The cocoon feeding device runs on a circulating track and passes through a cocoon supplementing station and a plurality of stations needing cocoon pouring.
When the cocoon feeding hopper 1 is in the state shown in fig. 1 and the state indicates a cocoon-bearing state, and a cocoon pouring signal instruction is received, the cocoon feeding hopper 1 rotates clockwise around the axis of the rotating shaft 3 under the action of the driving force of a cocoon feeding hopper rotation driving device (not shown), and the cocoon feeding hopper rotation driving device can be driven by a motor or a cylinder, and the motor or the cylinder is connected with the control device; as shown in fig. 2, the cocoon guiding bottom plate 208 of the cocoon feeding hopper collides with the cocoon pouring inductive switch contact 202, so that the cocoon pouring inductive switch contact 202 rotates around the cocoon pouring inductive switch contact swinging fulcrum 204, after receiving an electric signal, the cocoon pouring inductive switch 203 sends out a control to continue to rotate the cocoon feeding hopper 1 and electrifies the electromagnetic iron suction 109, the iron suction telescopic rod 107 moves upwards, the first driving mechanism swinging rod 119 and the swinging rod 114 swing, the sensed part 113 arranged below the swinging rod 114 leaves the detection area, and the cooked cocoon feeding device indicates itself as the cocoon feeding hopper 1 in a cocoon-free state, so that the cocoon feeding device does not receive or send out a cocoon pouring command when passing through the subsequent cocoon pouring station. The cocoon delivery hopper 1 which is limited to rotate continuously clockwise is controlled by the control device, after a certain time, the cocoon delivery hopper 1 normally rotates for 5-20 seconds to finish the cocoon pouring action, the cocoon delivery hopper rotates anticlockwise around the axis line of the rotating shaft 3 under the action of reverse driving force, the anti-collision pad 4 at the rear part of the cocoon delivery hopper 1 collides with the support 5, the cocoon delivery hopper reset signal plate 205 at the rear part of the cocoon delivery hopper 1 contacts with the reset sensing switch contact 206 of the reset sensing switch 207, the reset sensing switch 207 sends out a command for limiting the cocoon delivery hopper 1 to rotate anticlockwise, the reverse driving force is cut off, the cocoon delivery hopper 1 keeps the cocoon to be added in the state of fig. 1, and the sensed part 113 is positioned outside the detection area, so that the cocoon pouring command is not sent out by the control system, namely, the cocoon delivery hopper cocoon-free state is achieved. After only the cocoon feeding hopper finishes the replenishment of cooked cocoons, the sensed part 113 fixed on the swinging rod 114 is reset by stirring the control rod 123, when the cocoon feeding hopper state indicating device passes through the photoelectric sensor 130 along with the cocoon feeding hopper, the sensed part 113 is positioned in the detection area, and the cooked cocoon feeding device indicates itself as the cocoon feeding hopper 1 having a cocoon state, so that the cocoon feeding device can receive a cocoon pouring signal instruction or send a cocoon pouring instruction to the cocoon feeding hopper when passing through a subsequent cocoon pouring station.
The cocoon pouring inductive switch 203, the reset inductive switch 207 and the bracket 5 are all fixed on the bottom plate 2.
The above embodiments are merely examples of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or modifications made by those skilled in the art are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A cocoon feeding device for cooked cocoons with status indication comprises a cocoon feeding hopper and a driving trolley, wherein the cocoon feeding hopper is rotatably arranged on the driving trolley; the method is characterized in that:
the cocoon conveying device is further provided with a cocoon conveying hopper position sensing device and a cocoon conveying hopper rotation driving device, the cocoon conveying hopper position sensing device is used for sensing whether the cocoon conveying hopper is in a first state or a second state, and the cocoon conveying hopper position sensing device and the cocoon conveying hopper rotation driving device are connected with the control device;
the cocoon conveying device for cooked cocoons is further provided with a cocoon conveying hopper state indicating device, the cocoon conveying hopper state indicating device is provided with a movable sensed component and a movable control mechanism thereof, the sensed component is positioned at a sensed position in a first state, and the sensed component can be detected when the cocoon conveying device for cooked cocoons passes through a detection area; in the second state, the sensed part is not positioned at the sensed position, and when the cooked cocoon conveying device passes through the detection area, the sensed part can not be detected, and the first state and the second state respectively correspond to a state that the materials in the cocoon conveying hopper are sufficient and a state that the materials in the cocoon conveying hopper are not available or lack and need to be supplemented;
the driving trolley comprises a bottom plate, a first side moving frame, a second side moving frame and a trolley motor, the bottom plate is fixed at the upper ends of the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame, and a rotating shaft of the cocoon feeding hopper is arranged on the bottom plate;
the movable control mechanism comprises a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism;
the cocoon conveying hopper state indicating device comprises a sensed part which is driven by a first driving mechanism to leave a sensed position and can return to the sensed position by means of gravity and/or elasticity;
the cocoon hopper state indicating device also comprises a reset blocking mechanism of the sensed part, wherein the reset blocking mechanism is provided with a functional structure and a driving spring, the functional structure is provided with a blocking part and an abutting part, the functional structure is driven by the driving spring after the sensed part leaves the sensed position, so that the blocking part enters the blocking position, the reset motion of the sensed part or a linkage part of the sensed part is automatically blocked, and when the sensed part enters the sensed position, the functional structure is driven by the driving spring, the abutting part abuts against the sensed part or the part linked with the sensed part;
the reset blocking mechanism is connected with a second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism drives the functional structure when the sensed component needs to be reset to the sensed position, so that the blocking position is separated from the blocking position and the driving spring is used for storing energy.
2. The cocoon conveying device for cooked cocoons with status indication as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving trolley further comprises a driving wheel, a front connecting plate, a rear connecting plate and a guide wheel, motor gears are fastened on motor shafts of the trolley motors, a driving wheel is respectively arranged on two sides of each motor gear and meshed with each motor gear to drive the driving wheel to rotate, the two driving wheels are at the same height and can be placed on the circulating track, two ends of a driving shaft in the driving wheel are respectively and fixedly connected with the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame, the front connecting plate and the rear connecting plate are positioned on two sides of the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame and are connected with a bottom plate through fasteners to form a frame of the driving trolley, the guide wheels for driving the trolley to move and position are arranged at the upper, lower, front and rear positions of the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame, and the guide wheels can be matched with the side surfaces of the circulating track.

