Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
At present, the existing short message service generally only supports a single channel, does not support multi-channel access, is single, and needs to reintegrate a service system for the access of a new channel provider. In addition, in the existing short message service, the source and type of the short message cannot be distinguished effectively, which further affects the service expansion, and because there is no uniform management of the short message template, the short message template is also disordered and repeated, which further affects the service expansion.
Based on the above, the invention provides a short message configuration method for multi-channel access, aiming at realizing the rapid access to different channel merchants. Reference may be made to the application environment diagram shown in fig. 1, where the application environment includes three parts, which are different service system access, a general short message configuration platform, and a short message operator service. Specifically, different service systems are accessed by establishing a unified specification, so that each different service system can be accessed to a general short message configuration platform through a set of common protocol specification, wherein the unified specification refers to an interface containing information such as a short message sending mobile phone number, a short message template variable, a short message type (verification code type/common notification), a system source identifier and the like. The general short message configuration platform is used for disassembling and analyzing the sent short message request information, matching the short message request information to a corresponding short message template through short message template definition, and generating a short message by combining a short message content variable. The platform is also used for matching the corresponding short message channel provider through the system source identifier, and packaging a request packet which can be identified by the operator according to the protocol type of the corresponding channel provider. And finally, the short message operator receives the request packet to analyze, and sends the short message after analyzing and processing.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for configuring a short message for multi-channel access is provided, where the method includes:
step 202, receiving a short message acquisition request sent by a user;
step 204, according to the short message acquisition request, packaging a mobile phone number, a short message template variable, a short message type and a system source identifier to generate a corresponding short message configuration request, and sending the short message configuration request to a short message configuration platform;
step 206, the short message configuration platform receives the short message configuration request, matches the short message template variable in the short message configuration request to the corresponding short message template, and generates a short message by combining the short message content;
step 208, matching the system source identifier in the short message configuration request with a corresponding short message channel provider, and packaging the short message according to a corresponding channel message;
step 210, requesting a short message channel provider, and sending the received short message sending request to a short message operator by the short message channel provider so that the short message operator sends the short message.
The embodiment provides a short message configuration method of multi-channel access, which can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1, can complete multi-channel access, configuration and delivery of short message services, and can flexibly configure different short message services for different services. The original short message service is dispersed and has single function, and can not support the access of multi-channel merchants, the method can realize the access of the multi-channel merchants, enrich the functions, meet the expansion of a service system, and bring more innovations.
Firstly, the front-end page requests to obtain the short message to the service system. Then, the service system packages information such as mobile phone numbers, short message template variables, short message types, system source marks and the like according to the received user request, and sends the request to a general short message configuration service device platform through a request API. Specifically, each different service system can be accessed to the universal short message configuration platform through a set of common protocol specifications, and the uniform specification refers to an interface containing information such as a short message sending mobile phone number, a short message template variable, a short message type (verification code type/common notification), a system source identifier and the like. For example, when a user registers, the verification code is acquired, when the service system receives a request for sending a short message, the short message request is packaged into standard information formulated by an access interface, the unified access interface is called to access the request for sending the short message to the general short message configuration platform, and so on, other service systems can also access the request for sending the short message to the short message configuration platform through the same flow.
And after receiving the service system request, the short message configuration platform matches the short message template to the corresponding short message template according to the short message template variable, and generates the short message by combining the information such as the short message content and the like. And then, matching the short message channel provider according to the system source identifier, packaging the short message according to the corresponding channel message, and finally requesting the short message channel provider. Specifically, different short message services are connected with different channel providers, the short message configuration platform packages information such as short message content according to protocol types of the different channel providers, and then the short message configuration platform installs different channel configurations for the request packet to be distributed and released to different short message services to the short message operators.
And finally, the short message channel provider sends the received short message sending request to the short message operator. It can be understood that after the short message operator sends the short message to the corresponding mobile phone number, the system can also capture the short message sending state back in near real time through the query interfaces provided by different channel providers, so that each system can conveniently query the short message sending condition.
In the embodiment, the short message configuration platform is used for uniformly managing the access of different short message channel merchants and the short message templates, so that different short message services are flexibly configured and called for different services. The new channel provider access only needs to be in butt joint with the short message configuration platform, the perception of the service system to the new channel provider is shielded, different service systems only need to send information according to the specified standard, and the subsequent short message generation and packaging are processed uniformly by the short message configuration platform, so that the complexity of the service system is greatly reduced.
