Description

Water-based ink-jet transfer printing method for personalized printing of textiles
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aqueous ink-jet transfer printing, and particularly relates to an aqueous ink-jet transfer printing method for personalized printing of textiles.
Background
The printing and dyeing of the complex patterns on the textile mainly comprises the following modes: gravure printing, screen printing, thermal transfer printing, thermal sublimation printing (containing more than 60% of polyester fabrics) and direct injection printing, and the water transfer printing technology of the Changsheng company are the main technologies. Wherein, gravure printing is suitable for mass printing, screen printing, thermal transfer printing and water transfer printing are suitable for mass production, the printing cost of a single color pattern is extremely high, and no people can use the method as personalized printing in the industry at present; the thermal sublimation printing only uses cloth containing polyester material more than 60% because of using dispersed ink, and the sun-proof grade of the dispersed dye is lower.
Direct injection printing is the first choice of personalized printing in the industry at present, but the process is complex, the problems of poor dot and color reduction are easily caused due to poor surface flatness and inconsistent water absorption of textiles, the clothes need to be pretreated, and the final product has poor washing performance and color loss and cannot meet the requirements on color fastness due to the fact that the solvent of the water-based paint is water; internationally, such as coating ink produced by DuPont and other companies, can meet the requirements of part of customers in the aspects of color fastness and washing fastness, but the use cost is extremely high, the process is complex, and the whole piece of clothes is easily scrapped due to the blockage of an ink jet nozzle or ink flying of the nozzle in the production process.