The cocoon conveying device for cooked cocoons with status indication as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame respectively comprise a front side supporting vertical plate and a rear side supporting vertical plate, the bottom plate is connected with the upper end bending parts of the front side supporting vertical plate and the rear side supporting vertical plate, the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame respectively further comprise a middle mounting plate and a lower mounting plate, two ends of the middle mounting plate and the lower mounting plate are respectively connected with the front side supporting vertical plate and the rear side supporting vertical plate, guide wheels arranged at the upper, lower, front and rear positions of the first side moving frame and the second side moving frame are arranged on the middle mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, and a transmission shaft mounting plate of a transmission wheel is arranged at the upper part of the first side moving frame.

A cocoon feeding device for cooked cocoons with a status indication as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cocoon feeding hopper position sensing means is provided with a cocoon pouring sensing switch and a cocoon feeding hopper reset sensing switch, said cocoon pouring sensing switch and said cocoon feeding hopper reset sensing switch being connected to the control means.

A cocoon feeding apparatus for cooked cocoons with a state indication as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sensed member is mounted on a swing lever to enter and leave a sensed position by swinging of the swing lever; the first driving mechanism is matched with the swing rod or a linkage swing rod of the swing rod.

The cocoon feeding device for cooked cocoons with a state indication as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises an electromagnetic iron, an iron-sucking telescopic rod pressure spring and a first driving mechanism swing rod, wherein the iron-sucking telescopic rod is arranged below the electromagnetic iron-sucking and can move up and down after the iron-sucking is electrified or powered off; the swing rod of the first driving mechanism and the telescopic rod of the suction iron are bolted by a swing rod shaft of the first driving mechanism and are matched with the swing rod or the linkage swing rod of the swing rod to serve as a driving rod; the electromagnetic iron is controlled by a control device.

A cocoon feeding device for cooked cocoons with a status indication as claimed in claim 5, wherein said functional structure comprises a stopper rod, the end of which is abutted against the side of the swing lever as an abutment; the front part of the rod body of the limiting rod is used as a blocking part to be blocked at the side edge of the swing rod.

A cocoon-feeding machine for cooked cocoons with a status indication as claimed in claim 5, wherein said second driving means comprises a rotatable eccentric dial, the shaft of said eccentric dial being connected to a control lever extending substantially outside or near the outside of the machine.
9. A state indication method of a cocoon feeding device for cooked cocoons based on the state indication as claimed in claim 1, characterized by:
in the first state, the sensed part is positioned at a sensed position, and the sensed part can be detected when the cooked cocoon conveying device passes through the detection area;
when the cocoon conveying device for cooked cocoons is changed to a second state, a short-time power-on operation is triggered, so that the sensed part is separated from the sensed position, after the sensed part is separated from the sensed position, the functional structure automatically enters a blocking position under the driving of a spring or gravity, and the sensed part is prevented from returning to the sensed position under the condition of no power supply;
when the cooked cocoon feeding device passes through the subsequent detection area, the sensed parts are not detected until the cooked cocoon feeding device returns to the initial position;
when the cooked cocoon feeding device returns to the initial position, if the cooked cocoon feeding device is in a first state, the cooked cocoon feeding device is not changed in state, if the cooked cocoon feeding device is in a second state, the cooked cocoon feeding device is processed into the first state, the functional structure is moved out of the blocking position, and in a non-power-supplied state, the sensed part returns to the sensed position by means of gravity and or elasticity;
the first state is a state that the materials in the cocoon feeding hopper are sufficient, and the second state is a state that the materials in the cocoon feeding hopper are not available or are lack of materials and need to be supplemented; the initial position is the position for supplementing materials to the cocoon feeding hopper.
