Background
The initial message pushing is that a service party sends a message notification request to a pushing platform, and then the pushing platform sends the message notification request to a short message platform (short message operator platform) through a corresponding message channel. Nowadays, with the popularization of the micro message, a plurality of service parties set the micro message public number in the micro message, in order to save the cost of message pushing, most service parties select to push messages in the micro message public number preferentially during message pushing, and the process needs to call a micro message interface in a micro message platform. As shown in fig. 1, after receiving the message notification request, the push platform needs to call a wechat interface, send a wechat interface request to the wechat platform, and after the wechat platform agrees, use the wechat interface to determine whether the user pays attention to the public number and obtains the wechat OPENID, and then push the message to the wechat platform through a corresponding channel.
However, in the above process, calling the wechat interface will lengthen the message pushing time, which will generate a certain cost. Therefore, there is a need for a method and an apparatus for pushing messages, which are used to reduce the cost of pushing messages.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the prior art, a wechat interface is called to judge whether a user pays attention to a wechat public number of a service party so as to realize priority wechat message pushing, as shown in fig. 1, the wechat interface is called to inquire whether the user pays attention to the public number before sending a message each time, so that the message pushing cost is increased, and no corresponding strategy exists if the message is not successfully sent. Based on this, embodiments of the present application provide a message pushing method and apparatus, so as to solve the problem of reducing the cost of message pushing in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 2, a service party 1 sends a message notification request to a push platform 2, and the push platform 2 integrates the message notification request to obtain an instant messaging message or a short message, and if the message notification request can be integrated to obtain the instant messaging message, the instant messaging message or the short message is sent to an instant messaging platform 3, otherwise, the integrated short message is sent to a short messaging platform 5, and then the instant messaging platform 3 or the short messaging platform 5 sends the instant messaging message or the short message corresponding to the message notification request to a user party 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a message pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 401, the push platform obtains the instant messaging identifier of the user party from the message notification request sent by the service party.
Here, the instant messaging identifier is obtained by registering a user party on an instant messaging service platform; for example, OPENID (identification uniquely corresponding to user identity) of the wechat public number, OPENID (identification uniquely corresponding to user identity) of the QQ public platform, or unique identification registered in communication software such as ari nail and flyer letter. The business party can be a vegetable bird posthouse, a daily delicious, multi-point, Youku, a Jingdong business platform and the like. Taking a WeChat service platform as an example, a plurality of service parties open WeChat public numbers on the WeChat service platform for the promotion of self services, thereby facilitating the promotion of the services to users; if the user pays attention to the WeChat public number of the service party, an OPENID (instant messaging identifier of the user party) of the WeChat public number for identifying the user identity is generated for the user, and the promotion information of the subsequent service party is pushed to the user according to the OPENID of the user. In the service process, the service party can know which users pay attention to the WeChat public number of the service party, namely the service party is the OPENID of each user who owns the WeChat public number of the concerned service party. Therefore, in the application, the instant messaging identifier of the user party is carried in the message sending notification request by the service party, so that the push platform does not need to call a service port of the instant messaging service platform to inquire the instant messaging identifier of the user party.
Step 402, the push platform constructs the instant communication message of the user side aiming at the message notification request through the instant communication message template.
Here, the push platform has already obtained the instant messaging identity of the user side from the message notification request, and the push platform constructs the instant messaging message according to the instant messaging message template of the service side. In one example, as shown in FIG. 4a, the message content is: the civic courier station (courier company), 123456 (waybill number), 183 x 6666 (courier mobile phone number), and the purdon new area (delivery address) in shanghai city are integrated into the wechat template to obtain the instant messenger message shown in fig. 4 b.
One possible implementation is that since there are multiple types of notification messages for the service party, an instant messaging message template of the service party in different service scenarios may be pre-configured on the push platform, and the push platform obtains an instant messaging message template identifier from the message notification request and determines the instant messaging message template of the message notification request according to the instant messaging message template identifier. For example, if the service party is a vegetable and bird stager, the message is preferentially pushed to the WeChat; the pushing platform stores a WeChat template with the identifier a and a WeChat template with the identifier b aiming at the vegetable and bird post house, wherein the template a is an express delivery message template, and the template b is an express delivery message template. The method comprises the steps that a vegetable and bird post station sends a message notification request for express delivery information to a pushing platform, and the pushing platform acquires an instant communication identifier and an instant communication message template identifier of a user side from the message notification request, namely an OPENID and a WeChat template identifier b of the user in a WeChat public number; the push platform searches the local database for the wechat express delivery message template corresponding to the wechat template identifier b, as shown in fig. 4 b.
