Abstract
The invention discloses an ecological environment-friendly simple building structure, which comprises: the main body structure is built by scaffolds and comprises a plurality of cubic frame units, each cubic frame unit is formed by enclosing four upright posts and eight cross rods, and the upright posts are connected with the cross rods by adopting bowl buckle joints; the building enclosure comprises a plurality of glass block units, each glass block unit consists of a metal cage and glass slag filled in the metal cage, the metal cage is a cubic frame formed by steel sheets, and each surface of the cubic frame is surrounded by a stainless steel net; the glass block unit of the envelope structure is connected with the cubic frame unit of the main structure through a metal hook. The simple building structure has the functions of light transmission and ventilation; the glass is completely made of metal and glass, and the metal and the glass are reflected to be bright, so that unique visual effects can be generated; and the cost is low, and the composite material can be recycled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings in general, and particularly relates to an ecological environment-friendly simple building structure.
Background
Modern buildings are mostly formed by pouring and embedding steel bars, concrete and glass curtain walls, and a large amount of resources and energy are consumed. Even simple and easy or interim buildings (for example newsstand, stage, exhibition room etc.) also all adopt newly-produced steel construction, various steel sheet and plastics to build and form, not only the cost is higher to can't recycle after demolising, cause the wasting of resources and energy serious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ecological environment-friendly simple building structure which can be built by adopting recycled scaffolds and glass fragments.
The eco-friendly simple building structure according to the present invention comprises:
the main body structure is built by scaffolds and comprises a plurality of cubic frame units, each cubic frame unit is formed by enclosing four upright posts and eight cross rods, and the upright posts are connected with the cross rods by adopting bowl buckle joints;
the building enclosure comprises a plurality of glass block units, each glass block unit consists of a metal cage and glass slag filled in the metal cage, the metal cage is a cubic frame formed by steel sheets, and each surface of the cubic frame is surrounded by a stainless steel net; forming a hole on a steel sheet of the cubic frame to form a hanging hole for hanging a hook;
the glass block unit of the building envelope is connected with the cubic frame unit of the main structure through the metal hook, the upper part of the metal hook is fixed on the cross bar of the scaffold, and the lower part of the metal hook hooks the hanging hole in the metal cage steel sheet, so that the main structure is actively connected with the building envelope.
In a specific case, the bowl buckle joint consists of an upper bowl buckle, a lower bowl buckle, a cross rod joint and a limit pin of the upper bowl buckle; when the frame unit is assembled, the lower bowl buckles are welded on the vertical rods, the cross rod joints are inserted into the upper bowl buckles and the lower bowl buckles, the upper bowl buckles and the lower bowl buckles are rotated and compressed, and the upper bowl buckles and the lower bowl buckles are fixed through the limiting pins.
In a specific case, the simplified building structure of the present invention may further include a ceiling and/or a floor, which are made of tempered glass and fixedly connected to the top ends of the vertical rods in the main structure through metal connecting rods.
The simple building structure is an ecological environment-friendly building structure, can be built by adopting recycled scaffolds and glass fragments, and has the functions of light transmission and ventilation; the glass is completely made of metal and glass, and the metal and the glass are reflected to be bright, so that unique visual effects can be generated; and the cost is low, and the composite material can be recycled. Many Kiosk structures can be built, such as public arenas, rest stops, temporary showrooms, and exhibition entrances.

Detailed Description
The simplified building structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the following described embodiments are only illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the same in any way.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the simplified building structure according to the present invention mainly includes a main structure 1 and a building envelope 2.
The enclosure 2 contains a plurality of glass block units 20, each glass block unit 20 being of a size comparable to one of the cube-frame units 10 of the body structure 1. According to the design scheme of the simple building structure, the glass block units 20 are filled in the corresponding cubic frame units 10 to form the building envelope of the corresponding vertical face.
The scaffold can be a scaffold discarded by a building, and is built according to the size by removing rust stains and old paint and combining design requirements after polishing. Referring specifically to fig. 5-6, the bowl snap joint 13 is composed of an upper bowl snap 131, a lower bowl snap 132, a cross bar joint 133 and a limit pin 134 of the upper bowl snap. When assembling the frame unit, the lower bowl 132 is welded to the upright 11, the cross bar connector 133 is inserted into the upper and lower bowl, and is rotated and pressed, and then fixed by the stopper pin 134. The bowl-buckle type scaffold is mature in technology, simple in construction and capable of effectively saving time.
