disclosure is based further includes a database 3. Wherein, the server is respectively connected with the terminal device 1 and the database 3 in a communication way. The database is pre-stored with a plurality of user identifications and number information corresponding to the users.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of another display interface provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the information to be pushed may also be pushed in a short message manner.
The information pushing method provided in this embodiment sequentially determines whether each user starts the notification authority of the channel according to the preset channel priority, so as to obtain a determination result. And determining a target pushing channel corresponding to each user according to the judgment result, so that the cost of information pushing can be reduced on the basis of ensuring the information to be pushed to be successfully pushed.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method provided in a third embodiment of the present disclosure, and on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, before step 102, the method further includes:
step 301, respectively determining whether each user in the user group to be pushed corresponds to a personalized channel priority;
step 302, if yes, determining a target pushing channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed according to the personalized channel priority;
step 303, if not, respectively determining a target push channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed according to the information push instruction and a preset channel priority.
In the present embodiment, the usage rate of the user is different for each push channel. For example, young people may use public numbers more frequently, while elderly people may use short messages more frequently. Therefore, in order to realize that the information pushing is more suitable for the personalized favor of the user, before the target pushing channel is determined by adopting the preset channel priority, whether the user corresponds to the personalized channel priority or not can be determined for each user in the user group to be pushed, and the personalized channel priority is determined according to the historical use frequency of each pushing channel by the user.
Correspondingly, if the user corresponds to the personalized channel priority, the personalized channel priority can be adopted to determine the target pushing channel corresponding to the user, and then the target pushing channel can be adopted to push information to the user. For example, if the personalized channel priority corresponding to the user a is that the public number is larger than the application software and is larger than the short message, the target push channel corresponding to the user a can be determined to be the public number push channel according to the personalized channel priority.
On the contrary, if the user does not correspond to the personalized channel priority, the target pushing channel corresponding to each user in the user group to be pushed can be respectively determined by adopting the preset channel priority.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, before step 301, the method further comprises:
respectively acquiring frequency information of triggering the push channels by the user aiming at each push channel;
and determining the personalized channel priority corresponding to the user according to the frequency information.
In this embodiment, the personalized channel priority may be determined according to the frequency of using each push channel by the user. Specifically, for each push channel, frequency information of the push channel used by a user is collected. After the frequency information corresponding to the plurality of push channels is obtained, the determination of the personalized channel priority can be realized according to the frequency information.
According to the information pushing method provided by the embodiment, when the user has the personalized channel priority, the personalized channel priority is preferentially adopted to determine the target pushing channel, so that the information pushing is more appropriate for the personalized requirements of the user on the basis of avoiding disturbance to the user and increase of the information pushing cost caused by the fact that a plurality of channels simultaneously send the pushing information.