And step 403, the push platform sends the instant messaging message to the user party through the instant messaging service platform.
By adopting the method, the instant communication identifier is directly obtained from the message notification request through the push platform, the instant communication message including the instant communication identifier is constructed through the instant communication message template, and the instant communication message is sent to the user side.
An embodiment of the present application provides a schematic flow chart of another message pushing method, and as shown in fig. 5, the embodiment of the present application provides a short message pushing method in which a request message includes a mobile phone number. Namely, under the condition that the message notification request sent by the service party does not have the instant messaging identifier, the message is sent by a short message.
Step 501, a push platform acquires a message notification request sent from a service party;
step 502, obtaining information carried in the message notification;
step 503, if there is no instant communication identifier in the message notification request, (in the previous example, there is no micro signal), then the mobile phone number and the short message template identifier are obtained; when only one short message template of the service party is available or a public short message template is used, the message notification request does not carry a short message template identifier;
step 504, the push platform constructs a short message of the user side for the message notification request through a short message template;
specifically, the pushing platform can search the database through the short message template identifier, find the corresponding short message template, integrate and assemble the message content carried in the message notification request into the short message template to obtain the short message;
and 505, sending the short message to the user side through the short message platform.
The embodiment of the present application provides a flowchart of another message pushing method, as shown in fig. 6, the message fails to be sent in an instant messaging manner, and the message may be sent in a short message manner.
601, the push platform acquires a message notification request sent from a service party;
step 602, obtaining information carried in the message notification;
step 6031, determining whether the message notification request includes an instant messaging identifier and an instant messaging template identifier, in the above example, a wechat OPENID and a wechat template identifier;
step 6032, determining whether the message notification request includes a mobile phone number and a short message template identifier;
and step 604, assembling the message parameters.
Specifically, after the instant messaging message template is found, the message content information carried in the message notification request is extracted, and the message content is integrated into the instant messaging message template to obtain the instant messaging message and the instant messaging message ID. In the last example, as shown in fig. 4a, the message content is: and (3) integrating a vegetable bird post (express company), 123456 (waybill number), 183 x 6666 (courier mobile phone number) and a Pudong new area (delivery address) of Shanghai city into a micro-letter express delivery message template corresponding to the micro-letter template mark a (shown in figure 4 a) to obtain a unique ID corresponding to the 4b micro-letter message.
After the short message template is found through the short message template identification, the message content information carried in the message notification request is extracted, and the message content is integrated into the short message template to obtain the short message and the instant communication message ID.
Step 6051, save the instant messaging message to the pending message record.
And storing the integrated instant communication message and the instant communication message ID into a message to be sent record, wherein the message to be sent record is used for recording the instant communication message to be sent, the instant communication message ID and the short message. In the last example, the resulting WeChat message as in FIG. 4b and the corresponding unique ID are saved to the pending message record.
Step 6052, store the corresponding short message and instant messaging message ID into the retransmission message record table.
Step 606, sending the instant messaging message and the instant messaging message ID in the to-be-sent message table, in the last example, sending the wechat message of fig. 4b and the unique ID corresponding to the wechat message.
Step 607, after the preset time period, the push platform sends a callback instant messaging message notification, wherein the callback instant messaging message notification contains an instant messaging message ID;
step 608, receiving a response message for recalling the instant messaging message notification, and if the message sending status in the response message is successful, indicating that the instant messaging message has been sent to the user side, in the previous example, the micro message in fig. 4b has been sent to the public number of the service side, and the user side can check the micro message at the public number of the service side, and execute step 6081, change the sending status of the instant messaging message in the pending message record table to be successful, otherwise execute step 609;
step 609, if the message sending status in the response message is failure, it indicates that the instant messaging message is not sent to the user, and then the short message is searched in the retransmission message recording table through the instant messaging message ID of the instant messaging message, i.e. the short message corresponding to the instant messaging message ID is found;
step 610, finding out the short message from the retransmission message record table;
611, constructing the message information to be sent of the short message, and storing the short message in a message table to be sent;
step 612, resending the short message through a short message channel; the short message channel refers to an operator platform for processing short message service. For example, the short message channel of the china mobile subscriber is transmitted and received through the short message platform of the china mobile, and the short message channel of the china telecommunication subscriber is transmitted and received through the short message platform of the china telecommunication. And the pushing platform sends the short message to the user side through the short message platform according to the message record to be sent.
