环氧树脂具有附着力强、硬度高、耐磨、耐酸碱等优点,因此在重防腐漆、船舶漆、集装箱漆等,特别是环氧漆得到广泛应用。随着经济的快速发展,现代工业、办公环境、医院等公共场所对环境的要求越来越高,传统涂料难以满足现代工业等的要求。传统的溶剂型环氧漆在生产、施工、固化过程中会排出大量有机溶剂(VOC),造成环境污染,并影响人体健康。近几年,世界各国对涂料制定了相应的法规以限制溶剂的排放量。新型环保涂料无溶剂环氧涂料由于其优异的性能受到人们的关注,无溶剂环氧自流平涂料不仅无挥发性物质(VOC)排放,属绿色环保产品,而且附着力好,抗冲击,耐化学腐蚀,机械强度高,耐磨,表面平整无缝,自流平,施工维护方便,一次成膜厚达1mm以上等优点,因此被广泛用于汽车、航天、电子、食品、医药、化工、机械等工业涂装中。环氧树脂具有优异的粘接性能,固化后硬度高,柔韧性好,用此树脂制得的底漆干性快、硬度高且具有优良的耐水性能和贮存性能,唯一的不足就是光稳定性差。

1.涂料主剂主要作用于淡水舱及输水管道的一种无溶剂底面合一涂料,有极好的耐水性和耐腐蚀性。在主剂制备中环氧稀释剂作为溶剂,能将在搅拌过程中降低涂料中的树脂粘度,以便于和各组分更加充分的溶解,改善其工艺性能。
2.防沉助剂使涂料具有触变性,粘度大大提高,增强其涂膜性能,方便施工。
3.氧化铁红作为一种防锈颜料,有耐高温,可以代替高价的红丹漆,节约有色金属。
4.滑石粉作为防沉剂,增强涂膜的机械力和涂覆性,滑石粉可将其小颗粒便不断地填充到大分子的链段之间,链段的运动得以加强,弹性伸长率就会增大,当滑石粉的无机小颗粒恰好填充满大分子链之间的空隙时,此时防水涂料固化体系内缺陷最少,增强防水涂料的拉伸强度和伸长率。
5.超细硫酸钡作为防流挂剂,通过提高填料比表面积,降低粒径(超细硫酸钡4000目),促使与混合物充分的吸附,融合。改善涂料流动性,防阻流挂,防止沉淀,提高涂层表面理化性质,增强涂层的物理阻隔和屏蔽作用,涂膜具有良好的丰满性,提高了涂层表面的美观性能。
6.在涂料固化剂制备过程,DMP-30作为环氧树脂促进剂,使环氧树脂体系加速固化,二甲苯作为溶剂,起稀释作用。

步骤1:将46.0份环氧树脂,4.0份环氧稀释剂,1.0份防沉助剂滑石粉三种反应液依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液;
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入12.0份氧化铁红,19.12份400目滑石粉,15.0份超细硫酸钡等填料混合研磨,得到研磨产物;
步骤3:向研磨产物依次加入0.3份消泡剂,0.48份流平剂,1.5份放流挂助剂,0.6份环氧稀释剂,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
所述固化剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:按量将58.5份E-3034和2.0份环氧树脂促进剂DMP-30混合两种反应液加入反应釜中搅拌得到混合液;
步骤2:在搅拌条件下,缓慢加入39.5份二甲苯,搅拌5-10min得到固化剂溶液。
上述实施例中,所述环氧树脂为E51,所述防沉助剂为聚烯烃蜡,所述环氧树脂促进剂为DMP-30,所述环氧稀释剂为单官能团活性稀释剂,所述消泡剂为氟碳改性有机硅,所述放流挂助剂为聚酰胺蜡。
将以上实施例制得的无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料进行性能检测,检测数据如下表所示。
从上表中可以看出,制得的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料具有极好的耐水性和耐腐蚀性,漆膜坚韧强硬,极好的耐磨损性。

Claims (9)
1.一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,包括主剂和固化剂,其特征在于:
按重量份数计所述主剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂38.0-46.0份、环氧稀释剂是2.6-18.59份、防沉助剂0.24-1.72份、氧化铁红5.0-15.0份、400目滑石粉12.87-22.63份、超细硫酸钡10.85-21.87份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、流平剂0.28-0.72份、放流挂助剂0.63-2.31份;
按重量份数计所述固化剂包括如下组份:E-3034是50.0-62.5份、环氧树脂促进剂1.25-2.70份、二甲苯32.83-50.72份;
所述主剂和固化剂的质量配比为5:1或4:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为E51。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述防沉助剂为聚烯烃蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂促进剂为DMP-30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧稀释剂为单官能团活性稀释剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为氟碳改性有机硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:所述放流挂助剂为聚酰胺蜡。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:
所述主剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:将38.0-46.0份环氧树脂,2.0-8.81份环氧稀释剂,0.24-1.72份防沉助剂三种反应液依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液;
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入5.0-15.0份氧化铁红,12.87-22.63份400目滑石粉,10.85-21.87份超细硫酸钡等填料混合研磨,得到研磨产物;
步骤3:向研磨产物依次加入0.1-0.5份消泡剂,0.28-0.72份流平剂,0.63-2.31份放流挂助剂,0.6-9.78份环氧稀释剂,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
9.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种无溶剂型环氧内减阻涂料,其特征在于:
所述固化剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:按量将E-3034和环氧树脂促进剂混合两种反应液加入反应釜中搅拌得到混合液;
步骤2:在搅拌条件下,缓慢加入二甲苯,搅拌5-10min得到固化剂溶液。