Referring specifically to fig. 7, each glass block unit 20 is composed of a metal cage 21 and glass cullet 22 filled in the metal cage 21. The glass broken slag 22 can be waste toughened glass broken pieces collected from the building industry and glass factories, and has high strength, no sharp edges and corners and no harm to people. The metal cage 21 is formed into a cubic frame by steel sheets 23, each face of the cubic frame being enclosed by a stainless steel mesh 24; holes are formed in the steel sheets 23 of the cubic frame, and hanging holes 25 are formed for hanging hooks. The enclosure formed by the glass block unit 20 with the structure can transmit light and air, and has special functional effect and visual effect.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the glass block unit 20 is connected with the cubic frame unit 10 through a metal hook 30, the upper part of the metal hook 30 is connected with an annular joint 31, and the annular joint 31 is fixed with the cross bar 12 of the scaffold through a bolt 32. The lower part of the metal hook 30 hooks the hanging hole 25 on the steel sheet 23 of the metal cage 21. Thereby realizing active connection between the glass block unit 20 and the cubic frame unit 10, and facilitating disassembly and recycling. The annular joint 31 shown in fig. 8 is a one-way joint, suitable for the connection of the most peripheral portion; the annular joint 31 shown in fig. 9 is a bidirectional joint suitable for sharing between adjacent units.
Fig. 10 shows a simplified building structure with a ceiling 4 made of tempered glass 40 according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 11, the tempered glass 40 is fixedly connected to the top end of the upright 11 in the main structure 1 through a metal connecting rod 41, the lower end of the metal connecting rod 41 is sleeved on the top end of the upright 11, and the upper end of the metal connecting rod is fixed to the tempered glass 40 through a bolt 42.
Of course, in some cases, the simplified building structure of the present invention may also be provided with a floor, which is preferably made of tempered glass, and the connection structure of which is the same as the roof 4 described above.
Fig. 12 to 15 show four embodiments of the simplified building structure of the present invention, respectively, in which fig. 12 shows a public stage, fig. 13 shows a rest yard, fig. 14 shows a temporary exhibition hall, and fig. 15 shows an exhibition entrance.
It is to be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art may make modifications, alterations, additions or substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (1)
1. An eco-friendly exhibition entrance comprising:
the main body structure is built by scaffolds and comprises a plurality of cubic frame units, each cubic frame unit is formed by enclosing four upright posts and eight cross rods, and the upright posts are connected with the cross rods by adopting bowl buckle joints;
the building enclosure comprises a plurality of glass block units, each glass block unit consists of a metal cage and glass slag filled in the metal cage, the metal cage is a cubic frame formed by steel sheets, and each surface of the cubic frame is surrounded by a stainless steel net; forming a hole on a steel sheet of the cubic frame to form a hanging hole for hanging a hook;
each glass block unit is equivalent to one cubic frame unit of the main structure in size, and the glass block units are filled in the corresponding cubic frame units to form an enclosure structure of a corresponding vertical face; the glass block unit of the enclosure structure is connected with the cubic frame unit of the main structure through a metal hook, the upper part of the metal hook is connected with an annular connector, the annular connector is fixed with a cross bar of the scaffold through a bolt, and the lower part of the metal hook hooks a hanging hole in a metal cage steel sheet, so that the main structure is actively connected with the enclosure structure; the annular joint comprises a one-way joint and a two-way joint, the one-way joint is suitable for connection of the most marginal part, and the two-way joint is suitable for sharing between adjacent units;
the bowl buckle joint consists of an upper bowl buckle, a lower bowl buckle, a cross rod joint and a limit pin of the upper bowl buckle; when the frame unit is assembled, a lower bowl buckle is welded on the upright stanchion, the cross rod joint is inserted into the upper bowl buckle and the lower bowl buckle, and the upper bowl buckle and the lower bowl buckle are rotated and compressed and then fixed by a limit pin;
the ceiling is made of toughened glass and is fixedly connected with the top ends of the vertical rods in the main body structure through metal connecting rods.