Step 613, the sending state information of the short message in the message table to be sent is modified to be sent.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating another message pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application. I.e. in case of not receiving a response message to callback the instant messenger notification, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
steps 701 to 706 correspond to steps 601 to 606 in fig. 6; the instant communication message and the instant communication message ID are stored in a message record list to be sent, the instant communication message is sent, and the short message and the instant communication message ID corresponding to the instant communication message are stored in a message record list to be retransmitted.
Step 707, when the push platform sends a callback instant messaging message notification and does not receive a response message to the callback instant messaging message notification within a preset time, executing step 708;
step 708, obtaining the ID of the instant messaging message from the callback instant messaging message notification, and looking up the corresponding short message in the retransmission message record table according to the ID of the instant messaging message, so as to check the information of the short message.
709, recording the short message in a retransmission message record table, storing a difference value between the time of the short message and the current time in the retransmission message record table, and if the difference value is greater than or equal to a preset time interval, executing 710; if the time interval is smaller than the preset time interval, step 7091 is executed to wait for the next polling time.
Here, the present application provides a method for calculating a message retransmission time, that is: the message retransmission time is the short message storage time + the preset time interval × the weight value, as shown in the following formula:
here, the message category can be roughly divided into a rights message and a marketing message, and each message category can be further divided into a real-time message and a batch message; generally, the timeliness of the messages of the interest class is greater than that of the marketing class, and the timeliness of the real-time messages is greater than that of the batch messages, so when calculating the message retransmission time, a high weight can be set for the message class with high timeliness, that is: the method shortens the preset time interval for retransmitting the interest class messages and the real-time messages with high timeliness, lengthens the preset time interval for retransmitting the marketing class messages and the batch messages, and the message retransmission time can be calculated according to the following formula:
retry_time=curernt_time+retry_time_unit ×[a-msg_type]×b+floor(batch_type/c)]
wherein: a. b and c are both constants, specific values are not limited, and in this embodiment, a and c are optionally set to be 2, and b is set to be 5.
current _ time, the storage time of the short message corresponding to the instant communication message in the retransmission message record table; msg _ type: message type, rights class: 0, marketing class: 1; batch _ type message batch type, batch: 1, real-time: 2; the retry _ time _ unit is a preset time interval and is calculated according to the UMG average return time in production, namely:
Figure BDA0002238924030000111
wherein umg _ return _ timeiFor the ith instant messaging message, send _ time is returned according to the return timeiTime to transmit to UMG. And storing the retransmission time into a record corresponding to the retransmission message record table, and polling the record which is in a state of being sent and has the retry _ time less than or equal to the current time in the retransmission message record table for retransmission at a fixed time period. The classification of the message types in the above calculation method is not particularly limited.
Step 710, storing the short message into a message record table to be sent, and resending the short message through a short message channel.
And step 711, modifying the short message information in the message record table to be sent into the sent short message information.
Therefore, the short message can be sent to the user party again after the instant communication message is failed to be sent through the steps, the loss caused by the fact that the user party cannot receive the message is prevented, and the intelligence and the flexibility of message pushing are improved.
Based on the same concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a message pushing apparatus, and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the message pushing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, including:

In a possible design, the processing module 802 is further configured to, if the instant messaging identifier of the user party is not obtained from the message notification request, construct a short message of the user party for the message notification request through a short message template; the short message comprises a mobile phone number of the user party acquired according to the message notification request; the sending module 803 is further configured to send the short message to the user party through a short message platform.
In a possible design, the processing module 802 is specifically configured to pre-configure an instant messaging message template of the service party in different service scenarios; before constructing the instant messaging message for the message notification request by the user through the instant messaging message template, the method further comprises the following steps: and acquiring an instant messaging message template identifier from the message notification request, and determining the instant messaging message template of the message notification request according to the instant messaging message template identifier.
In a possible design, the processing module 802 is specifically configured to construct a short message of the user side for the message notification request through a short message template; the sending module 803 is specifically configured to send the short message to the user side through a short message platform when the response status of the instant messaging service platform for the instant messaging message meets a retransmission condition.
In a possible design, the processing module 802 is further specifically configured to send the instant messaging message to the user through the instant messaging service platform, including: storing the instant communication message into a record to be sent; according to the recording sequence in the message record to be sent, sending the instant communication message to the user side through the instant communication service platform; after constructing the short message of the user side for the message notification request through the short message template, the method further comprises the following steps: storing the short message into a resending message record; sending the short message to the user side through a short message platform, comprising: determining a short message corresponding to the instant communication message from the resending message record, and storing the short message corresponding to the instant communication message into the message record to be sent; and sending the short message to the user side through a short message platform according to the message record to be sent.
